Reviews of local pros in Murray, Utah

TruCo was fantastic to work with, especially Rob Eccles and Nino and his crew! After dealing with a remodel and addition, later building a garage and some concrete work, TruCo was an absolute breath of fresh air! TruCo replaced our whole backyard. We had a new flagstone patio, walkway to our garage, some sod and a planter be put in. They were on time to start, showed up when they said they would, stayed with our job and finished when they said they would. They didn't bounce back and forth between our job and others. They adjusted mid-stream as we changed our ideas throughout the project. It is well done, high quality and better than we had imagined! Due to the previous work on our property, the elevations in the backyard were difficult to work with. Rob and Nino and crew made it work while accomplishing our request of a slight slope away from the structures. Rob followed up a couple of weeks after they finished to make sure we were happy. We have recommended these guys to friends and family. We couldn't be more pleased with our project!

TruCo Services gets 5 stars from us for customer service. We experienced a few issues with their services this last year and Rob Eccles in senior management, stepped in and immediately handled our issues. He was very committed to making sure they understood our expectations and would execute to make us happy.

I love working with Truco. I'm the owner of a timber framing company and it is always a pleasure to work with Truco. They are very professional and personable. The crews are very knowledgeable. The thing that really sets them apart is the great ownership and management. They are great people! I highly recommend this company!

We really appreciated the prompt response to our call for 2 evergreen tree prunings. Michael Sands took our call and actually made it by our house by the end of the same day. We were only expecting to get a quote but he actually was able to do a quick pruning of both trees. He was very friendly and did a great job. Also provided us with some suggestions for helping our trees to grow better. We'll definitely call him back next time and refer him to our friends. Thanks Michael!

Truco services many of the communities that we manage across the Wasatch front and they are exceptional! Rob Eccles is our account manager and has been for over a decade. His knowledge and expertise help us make informed decisions on what services are necessary for the betterment of our communities. Secondly, he is honest and has incredible follow through, which is something you don't find in this industry. When Rob says he will get something done, rest assured it will be done!
I would highly recommend Truco services.

Very dissatisfied!!! We have had many issues with Truco. Landscaping is really bad. Sometimes they do a good job, but not very often. We have brought up the same issues year after year. We have even talked to Rob about how they do fall cleanup. He changed one year and then they went right back to not doing quality work. Don't seem to finish before snowfall. Shouldn't have to tell them the same thing every year. Many people in our community are very unhappy. I will write a better review if things change.
Well I am writing another review. I will say that Truco stepped it up yesterday with fall cleanup. So I am giving them a better rating and review. They did a great job yesterday and worked hard to get the community done. It looks great! They may need to do a little more once all the leaves come done, but it looks so much better now. I hope they keep up the good work. If not I will write another review. Thank you to Rob and crew!

We are truly pleased with the work that Truco has done. We had owners coming into town and Christian really went above and beyond to ensure the properties looked great. We were impressed with the professionalism, knowledge and speedy emergency services. Our properties look great!

We had a ten tree orchard of various fruit trees that we cut down. Truco cleaned up the cut branches and ground the stumps within one and a half hours and had the ground cleaned up very well. A few weeks later they removed a mostly dead silver maple tree in our backyard. It only took a couple hours and the stump was ground down along with a very good cleanup afterward. I would highly recommend them for tree service.

TruCo is a great company to work with for your commercial landscaping and snow removal needs! Rob is excellent to work with. He is very timely in providing quotes and has a lot of great feedback and suggestions to provide on what will look great, fit within your budget, and is knowledgeable on plants that will thrive with Utah's ever changing weather conditions. I have been impressed with TruCo's landscape maintenance as well as landscape projects which have had a quick turnaround time. I would highly recommend using TruCo!

Michael Sands and his crew were marvelous. They did an excellent job on my overgrown and neglected landscape.
Michael was patient & professional. He answered all my questions and gave additional tips to help maintain healthy and happy plants. He explained what he was doing and why. His crew was polite, efficient, careful with my property and left my yard cleaner than they found it. I will be using them again next spring. Thank you for an excellent experience.

TruCo Services has been performing snow removal for our property management clients for years. They tailor to the client's needs when they are home and make sure that their driveways are clear and safe.

When Pete is called for assistance, he is always very responsive and gets the requests fulfilled quickly!

I was very impressed by Michel and his crew. They were very expeditious, courteous & knowledgeable. They were in and out in just a few hours, cutting down a tall tree between my house and my neighbors (with no damage to either of our houses or the vinyl fence between. When it came time to make payment the office was very helpful and there were no surprises, I paid what was quoted

I would like to highly recommend TruCo Services - Rob Eccles for any landscaping projects. Rob and his crew listened to our ideas and provided creative solutions that exceeded my expectations. The project was completed on time and within budget. His services also included follow-up visits to ensure that we still remained content with the project, even dispatching his crew at one point to for some touch-up work. 6-star effort for a 5-star project. Thank you Rob and Nino for being amongst the few honest and hard working contractors these days.

We had a great experience with TruCo! They were well priced, responsive and prompt. Michael was a pleasure to work with and gave us advice on which plants to put in where we took out our ugly old shrubs. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Michael Sands was very responsive for getting us an estimate. Tim was great and also responsive when over seeing the project. The tree removal crew worked like magicians when removing the tree. It was amazing and they did a great job at the final cleanup. Thanks for everything.

TruCo, Pete and the crew were outstanding! Super careful for a dangerous job, extremely polite, professional and responsive to the quote and then to the work. Very competitive bid and well worth the money! I would without hesitation recommend TruCo for any tree work/fire mitigation that you may need.

TruCo was a great landscaping company for us. Rob was very responsive whenever I reached out and provided excellent landscape design input. Nino and his crew were always on time, did great work - did it all - not one crew doing one thing another crew doing another. One stop shopping. We highly recommend TruCo. And will welcome them back in the spring to do more work for us.

We used TruCo in the snowy 2023-2024 winter season for snow removal and they did an amazing job all winter. They were very responsive and did a good job clearing the snow from our long driveway. They were reliable in getting our driveway cleared before we had to leave for school/ work. We highly recommend Truco.

Justin from Truco did an amazing job with our landscaping. The yard looks fantastic, and he was quick and professional.

I hired TruCo to thin out and trim back six of my trees. The communication was excellent, they showed up as scheduled, and the workers and staff were all very professional and did excellent work. The pricing was extremely competitive and reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the near future on other properties of mine.

TruCo is great. They were very efficient and professional. Any questions we had were promptly answered to our satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
