Been using McBride for a few years now.. reliable, great work, fair pricing.. a great combination hard to find in the plumbing industry these days!!.

This was a master plumber who works quickly and does great work. Price was acceptable and I am pleased with the work completed. I will use this company again, I have neighbors who have used them and are satisfied with their work.

I called this morning and spoke with their secretary, who made a great impression. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and just a pleasant human being. I can tell these guys really care about what they are doing! Customer service at its finest. I'll for sure call them in the future for any plumbing needs.

An absolutely fantastic price on a water softener install and other work (pressure valve replacement and water heater expansion tank). They were extremely kind both on the phone and from the guy who came out (I'm really bad with names, I'm sorry!). Thanks for everything guys, we'll be reaching out again!

What a great company and very trust worthy! They have done multiple plumbing jobs in my house. They're the best out there. I will not use any one else but McBride Plumbing. Plus, they're very reasonable in comparison to other places.

I'm updating this review based on the owner's response now that I better understand what they charged me for.
We had a repairman come out to fix our radiant heating pipes that were leaking. He left saying they would need to send an estimator instead. We were surprised to get an invoice for $240 for that short visit. Apparently, we were supposed to know they wouldn't be able to fix it when we called.
I understand there are costs associated with coming out. That's overhead. I don't feel it's right to charge someone when you don't provide a service to them.
It seems like these guys are competent at their work. They've been friendly enough while I complained. But I think they could operate better. Make sure you know what they are going to charge you for before they come out.

We had a leak in our main water line and the team from McBride Plumbing was able to quickly adjust their schedule and complete the repair in 1 day. We found them to be efficient, competent and easy to do business with. Without hesitation, we will be calling McBride Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs.

I gotta say, these guys are the freaking best. When they show up, they're very kind and knowledgeable, fix the issue, and leave. It's AMAZING! No upsales, no BS. A bill comes in the mail about a week later and the number on it is very reasonable. I'm almost reluctant to write this review because I don't want the secret to get out!

McBride plumbing is wonderful. Honest, responsive, with top notch service. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I turned on my outdoor faucet to discover that it had frozen and burst over the winter (moral of the story: don't leave your hose connected when the temperature is below freezing.) McBride was actually the second company that I called; the first one came out, looked at things, and declared that I would need (at great expense) to cut multiple holes in our basement ceiling. In addition, I would have needed to schedule a separate appointment after the estimate for the actual work to be done. Due to some questions about their estimate that they refused to answer, I called McBride. The plumber from McBride who came out was knowledgeable, friendly, and quickly figured out that the repair could be performed from outside the house, resulting in a fix that was much quicker, much neater, and much less expensive than I expected. Scheduling was easy as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

These guys are awesome! We've had lots of plumbers during our 33 years in this house and from now on, I will only call McBride. Very reasonably priced, extremely competent and super friendly to boot!

As a property manager in the very discerning and demanding Park City, McBride has earned my loyalty as my first call for plumbing. First of all Max or one of the other agents always answer the phone without all the phone tree crap and waiting on hold only to get someone who has to transfer you!
Second they always seem to be able to get my work on the schedule right away. And third they show up on time and do great work! Most of the time they have done far more than was required. Joe is beyond awesome!

Chuck was assigned to us for an after hours call in Lehi. He was very considerate and communicated exactly when he was coming and what work he would be doing. He fixed the clog that was deep in the drain past the sink. He took the extra steps to clean up better than when he arrived. He also gave great advice for drain maintenance. I will definitely call them again if/when we have issues.

Big Brothers Home Services is amazing! They responded fast when my water heater failed and had it replaced the same day. The team was professional, friendly, and left everything spotless. Fair pricing and top-notch service—I won’t call anyone else for plumbing! Highly recommend!
