I am extremely thankful for Unique Plumbing! After dealing with the worst plumbing experience possible, they truly came to the rescue. My partner and I bought a historic house in the Avenues, and a leak in the basement turned into a nightmare. It turned out the piping was built into the cement, and because our home is historic, the warranty wouldn't cover any of it.
We had a few techs come out for estimates, and we decided on Unique Plumbing. The tech was very knowledgeable and eliminated a lot of stress for my partner and me. In the end, we saved a lot of money and are extremely happy with the work they did. We won't go to anyone else! Thanks again to everyone at Unique who went above and beyond!

My landlord sent this company over to fix a leak, in Layton Utah. They showed up on time (early actually). They were in and out in about a half hour. Cleaned up their mess. Would recommend.

Unique plumbing recently installed a tankless water heater, water softener system and water pump due to low water pressure coming into my home. The plumbers did a fantastic job! They were very professional, very friendly and made went the extra mile to make sure the job was done correctly. Additionally, Unique was very reasonably priced which was much appreciated with the cost of everything. I will be using Unique for all my future plumbing needs!

I had Unique Plumbing fix some problems and leaks on my water heater and fix my water pressure and Andrew was so amazing! He came promptly and did an outstanding job. He was very helpful, explained everything and was super friendly and a joy to have. I hope he reads this and knows how much he helped us out and that we’d love to have him fix future repairs for us.

I just had a last minute heater problem on a Saturday. Unique helped me by sending someone in a few hours. Carter was on time, very professional and tried all the scenarios to fix the problem. I needed pieces from the manufacturer but they were close. Carter helped me to set up everything to get the pieces on Monday and continue the job. He really tried his best. He’s truly professional. I cannot recommend Unique Plumbing enough! After a month of frustration with another company, we called Unique on Friday (1/9). They were out by Monday (1/12) to properly assess our water heater and had a brand-new one installed and running perfectly by Wednesday (1/14).

Their customer service and communication are top-notch—they actually answer the phone, keep you updated, and are incredibly professional. They went above and beyond by helping us encourage our home warranty company to authorize a full replacement, which was a huge relief after being without hot water for so long. We did have to pay a small fee for the upgrade, but it was worth every penny to have the job done right and in such a timely manner.

If you want a company that is reliable, fast, and truly cares about their customers, call Unique Plumbing. They made a very stressful situation so much easier!

Unique has done several projects for us. Their plumbers do quality work and they install quality hardware. However, since some plumbing projects require shutting off the water main, they should never send one man over to do a project that demands two to complete timely. The comfort and convenience of the family must be the highest priority when determining how to man a plumbing project that requires the water be shut off. Forcing a family to be without water for until 7:00 in the evening when a second hand could have helped get the water back on by 5:00 is unacceptable. Unique did this to us recently, so I can't rate it as a 5-star firm.

I hired a handyman to change out a valve for me and update the trim in the bathroom. Unfortunately he had no clue what he was doing and left us high and dry (literally) with no access to water. Allen came and did a fantastic job of installing the new valve and explaining very thoroughly what he was doing and why. He came quickly which was very much appreciated and did a great job at a reasonable price. Would definitely use Unique Plumbing again!

Pro Master Services installed the rough plumbing in my basement, then came back and installed the shower, toilet, tub and sink faucets, for a new Bathroom. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Joel and is crew were amazing! Joel arrived early before the schedule appointment and had our leak fixed fast. They were very nice and he explained everything he did to fix the issue.

These guys are great! On short notice they were able to install my dishwasher. They were courteous and professional. I won’t ever call another plumber for my plumbing needs!

ProMaster Services - I txt them to come and re-check and fix a few of the apex connections (one was leaking a bit). They were installed back in June 2025 in replacing all my copper piping. There were 2 that needed to be adjusted. Joel promptly came out to take care of those, no charge on that. I have used ProMaster 3 times and they do a great job and are reasonable. Thanks Joel
