The three-member crew efficiently unloaded a 26-foot U-Haul into a third-floor apartment in approximately three hours, ensuring all items were carefully handled and placed in the designated areas. Their punctuality, professionalism, and attention to detail were commendable. I highly recommend Wasatch Movers and suggest specifically requesting Austin and his team for exceptional service.

Manager Eric kept me informed throughout the move process. Crew Nate and Sam were great - courteous, professional, careful, responsive to my requests. I’ll be using Wasatch Moving again should the need arise!

This moving company was worth every penny. The three guys that came, Juans group, was so kind, helpful and careful with all of our things. They got everything here safely including our 85" TV which I was so worried about moving. The truck was so large we took our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom townhome in one single trip. Thank you!

Wasatch Moving Company is my go to when I’m moving. I have used them four times now, and they never disappoint. My crew today were amazing, such hard workers, and so courteous. They took great care with my belongings, and made sure to put things where I needed them at my new place. Despite having to haul my stuff up a long, steep flight of stairs, they remained upbeat, and finished much faster than I anticipated.
While I hope I won’t be moving again soon, I know I will be calling Wasatch Moving Company when I do!

I recently had an excellent experience with Juan palacios from wasatch moving company and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. From the moment they arrived, he was professional, punctual, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings.
Juan went above and beyond to ensure everything was packed securely and transported safely. They handled fragile items with extra care and worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure nothing was damaged. Their friendly attitude and willingness to accommodate special requests made the entire moving process much less stressful.

*UPDATE* I was contacted by the owner regarding my experience. He assisted me with the issues and was kind enough to reimburse me for my broken item. I was very appreciative and feel that the owner does care about his customers.

I used them for my last move, they were great, I even recommended them to a friend. I used them for my current move…completely disappointed and upset to say the least. The movers they sent milked the time and were so slow. I was quoted 3 hours and it took over 5 hours and I had to pay almost $1,000, absolutely ridiculous. It would’ve taken even longer had me and my boyfriend not told them to just leave and we’d unwrap the furniture ourselves.
They broke my 40 gallon lizard tank and I filed a claim. I got a response asking for my information to send a check THEN two days later they said the claim was no longer valid and I have received NOT ONE response to emails or voicemails. I will NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone else. Do not use this company, choose elsewhere.

Wasatch Moving Company is AWESOME! I had to move in a hurry and they really helped me out!!!! I called on a Friday and they were able to get me on the schedule the very next day! They were on time, careful, quick, polite, and caring! I was super stressed about moving last minute and they treated me with respect and were calm and caring especially when I was VERY stressed out! They were also super carful with all my items/furniture and did a great job of protecting the flooring and walls in my new place! I definitely recommend Wasatch Moving Company!!!! I will for sure hire them again for my next move!

Updated review. The owner contacted us and explained his side of things. While i still don’t agree that you show up an hour late with no warning I can concede that things do happen beyond our control. I’m a truck driver so moving freight efficiently is essential to me making money. I don’t agree with how they divide their time and move things from the apartment to the truck but it’s not my company and they followed their company policy and procedures. It’s not my company so I can’t fault the workers for that. They were polite and professional the whole time. As stated the owner called and had explained his side of things and to me that speaks volumes. I may not agree with their practices but he obviously cares about his company his employees and his clients. He addressed our concerns and for that I’m changing my review and my rating.

Arrived an hour late then proceeded to milk the clock and take more time than they were supposed to even though they were given a list of everything in the house. Broke things then lied about it and wont reimburse you for THEIR mistake. Not an honest company to do business with quoted 675 but charged us 900. Use a different company.

Wasatch Moving Co was worth every penny. Extremely professional. They moved fast while also managing to be careful to not only protect my furniture but the houses as well. Could not have been happier with Ben, Juan, & Darion.

They guys showed up right as they said they would and got right to work. They were kind and polite and were very careful with my furniture. This was my first time using a moving company and they definitely made the experience pleasant. Will recommend Wasatch moving company to others.

Our experience with Wasatch Movers was Pleasant from start to finish.
I have owned a Fine Art and Antique Moving Company in Chicago for the past 27 years. We often hire help when we have projects in other states, most of the time we are not happy…. NOT THIS TIME!
Eric sent us Nate and Sam to assist with our unload and these young men could not have been more accommodating!
From the minute they walked out of the truck to introduce themselves through the entire unload which included two very heavy sculptures that had to be walked down a steep downgrade on an unlevel pathway they were true professionals.

They were Strong, very careful and very friendly. We could not have been happier!!

I recently used Wasatch Moving Company to move my family from Lehi out to Grantsville and had a great experience with them. The crew was extremely friendly and professional. They took great care to protect my items and the houses they were moving in and out of. Their rates were very competitive but the quality of service was exceptional!

This was absolutely the WORST experience that I have ever had moving! The guys were extremely careless with my furniture. They dented, scratched, and even BROKE wooden furniture. I had to temporarily move to a storage unit. While I wasn’t there, they walked on my wooden furniture without any protection over it. The same with my couches! I thought that they were going to use the blankets that I provided to cover my furniture – NOPE! They took their blanket off and then slide boxes across my wood furniture! They actually wrapped shelves that were ALREADY wrapped, but didn’t put anything over my brand new coffee table or credenza!

Then, before I even know if there are any damages to my things, they are making me sign off on a measly 60 cents per lb on payment on damages! I am now going to have to foot the bill to be able to fix all of the damages that they did to my furniture!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They don’t train their employees and they don’t care about your precious belongings!

Very good experience with Wasatch. Office staff was friendly and responsive. The movers, Nico, Jeremy & Jay did a great job! They were friendly, efficient, and careful with our furniture and home. We will use them again.

I have used Wasatch Moving for 2 large local moves in the last 5 years, and they were fantastic both times. Great customer service, communication, and safe moving. Nothing damaged and the crews were considerate, on time, and treated our belongings like their own. I will use Wasatch Moving for all future moves.

This was my first time using movers and I was so disappointed.

I’ll start off by saying all communication with the office staff was very professional. 10/10, easy to get a hold of, I spoke with the office several different times to reconfirm the details of my move and found the booking process very pleasant overall. They even rescheduled my move on a few days notice, which I really appreciated. I called to confirm the details of my move (for the umpteenth time) the day before the movers were scheduled to come, specifically to make sure they were going to bring a box for my tv and a few pieces of art, I was assured that the movers would…

The movers show up and start moving my stuff. It didn’t take long for things to head. This was a short move, from one apartment building literally across the street to another. They blocked off access to the only working elevator in my building so no other residents could access it, my friend and I had to move my belongs out of the way ourselves because they weren’t taking our concerns seriously, after we got a call from the building management telling us they needed to stage my belongings more professionally. I had been packing up some last minute things while they moved most of my stuff out and once I finally saw the pile they put all my stuff in… yikes!

My tv was sitting on the ground of the garage, no box. NONE of my furniture was wrapped in so much as a blanket. I found my media stand and dresser laid on their sides on the garage floor. Needless to say, there was a lot of damage. Most of my furniture is white, too. It’s common sense- white wood furniture on concrete and in the back of a moving truck. I would have expected at least my couch would’ve been draped in a blanket… nope. Nothing. I did not see any measures taken to protect my belongings.

They sent a crew of 3 movers, two of which were amazing and worked so hard! Yes, a lot of my stuff was damaged. It’s a bummer. But they worked non stop. The other mover had quite the attitude and decided to stop working all together a few hours into the move, putting the other two movers in a tough position. It was really unprofessional. It also took them much longer than it probably would have, had he helped.

I was assured several times that they would be finished the job in 4 or so hours…. It took them 8 hours to move a two bedroom apartment across the street! Yes, apartment moves are tough with elevators and long hallways but still.

Overall, steer clear. There are better movers out there. Huge bummer.
