Tyler was amazing with his training and skills to help quickly and professionally rescue me neighbors 2 year old cat from an extremely high tree, at least 65 feet high. One could see that Tyler oozed with confidence and ability to use the right equipment to get the huge task done. We all are so happy with the result, a safe kitty's return back downy to earth!!!

This company showed up to the property I am renting at 8:45 am on Easter morning, even says they are closed today on Google!!!! It was so loud and invasive, they also yelled back and forth to each other the entire time and parked right in our driveway. I had leave the property and they spent the ENTIRE day here. Which is so disrespectful to anyone trying to celebrate their holiday…..

Ty was incredible!! So knowledgeable and professional and prompt!! (And might I add crazy brave!!) We had a huge job and we’re so grateful for his help!!! He went the extra mile and left things perfect!! We highly recommend him and will be using him again anytime we need a true professional!!

It was a big stress off my shoulders when Tyler cut our trees down this past week. I have lived here for 26 years and was able to buy 3 years ago and my neighbor and I finally said let's do it. He found Prestige and they came and made the whole neighborhood come out and watch in amazement that it was finally happening. And then it was a domino effect. So view St. Got a cut and trim. But Thank you to Tyler and his team. I appreciate it. Thank you

Just an overall great experience. Thank you to Deral and everyone who did a wonderful job on our property. They are great at communicating and working with you. We new it was a busy time of year and they got us on the schedule and kept us in the loop. Great work and they do what they say they are going to do and clean up after they are done. They did such a great job that even our neighbors asked them to do some work as well. Definitely give them a shot Deral and Tyler are awesome to work with.

We started using Prestige Tree about 11 years ago to trim and take care of our trees. We keep circling back because he is good at what he does and always would rather save a tree than cut it down. Unfortunately as trees age they become too unstable or die and need to be removed. Tyler did an amazing job and his crew worked hard along side him. As sad as I am to cut a tree down it is always amazing to watch it be skillfully removed.

I have used them now for two years and think they’re incredible. We have a big property of almost 2 acres and they do a great work at taking care of it all.

Two weeks ago I had Tyler’s crew come to my property to do some tree work. I needed a fence line cleared for a new fence to be installed. His crew trimmed and cut everything like we talked about. As they were chipping all of the branches however, Tyler asked me if I wanted wood chips behind my shed to keep the weeds down. I agreed, thinking he would chip the material from my yard and spread it behind my shed. Nope. He unhooked the wood chipper and backed his truck up and dumped a truckload of yard waste from other job sites.
I immediately told him I was concerned about the volume of material. He dumped it right where our fence is supposed to go. He said ‘don’t worry, my guys will spread it all out’. I hesitatingly gave the okay, not realizing that the bulk of the material was not wood chips but rotted leaves, branches and other yard waste.
When I came back later that evening to examine things it literally wreaked. There were flies and wasps covering the the material he had spread behind my shed. It was about 1’ deep in places, and piled up against the side of my shed.
I immediately texted him and told him I was not happy with the volume of material and the fact that most of it was rotten leaves, not wood chips.
In addition to this, he left all of the wood from the tree work that was too large to chip in a huge pile at the back of my property.
I told Tyler I wanted both the wood pile and the material behind the shed removed. He said his guys would be back soon to pick up the wood pile, but that I had accepted the material behind the shed and he was not going to remove it.
I spent the next week texting him, trying to get both removed. He took days to reply to my texts and had no interest in making things right. He kept saying his guys would pick up the wood pile this day or that. They never did.
Finally I told him I’d have a landscaping crew come remove the wood pile and rotten material, and then take him to court to get my money back. That got his attention. Suddenly he was responding to my texts within minutes. But he was still fight me about the issue. He refused to admit that he had used my yard as a dumping ground for rotted yard waste from other projects, so he could save himself from having to pay to dispose of it elsewhere.
He still never came to remove the pile of wood (which I had paid for as part of the tree pruning job).
I contacted the company that is installing our fence to see if the material Tyler spread behind our shed would be a problem. They verified that it would cause issues with setting the posts and bottom rails at the right height.
Even when I told Tyler about this he argued with me and was unwilling to make it right.
In the end, I paid a different tree company $1000 to remove the pile of wood and rotten leaves/yard waste Tyler left. This was after I had paid Tyler $2000 for the job. He now owes me $1,500.
The company that removed everything was absolutely appalled at the volume of material that was left back there. He said ‘as a certified professional arborist he’s shocked someone would call this rotted trash “wood chips”.’ He asked me what the name of the company is that left all of this trash and the pile of wood. When I told him it was Prestige tree and landscape he moaned and told me he’s had tons of clients coming to him with horror stories from working with this company.
Tyler told me that he’s done this to “7000 customers in (my) area” and that I’m the first one to complain.
Look at the google reviews and Yelp reviews and the better business bureau complaints for this company. I am far from the first person he has done this to. And I am far from the first person who has complained. As soon as Tyler gets his money he’s on to the next job, whether he’s done with yours or not. I wouldn’t recommend Prestige tree and landscape for any job. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Tyler was happy to start the job and take our money, he has yet to finish the job, Multiple trees they planted have died within the 1st couple of months. , they were in charge of the irrigation which did not work. Since then we have attempted to contact them, zero response. Don’t hire this group!

They handle everything from start to finish in timely manner; very polite workers. They Handled the Job very well! Very well done!

Amazing quality craftsman sh. The clean up crew left the yard better than they found it. I look forward to using this service next year and will recommend this company to all my neighbors.

These guys are awesome! Had all my trees trimmed in the front and back and they look great. Clean up was great too. Best part is they are very reasonably priced for the work that they do. Highly recommend!

I have used Prestige Trees several times at a rental property. They have consistently exceeded my expectations at a price much lower than the competition.

This week, they trimmed and treated all of the trees in our yard. The difference is amazing…no dead branches in our 25 year old pines. They already look healthier!

As they finished up at 8:30 pm, I asked what time their day started 5:30, he told me with a smile. Great team, great price, great service!

Our neighbors across the street had Prestige take out 9 trees this week. It was amazing to watch the teams do their jobs so efficiently. They cleaned up the street as good as new! Tyler came cake to finish up the stump grinding. He has a very good work ethic. Good job!

Fantastic experience. Good price, service within a couple days. Took care of trimming some LARGE sycamores, plus a bunch of other overgrown trees. Will use again.

Shout out to your Peruvian crew. They were great. Give them a raise

Came w/out telling me and when I wasn't home. Did not do the service requested, but instead butchered my shrubs and trees. TOPPED all my trees. Tyler said he would replace an ornamental. Never did. They weren't even asked to touch my trees, but even if they thought they were pruning them, that's not what they did. They just cut the end off every branch--including healthy evergreens--and central leaders. Gave me a bill for more than my quote. My yard was a mess. I have over 50 trees, so the damage was extensive. This was fall 2021, and I'm still so angry. Tyler never could explain what happened other than "my crew isn't very classy" and "Denis has a horrible memory." Apparently no one bothered to look at the bid to see what they were actually asked to do (I can't say "scheduled" to do because scheduling is not a thing with these people!) Communication with this company is THE worst!! Ugggg. Horrible regret ever meeting them. Tyler stood in my yard and gave me a sob story about his crew needed to be paid. WHY I ever gave him ANY money is beyond me. He owes me thousands and thousands for creating medusa trees.

When I inquired about a quote, Denis was at my house in about 15 minutes. I never expected such a quick response. He gave me a very reasonable quote to remove 2 large trees from our backyard. We scheduled that day, for a week later.
They showed up on time, and Tyler and his crew did an amazing job. We were so impressed, we are having them redo our lawn next. I will update review after that is done.
Very happy with the service we received. After pictures listed are before the clean up. They took a load away, and came back for the rest of the tree stumps that same evening.

UPDATE:
I wish I could say I was happy about the second job they did for us. We hired them to tear out all of the grass, bushes, old beds and a sandbox area from the front and back yards.
There was no communication about when they would be there. When they did show up, the guy did not know how to work the sod cutter. He left, but the sod cutter said in my backyard for a week, until they came back.
The crew had no idea they were supposed to tear out everything and when they called Tyler to asl about it, he had no odea either. My sprinklers did not get marked so one got broken. Tyler came by that evening to get paid, and I asked about when the front yard would be done. He had no idea the front yard was part of the quote either.
Again, the did not come when they said they would for the front yard either. He tried to charge me extra for the sod, because he had to order more for the front yard, which he could have ordered the first time, if he paid attention to the quote. He also was going to come back and fix my sprinkler. That was 2 weeks ago.
His crew was fantastic when they actually were here. Tyler, as a business owner, was not impressive at all.

I had a very good experience with Prestige. The price was fair and the 2 men who did the work were very thorough. Removed 2 bushes and trimmed up the rest. Looked good when it was finished. Thanks!

Tyler is an expert. He respects his crew and treats supporting contractors the same way.
End result is a job that is completed fast, at a good price and with complete communication.
This results in a job well done.
