Unique plumbing came out under my home Warrenty claim. My home Warrenty ended up denying the claim and was being frustrating to work with, but Unique plumbing was absolutely amazing working with me and kept the price down. They gave good advice and even went the extra mile of fixing another little problem we had free of charge. Love that they are local and willing to jump on a call and chat about anything.

Unique Plumbing is AMAZING! They are always quick, efficient and professional. I don't ever have to question their work as I know they know what they are doing and do a great job with any plumbing repair! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber in the area!

I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future. I found them on a recommended list from a recommendation list from someone else I had used. They gave me a great service and didn’t attempt to push anything onto me/up sell me; this is very important to me as I like to be in control of decisions and I like to get the facts of a situation and I dislike the ‘you need to fix this asap-pushy sales tactics’ Knowing my options is key and Josh did a sewer scope for me. He presented just about every option and all potential outcomes. He wasn’t afraid to give me rough ‘ballparks’ on things and didn’t rush through it with me. He was extremely attentive and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. They gave me upfront pricing. My bill did come in at the top end of the price however I found that it was well within reason/justified. I am very frugal with professional services and I think I got superior service with Josh, Becky, and all of Unique Plumbing! A+ in the business!!!

Great local company, we've always been happy with their prices and service even when compared to other places 50% off "deals". They tell it to you straight and have done timely service.

My home warranty company recommended this place and I could not be happier with the team from Unique. Every step of the way was smooth and seamless, Becky made sure they could get the installation done as soon as possible and Allen and the team were fantastic. Would highly recommend! If I could give 7 stars, I would.

Absolutely terrible experience! My background is Plumbing. I was the Office/CSR/Dispatch MANAGER for 7years here in this valley, I know ALL the ins and outs every single one of them! I asked when scheduling my appointment that there was a call made 30 min before this appointment so I can get to the house to meet the tech. My appointment was between 12-4p K no biggie as long as I get a call/text when they are on the way that will work amazing. I'm waiting for a call/text and it is about 1pm still nothing, I get a call from my husband saying the plumber was there waiting. No call when OTW no text. I raced to get there and there was no way I could have made it there in less than 30min but I tried. I get there, pop the garage, jump out of my car, instantly apologize to the techs (2) and get met with complete anger and rage. Nothing was said but I felt it to my core and so did my kid. I'm rushing to get them in the house to look at the kitchen faucet and I apologize AGAIN, he advised real stern he waited for 30 min and said I told them they were supposed to call me and the tech rudely says they were about to leave. The tech never said hello, never said my name, still don't know...... he did not do ANYTHING I KNOW FOR AN ABSOLUTE FACT is required or just normal human decency to do when in the service industry.
So the helper tech went out grabbed the tool bag the service tech looked under the sink and grabbed some items to make room (literally a rack with nothing on it) and while I was helping him move stuff, I said AGAIN "I am so sorry I obviously mad you mad and I'm sorry" AGAIN ME APOLOGIZING to HIM!!!!!! He told me $239 to replace the faucet and I wanted him out of my house so badly I said "I will pay you for your time" the $50 I was advised about and my husband will do the faucet. I would have gladly paid and tipped this person generously. But he wanted to try and intimidate a lady and her 8yr old kid, so no get out! Then and only then did he even remotely try to be cool and start a conversation. I obviously was so over him and it took longer for him to take my $50 then for him to look at the faucet. I waited until today to calm down and give this company a call to discuss what happened because I get it people have bad days and nobody wants to wait around for any one so I call talk to his manager and he tells me that the tech APOLOGIZED TO HIM! HIM not me HIM and said HE HE HE HE the TECH forgot to call ME!!!! Are you kidding me! This guy apologizes to his MANAGER after HE messed up and HE did not call and text ME and HE treated me and my daughter like crap! This is wild. But there is good news...... Chas the "manager" did say if I would like to have another tech out he has techs available they can do the install for the $239 WOW....... that is a hard no and enjoy you $50.00 tough guy.

Every experience we have had with this company has been positive. From fixing a pipe from a flood to replacing old pipes to problem solving issues, they have been on time, professional, and trustworthy. Most recently, Howard came out and fixed a rare issue with a new pipe, his experience, professionalism, and knowledge was top notch. He was able to save us a lot of money repairing instead of replacing the whole system. We highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Unique Plumbing fixing no hot water at one of our rental properties. These guys showed up same day we called. They diagnosed the problem and recommended replacement. In fact they discovered that the 2nd water heater for the other tenants needed to be replaced too quite possibly saving us thousands in flood damage from a leaking water heater. Really appreciate that. They went above and beyond getting both water heaters installed, clean, neat and even labeled. Give Unique Plumbing a chance to earn your business. I think you'll.be happy.

Last year my home warranty company hired Unique to replace my water heater. The experience itself was terrible as the main guy who completed the service bickered and yelled at his apprentice most of the time in my home. The worst part was about 5 months later there were two gas leaks discovered due to them not fully tightening the connectors. They put my life at risk. I would never recommend this company.

Carter was able to make a visit shortly after contacting Unique. He quickly diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. Highly recommend him!

The rep came late on a Friday to take pictures of my water heater and left. He drove to Tooele from Murray with no tools because he had no intentions on making repairs and smirked that he will be back on Monday. This is the company that will milk your insurance.. These guys are insurance frauds. Stay away from Unique Plumbing.

EDIT: Thank you for your step by step policy procedure as every customer is well aware of your documentation needs for billing. However, the service provider was in attendance and there was no service given when present, that's the argument. That is the "not my job" stand point that your company represents. The billing for gas and pictures was worth it in your employees point of view.

These guys were so friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had it repaired faster than I was it expecting. I would definitely use them again. I found my new plumbers.
