We were in a bind when we called Big Brother. We didn’t have water in the house because my husband was trying to fix the nozzle on the shower. When after trying to fix the problem and it not working we called Big Brother. My husband already had everything torn apart when the repairman came and saw that the part we had bought from Lowe’s was an aftermarket one thus the reason it wasn’t working. . Long story short he was at our house maybe 15 minutes and we were charged $688 even though my husband had everything already pulled apart. This is highway robbery ! We won’t be using their services anymore. I wish one of my boys would have went into plumbing . They’d be millionaires

Service men were kind, courteous, and professional. They dealt with my landlord's BS better than I would have. Came in, fixed the clog in my kitchen sink, and left in less than two hours! 10/10, will hire again if needed!

Sadly, our sewer main backed up and flooded our basement on Memorial Day. On Tuesday morning, Big Brothers came out and roto-rooted, then sent a camera down our sewer main. It was clogged with 75 years of roots and corrosion. Big Brothers was amazing. They were prepped and ready, with permits, and everything needed to start the next morning. A crew came out and carefully dug up a small area in our front yard. (They have to dig really deep!) It was impressive how little grass they had to remove. They jackhammered a couple of holes in our concrete downstairs to get down to the sewer main. They cleaned out our sewer main, then lined it with new smooth pipe. Our line was 106 feet— so quite long. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished, putting in new concrete, a new drain, and new connections to our kitchen plumbing. It was a huge job and they did it all in two days. I think they spent about 24 hours at our house over 2 days, plus a couple of hours on the previous day assessing the damage and making a plan. It was so nice of them to work 12 hour days so we could have use of our plumbing again quickly. They took care of everything, including hiring someone to relay the carpet. It was an expensive process- about $21,000. After talking to some neighbors, we found out we got a great deal. One of our neighbors spent over $30,000 on his sewer main, and it took a very long time. If you have this unfortunate event happen to you, these are the guys to call! Shout out to Jason and the two Tanners. You guys are awesome!

Brandon, Porter and Alex were amazing in finding the problem and coming up with easy solutions. They have an amazing attitude and were very competent in their job. They most definitely need a big raise!

Very friendly and helpful. Called about possible clog. Toilet not flushing and water not filling properly. They suggested a new toilet and water line. I agreed as they seemed knowledgeable. They installed the toilet and water line. Asked about a spicket for outside. They quoted me 400. I had the HOA come over and asked them if that was something they replaced and my hoa said it's a6 dollar part so just do it yourself and save money. I was shocked. I told them several times I was on a budget. They suggested i replace my other bathrooms water line as well for a cost of 150 00 . I just got off the phone with my son and he sent me a screenshot of the part that they wanted 150. for. It's under 12.00. Get second quote to save money.

Mr. Truitt did an excellent job repairing the leak and was very prompt. I strongly recommend him and Big Brother’s Home Services.

Raul was excellent. He was very helpful and took time to explain things about our old house that we didn't understand at the time. He left us with fair estimates of what we need to repair long term and we will absolutely have him back again.

Quick, and friendly service. Our bathtub was clogged and Mark came over, gave us our options, fixed it and serviced our pipes. Our bill was reasonable at about $300. Highly recommend.

Brandon was incredibly helpful in fixing my toilet. He explained the issue thoroughly, was good company, and provided a professional service. If I have any more plumbing issues, I certainly hope he's available to assist again.

I am a very anxious person when it comes to men in my home but after having some plumbing issues I couldn’t fix myself I was recommended to call Big Brothers. House hot water went out Friday evening.
After calling 3 companies on Saturday Big Brothers only responded and scheduled Monday 9am appointment.
Truitt and Alex came about 930am, evaluated what needed repair, went for parts and began water heater replacement.
There was additional work needed and that was completed as well.
Great technicians and overall a positive experience.

Life savers! Really quick and easy to work with. From calling in and talking with Ashton and having the tech come out within the hour. Frank and his team fixed our sewer line and replaced the old underground corroded pipes. I will be using them for any of my plumbing needs going forward!

There was a gas leak in my apartment and Big Brothers Home Services really came through. Mark and Nathan were right on time, super polite, and clearly explained every step of the repair. They were clean, efficient, and respectful throughout. The finished product beams with care and quality. Great service from start to finish and I highly recommend their services!

Truitt was fabulous!!! He came out to my house on a Saturday and got me fixed up at eight in the morning before my open house. Would absolutely recommend. Two thumbs up

We had a blocked central water pipe. In trying to snake a toilet to unblock the pipe beneath, instead of their snake going down the central pipe where it needed to go, Big Brother Home Services accidentally snaked through the wall horizontally into the toilet in the other bathroom and broke the ceramic, destroying that toilet.

We asked them to provide a toilet free of charge of the same brand, Kohler, as the one they broke. They brought us a toilet in a Kohler box (picture attached). After they installed it and left, we realized the toilet they installed isn't a Kohler and doesn't look like the picture on the box; the box shows a metal handle, for example, and what they installed has a plastic handle. The Kohler stamp isn't on this toilet anywhere; it is stamped "made in China". We asked again for a replacement Kohler toilet, and they have said they will bring us a genuine Kohler toilet.

When the toilet that was snaked is flushed, the toilet on the other side of the wall is making a big burp of air, which seems to indicate the clog may not be fully resolved.

In dragging their snake machine up to the second floor, Big Brother Home Services damaged thirteen of fourteen steps on our stairs with nicks and cuts (example pictured). They have said they will fix the damage they caused to the steps.

Big Brother billed us $755.

There was something good in what they did in that the block did drain, but I still call it one star in view of all the damage they caused. I am posting this review in hopes our offer of updating or removing this review encourages Big Brother Home Services to please repair well the damage they caused to our steps and that we do in fact get a Kohler toilet comparable to the one they broke.

I was having an issue with my washer drain and called big brothers home services amd they sent out Brandon Sandberg and he was absolutely amazing. He was very knowledgeable and kept me 100% informed every step of the way. He was very professional and polite. Would recommend!

Truitt and his colleague came out and got my kitchen sink draining again. Took about an hour, maybe less. Very professional. Good service.

Truitt came back a second time, about a year later, and jetted my washer drain line.
