Speedy installed our boiler system. A $21000 unit. We have had multiple problems since. I called the manufacturer to see if they would help with cost because I thought was a lemon. When he got there to look at it he said it was the worst install he had ever seen. I also had a certified NTI installer come look at it and he agreed but also pointing out that there are not enough baseboards for the house size and the boiler will burn itself out trying to keep the house heated. Side note, my house is never warm. Speedy refuses to do anything to help with the situation and because of their lack of knowledge I’m going to be paying and repaying for repairs on this brand new system. Please!! Beware!!! Do not trust them.

We called for a problem with our water line from the house to the street. Since I'm 5 months pregnant, we decided to hire someone to do the work rather than do it ourselves. They were able to come quickly, but that's about the only good thing I have to say. We were told our landscaping would look different - I thought that meant that if they took plants out they might not be put back in the same spot, not that my landscaping plants would be trampled, in the locations with bark where digging took place, the bark was not raked away and was buried in the hole (that stuff is expensive!), and my formerly smooth, grassy front yard is now practically an obstacle course. Sprinklers in the yard were broken but not fixed - in fact, open sprinkler pipes were buried, causing us to have to flush the system to get the debris out before we could repair the sprinklers (yes, I was out there 5 months pregnant fixing the issues caused by us hiring people to take care of our problem). They promised the work would be done in one day. At 8pm the day they were working they were still not done (and had given us no update since 2pm, when they assured me they would be done that day), so we sent our renters to a hotel. Our renters reported to us that they watched the workers spend lots of time on cigarette breaks, drinking soda, and napping under the big tree in our front yard. I had to call/text 4 times the next morning before I get an answer. With no apologies or explanations for why they weren't done on the schedule they set, they told us they would be done around 2 or 3 that afternoon.

When I came to inspect the property I was astonished - the grass was barely put back, and so uneven it's now a trip hazard. The bark in our park strip is now buried in the hole that was dug. Several of my landscaping plants were trampled. Worse, there was trash left on our property. Empty water bottles, water bottle caps, and saw blades are some of the items I found while inspecting the front yard where work was done.

We called to have them come out to talk to us about the things we were unhappy about. They called us the morning of the appointment to ask what is was about (even though the person who called was the same person with whom I booked the appointment). We asked that they call before they come as we don't live at the location. They did not call, showed up over a half hour after the hour long window they gave us for arrival, and did not take responsibility for any of the multiple problems they caused while fixing our water main. They said they charge a cheaper price, so we should be happy with the work that was done and hire a landscaper to fix the issues. Don't call them even if you're desperate! Wait until you can get a hold of someone else.

Speedy plumbing was incredible to work with… They arrived on time, they completed the work on time, and they did everything correctly so it would pass inspection with the city. Speedy is the best! My hot water heater stopped working and Fransisco came out within a couple hours and spent a good amount of time cleaning it and getting it working. It took longer than expected, so he charged a bit more than he initially quoted, but it was fair. Even though it worked, he also recommended I get a new part while it was still under warranty (for only a few more months), which I appreciated. He gave me a very competitive quote to come back out and get it up to code. The set up I had was really sketchy (something the previous owner did himself), and with the recent earthquakes wasn’t trustworthy. Rosenberg came out and didn’t leave until the job was done (I’m not even sure he took a break in nearly 4 hours of work). Very hard workers, professional, and did everything they said they would. Fair, competitive pricing. I have recommended them to friends and will definitely be using them again and again.

I have used Speedy for a few years and have always been satisfied. This latest experience was not great. I called and set an appt and took the time off from work to meet the plumber and when I called, they had no record of the appointment. They were able to still get someone out the same day a little later and I scheduled that.

The plumber who showed up appeared to be an apprentice or someone unexperienced. I needed a valve in a shower changed out. He looked at it, called his boss and spoke for awhile about what to do. He didn't take the plate off or inspect it further, he simply started at it.

He requested access to the back of the shower which is necessary through an attic. He got on a ladder and peeked barely inside and said he couldn't do it.

He called his boss again who apologized for sending him out and said that he needed to cut into the shower and put in a plate. He said he would text me a picture of the plate to make a decision.

I awaited the text with the plumber he sent and then he told me he was leaving and that I would receive a text on my own phone with the plate. Several days later, no text, no follow up. I have scheduled with a new plumber.

I had a water leak from my high pressure valve that needed attention. I was referred to this company. Although it was after hours, Francesco took my call, listened to my concerns and scheduled my appointment within a day. His tech showed up on time, was very courteous and professional. He changed the valve and cleaned up nicely before leaving. This company is very fair with pricing while delivering exceptional service (unlike MOST other larger plumbing companies I’ve used in the past). I would highly recommend them to you if you’re in need of any plumbing work, give them a chance. I’m sure you’ll be as pleased with them as I was.

They came in to see why my toilet was having trouble flushing and water backing into the tub and sink. They said the problem was in the park where I lived and fixed everything and left. When I went into the master bathroom 4 and a 1/2 hours later to get ready for bed the bottom of the toilet tank was running water all over the floor which is covered in carpeting. They had to come back and fix that, could not understand English and was trying to use an app to translate which didn't work well at all. I could not get the carpet to dry out and had to Cut it out and pull it up to get the floor to dry. They will never be allowed into my house again!

I would strongly recommend their services. Not only do they work around a time that you can work with, they were honest about the whole process. There was no force to try and push a sale that we didn’t want. They gave us our option, we chose and didn’t have any type of hassle regarding a new item sale. Very friendly, informative and up front about cost for item and labor. Prices never changed after initial quote. Friendly, fair and fast they definitely stay true to their name.

Bad company, they came two months ago to replace the water heater but they ended up clogging the faucet sink in the kitchen, also they made a mess in the kitchen using my own towels without any permission.
The team lead tried to blame us for their mistake, no standards, no wearing shoes protection, don’t trust this company.

This company was Speedy! Quoted us a great price over the phone and got us in the same day for a simple leaking toilet repair. The plumbing tech was skilled, professional and friendly. He got the job done quickly in one visit. We are very pleased and will use this company again. We highly recommend Speedy Plumbing.

My mom hired this company for a couple of jobs. First it was to clear a blockage, which they did great at. But while on that job, they told her they noticed an issue with another pipe and they they could fix it by replacing the pipe and making sure it was leveled correctly to avoid any issues in the future.

After they completed the 2nd job, my mom went down under the house to check what they did, and they didn't replace the pipe like they had promised her. My mom tried to get some clarification on why the pipe hadn't been replaced, and they just gave excuses but still charged her the full $750 for some minor work on the existing pipe.

Don't hire these people unless you get everything they are going to do in writing up front.

Mitch from Towers Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to address my questions and concerns. My leak turned out to be a major repair with quirky problems coming from an older home, but I could not be happier with Mitch's repair work and the results. I contacted this company to reinstall and fix a job that a predatory company messed up and refused to fix. I have contacted several different companies and each of them wanted to sell me unnecessary repairs and maintenance contracts.

Towers plumbing provided super service and helped us repair the gas line to our fire pit quickly and with care. David’s work was excellent and he communicated everything clearly through the entire job. Our fire pit is back to working safely! I would highly recommend Towers Plumbing.
