My house is sparkling! They were efficient and also asked for instruction which I appreciated it. And affordable! Will definitely use again.

I hired M&O cleaning services to clean my house and paid them in advance for 5 hours of house cleaning. They told me they could only come at 10 AM on a Friday, and couldn't come any later so that I wouldn't have to miss as much work.

The day of our appointment they were a no call no show. I called and asked about it and I was told I would receive a call back within 5 minutes. I to this day never received a call back. I called 10+ times and they avoided all of my calls. And they never offered a refund for the cleaning they didn’t perform.

I've used M & O cleaning for over a year and I've been extremely happy with their work. The cleaners are professional and kind. I notice small details and if things were cleaned properly or not and I'm always satisfied!

Oscar and his crew are amazing. They are friendly, professional, and they left my house looking amazing. They far exceeded my expectations! I have recommended this company to all my friends and family in the area.

Oscar and his crew are great. They clean our house monthly and have occasionally cleaned our rental property before tenants have moved in. They are always prompt, on time, and provide a great value.

Had M & O house cleaning come in to do a DEEP clean on my house. When they arrived they asked to use my stepstool, vacuum and garbage bags. When they were finished I was charged more than quoted do to the extra time they spent. After they left I noticed ALOT of things that weren't even cleaned, let alone DEEP cleaned. When I texted the owner with my concerns he told me that my house would start looking better after the regular scheduled cleanings. He DID NOT offer to come back to fix the issues. He then started telling me what "bad shape" my house was in and how dirty and dusty it was. It was a very disappointing and insulting experience.

I am absolutely amazed by the fantastic work of Oscar and his elite cleaning team! The staff really went above and beyond to ensure my home was sparkling-clean, with quick, detailed service. I would definitely recommend!

The two ladies that came and cleaned my home left it smelling good and pristine clean! And thank you thank you for cleaning all 3 of my bathrooms and leaving it spotless clean.

I purchased a voucher through Living Social. Unlike the previous comments, I had no problem what so ever getting through to them. Some one answered the first time I called and an appointment was scheduled for not even 2 days later. When they showed up, I was greeted with nothing but smiles....which kind of surprised me. I gave them a list of the priority areas. They went way above and beyond what I had asked for. They were extremely effecient with their time. This is the first time I have ever had cleaners out to my house and was very pleased with the entire experience. I would recommend them, and would definitely use them again.

M&O House cleaning cleans my home as well as my office, they have always been there on the days they have scheduled. Their service is good as well as being reasonably priced. They have been trustworthy and have access to both locations and I have never worried about anything.

Juan and Andrea went to town on my house last week. They work really hard and they are fast! Juan cleaned my windows inside and out with the deep clean! Dusted the screens and the blinds and the window mantles . Oscar is great with scheduling. I love Mand O cleaning.

M&O has been cleaning our house monthly. They have been very nice to work with. When scheduling conflicts have come up on our end or theirs they have always been very accommodating. It’s nice to know that even with four messy kids, at least once a month our house is nice and clean!

We have our house cleaned by M&O and we love it! They are so nice, thorough and affordable! They are very easily to work with if needing to reschedule. I would recommend M&O to family and friends!

Update- they did show up an hour late and were able to get my house cleaned for the time I paid them. Thank you for following through.

They canceled the first time five minutes after they were supposed to be here and rescheduled for a few days later. They have no showed me now and they’re not answering my text messages. They are now an hour late and I move tomorrow so they have put me in a really hard situation. I would not recommend these people.

The best cleaners I have used yet. I switched from my prior cleaners after not feeling like they were doing a good job and Oscar and his crew are amazing! Everything looks great, cleaned and it’s done quickly. Price is very fair. Will continue to use them.

Made an appointment, they just didn’t show up, didn’t answer my texts until hours after the appointment time. They asked if they could try again next week. I asked for availability, they read on Monday, here it is Friday with no response. Guess they don’t want my business?

My home has never been cleaner! The team is always responsive and was very quick to pick up on how I wanted things. I have German shepherds so there is always hair everywhere but they never miss a single hair! The service is incredibly affordable. I’ll never use anyone else.

I have had this company clean for me for the past 2 years. They are always on-time, friendly, and work very hard to make sure the client is happy. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a great cleaning company, regardless of cost! Well worth it! I also appreciate that they can fit me in last minute on occasion when needed.
