Kaiden and Stuart were nothing short of household heroes tonight! Not naming names, but when someone in my household decided it was a good idea to try and put a whole bowl of Ramen noodles down our garbage disposal, which completely clogged it, Kaiden and Stuart saved the day.
Not only did they arrive in record time and provide excellent service from start to finish, but Kaiden went above and beyond by noticing a broken door knob in my house, grabbing his drill, and fixing it while we were waiting for the water to drain out of the sink. What probably felt like a small gesture on his end meant the world to me as a single mom with a seemingly endless list of things to repair around the house.
Going above and beyond like Kaiden did is one of many reasons why I can never imagine using a different plumbing company. Thank you times a million to Stuart, Kaiden and the whole team. You are SO appreciated!

They were respectful and professional. We chose Tower plumbing because of it's reputation and the many years it had been in the Plumbing industry. If cost is not an issue, maybe this company is for you. $1350.00 for two hours of work plus a few miscellaneous parts from the truck. $700 AN HOUR FOR A PLUMBER THAT THE OWNER CONSIDERS A VALUE. Initially charged $1500 until I questioned the charges! Yes, I approved the estimate and the work seemed to be done properly, but was shocked at the price and in a bind. I should have said No. These large companies with fleets of vehicles have a lot of overhead and mouths to feed. Item codes are used to bid a job versus the actual parts/labor is really takes. My simple P-trap repair? $150.00 -- 20 minutes of time and the plumber was already here doing other work. The next time we need a plumber, we're supporting the small independent guys.

Jaxsen did a great job, quality workmanship. He came on short notice, provided a good, reasonable estimate. I accepted that and he did the work right then, immediately. Well done, my home is in excellent shape with all three sinks and faucets back in operation. Thank you.
