Dusty was great! I will always use valley plumbing and drain cleaning for all of my plumbing needs. I couldn’t recommend them any higher. I tell everyone to use this company for any plumbing needs.

Stephen and Caden were my technicians to do a whole home repipe. They removed and disposed of all the Polybutylene water lines under my house which has a narrow crawlspace. They replaced it all with Pex line and all new 1/4 turn valves. They were both professional, kind, on time and communicated very well with me and each other during the whole process. It was a big dirty job and they finished on time. They were very careful with the underneath insulation. The bid was very reasonable for this job too. I feel so lucky to have had the chance to elect them to do this job. I was impressed with Stephen and extremely impressed with Caden as he is 18 years old and worked like a pro! He will definitely make something big of his life as he had expressed to me is his plan. I have had many plumbers over the years and never plumbers who took as much pride in their work as Stephen and Caden. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs. Do not hire anyone until you talk to them and get a bid from them. I will definitely call them if I need to down the road.

Pricing is very reasonable for the service that they provide! Very helpful and nice and actually take the time to explain things. I will tell all my family and friends!

Towers helped confirm that I didn’t have a gas leak and also gave me some great plumbing tips. Finding a service provider who is honest and tells you that things are actually working fine can speak even louder to me than one who tells me all the things they think I need to fix. It makes me want to go back to them. Dusty was the tech who came out and he was very personable and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely go back to them again for my next issue.

We needed a quick job and they came the very next day. We received quotes and they were able to finish everything with no issues. Eddie was our technician and he was fantastic. We will definitely work with them again.

The service I received from the technician was very good and professional. * I struggled to put up this post because I feel I was dealt with so kindly. But after giving it a bit of thought I also feel I could be doing others a bit of dis service for NOT sharing my 'complete' experience. Though the work was great; I simply felt it was a bit pricey. I provided close to all of the hardware to be installed, including fittings and lines (I had 2 new under the sink water filters to be installed and the garage disposal that I had taken down to be reinstalled). A couple of minor small parts were provided by the technician. The time spent was not over 2 hours: The cost - $919.00
I would estimate the cost for the provided parts to be roughly $20.00
Perhaps this would be considered a 'fair' amount for basic plumbing work in this region; for that was 'all' I saw in the reviews. But I'll let U be the judge. **

*** Just a quick follow up to this review. I decided to visit management on this issue. I was welcomed by Josh who took sincere interest in my concern. As I spoke to him, I could tell that he was honestly empathetic and wanted me to feel that I was treated 'fairly'. I can see that there operation is focused on quality and do it right type of work which I feel is important as well; I'm currently dealing with my air ducts not being cleaned properly and will have to get someone out to do it again the 'right' way. They allowed me an adjustment on the cost but more importantly to me they heard me out with compassion and a willingness to be flexible - thanks.. ***

We loved our experience with Tower Plumbing especially working with Jaxsen. An appointment was made in the week we called. The problem was diagnosed and handled the same day they came out. It was a pleasure to work with Jaxsen and ??(sorry can't remember his name). We were very impressed with the cleanup after the job. We are definitely calling them again.

They did a great job! They were very professional and answered all of my questions and concerns.

Calling to get a plumber was easy and they were on time for their appointment to fix or replace a toilet. That is why I'm giving 4 stars on the review. I didn't use their services because they provided a bid that was almost three times the amount I actually paid to have a smaller company replace the toilet.

Josh and Justin did a great job! Professional, friendly, and very competent. Very fair prices and will provide honest feedback on services needed. Highly recommend!

I have been using Stephen and Mike since our water main went out at our complex over a year ago. They go above and beyond. Trusted them in my house, even when I couldn't be there. They helped tremendously, in a tough situation. Have used them since and 10/10 would recommend to anyone. Very appreciative of them.
