Highly recommend them for the actual move. Absolutely *do not* recommend that you hire them to pack your stuff. We have had other companies move our stuff cross-country 6+ times, so this is based on comparative experience. The crew was fast, efficient, friendly. Great at communicating. The loading and unloading was quick. They moved tough stuff like a piano and reclining sofas. The price was reasonable, and the actual price ended up under the quoted price. However the packing was sloppy and careless. They loaded boxes upside down, and in the course of the move, which direction was up was lost. They loaded dishes and appliances (Instant-Pot) in the same large box. They used wardrobe sized or other large boxes for everything. Because of the size of boxes they used, labels are meaningless, as multiple categories or even rooms were combined. Absolutely use them to move. Just not to pack.

Absolutely horrible. 3 of the guys did a good job but the one that was in charge was horrible. Thousands in damage. I hired them to pack and load a trailer I owned that was going to Texas. Guess they figured they didn’t have to do a good job because of that. When I tried to file a claim it wanted info that I didn’t have. I left a message but didn’t get a call back. My new AirPods also disappeared when they were packing.

Pricing was clear and easy to understand without any hidden fees. The team came in, discussed what needed to be done and put a plan together. They did an amazing job padding all of the furniture and protecting fragile items. I really appreciated that they were very careful not to hit walls or corners; especially when having to navigate down a narrow set of stairs and tight corners. Before they left, they made sure the large furniture was where we wanted it so we didn't have to move it around afterwards. If I need to move locally again, I'll use Wasatch again.

These guys were great! We utilized them for a complicated office move that required multiple locations and days with multiple stops and were very conscious on being efficient to minimize the time and maximum the careful approach!

The team who helped me today was incredible. They handled my stuff with care, listened to my concerns, asked questions when needed and genuinely cared. Prices are affordable. Would use them again and again (but hopefully don’t have to because we all know how we feel about moving). But if I move again I’ll 100% use them.
