This is very possibly my HOA's answering service problem, but I called in a water leak at 1am, and was told the plumber didn't answer, but would get back with me. It wasn't until I heard from the HOA management company at 7am, and they contacted the Speedy that anything started to happen.

always use speed plumbing for service calls. they are really 'speedy' to get there without compromising quality. We had a gas line that needed to be repaired and there were there within the hour!

I recently worked with Francisco on a central air install on our home. He was incredibly knowledgeable, honest and prices were fair. I will be using his services again and recommending him to others.

Had a tankless system installed to replace our two tanks that had worn out. Received excellent service at a fair price and we are very happy with our new system.

This company is the best in the business. Fransisco and his crew will fix anything that you could possibly need fixed. We have had them save us many times

Speedy Plumbing & Drain is first-rate--and were at my home within 45 minutes of my calling them and Jesus worked quickly and efficiently to unclog a toilet that has been clogged for several days. Kudos to Speedy Plumbing & Drain and to Jesus!

(This is in stark contrast to Same Day Plumbers; I called them last Friday and though they couldn't live up to their "same day" claim, they scheduled me for today, 22 Oct, between 2:30 and 3:00, a commitment I learned that they couldn't keep though they promised someone by 6:00 this evening. So I called Speedy and m problem was solved within an hour.)

They came on a Saturday night at 10:00 and stayed till the job was done the next day early in the morning. 1 heck of a lot better than Any Hour who act like they come anytime but they made an appointment with me for 3 days later.

It took them two days to do something that they said would be done in 1 day. They left a huge mess with their lunch everywhere. NONE of them speak English. The only way I could communicate was with google translate so it would have been nice if I could communicate with someone without going through that kind of effort.

Great service. They came within the hour as promised, finished the work quickly and for a reasonable price. So happy with my experience and glad to have found a plumber I will call for future services.

I have to take a moment to thank Jason and Kevin — they showed up to the table today in the best way. When you know someone is working hard for you and providing exemplary service even going up and beyond for your project or problem … it means a lot. This is what they did for us today and even when they found our issue to be way more entailed - they just kept their heads down and didn’t miss a beat. I've used Speedy Plumbing multiple times for both my personal and investment properties. They are by far the best plumbing company I've ever used in Salt Lake City. I do wish that they would provide estimates over the phone, but other than that they are perfect.

Speedy was hired to fix a broken water line connected to my building of townhouses. I was told I would be without water to my house for 18-24 hours. As soon as the utility flags dropped Speedy was digging and fixing the broken line. 8 hours later, they are filling in the trench and our water is on. If you need quality work fast, this is your company.

Speedy Plumbing was great! They tackled a tough job that required two visits without complaint or trying to charge additional fees. Both plumbers that came to our house wore booties and cleaned up afterwards. Very reasonable and professional. I highly recommend Speedy!

Speedy installed a brand-new dishwasher improperly and tried to blame the non-working status on a manufacturing issue. A warranty call to the manufacturer and a manufacturer tech visit later and the problem was the poor installation. A hose was not properly tightened so it leaked into the overflow tray and caused it to not work. So I ended up paying Speedy for the installation and the manufacturer plumber for finishing the installation.

I cannot recommend this plumbing company.

I’ve used speedy plumbing for years on multiple properties and they’ve done all kinds of projects for me. Replacing our main sewage line from the house to the city (120 feet!), fixing faucets and under mounted sinks (2 different sinks), replacing garden spigots (3 different spigots), installing tankless water heaters (two different homes), installing a water softener, and replacing our furnace motor. Each time their work has been excellent, their pricing fair, and consistent their name they came right away and finished the job quick. They have my highest recommendation!

I highly recommend Speedy Plumbing and Drain and Francisco! They are always very responsive and quick to come by. Their prices are always very reasonable as well. You can't go wrong with Speedy!

DO NOT USE this plumber. I did and I have now paid TWICE for my new water main. The “Speedy” part of the service was how fast they disappeared when their ONE year warranty is up. After Speedy “repaired” their work in the first year, it failed again in the thirteenth month. They told us it was not under warranty. At that point, we knew we did not want their service again. Next plumber pulled two joints that were not supposed to be there. Be careful what you pay them to bury in your yard. You will likely pay someone else to do it right. Second plumber was confident enough to provide a 30 year warranty.

Speedy plumbing is the best!! These guys are hard workers, they stay until the job is finished. Super fair and reasonable, speedy has always come through for us, whether it is lining a clogged sewer main or putting in a new ac system in the middle of summer. Would recommend to anyone.

I have to update this review (12/31/20). I had service on multiple issues and 2 days later I'm still finding leaks and cleaning up water. I can't stand by my earlier 5 star review. I'm working with a different plumber now.

We had a miscommunication on the first appointment, but Speedy rescheduled for the next day. Francisco did a great job on the project we scheduled him for and the one I sprung on him when he got here. Work was done well, cleaned up well when work was done, and very easy to work with all the way through. I'll use Speedy again.
