Julio came by and picked up sod and couldn’t have been a nicer guy he was a great example for the company! He is the man!

Came out looked at area we needed work said he would send us at quote and ideas. That was the last time I heard from them. I even sent a couple of texts. I asked if the job was to small, nothing. My opinion not the best customer service.

Black Diamond landscaped my whole front yard. Put in rocks all around. New sod and sprinkler system. Did it all in 3 days. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them.

They recently landscaped our backyard following a plan developed thru Glover Nursery. They did an EXCELLENT job. Expectations were clearly presented thru the contract and verbal communications. The work was done in a timely manner. Any delays or issues were communicated and resolved in quick order. Without reservation, we will recommend Black Diamond to family and friends. We plan to contact them for future landscaping projects.

Black Diamond localscapped 13000 square feet of my yard. In West Valley City UT there is a clean and beautiful award. I told them that award was the goal I was setting for them with this yard. I'm pretty sure they far exceeded that goal. Three weeks from start to finish. WOW we were definitely impressed. We will be having the back to do the rest of our yard. Steve and Jake. We're very happy with the great job Black Diamond did on converting our parking strip! The flow of the pink"river" thru the strip looks classy. Great work and it only took two days to finish. We would definitely recommend Black Diamond to anybody looking to add a feature to your yard!

We had Black Diamond redo our entire front and side yard landscaping. They took time to make sure our concerns were addressed all the way through the process. Made sure we were happy with the work that was done.
All of the people were very pleasant to work with from the owners to the person who was just hired new that week.
They helped us navigate the water district rebate process to help save some money for this project too.
It was very apparent that this was a passion of theirs when talking to them. I would highly recommend them for any landscaping projects. We will be calling them when we are ready to redo our backyard.

We did a major residential landscaping renovation with Black Diamond; lighting, irrigation, planting, pavement, concrete stairs, etc. They were true partners throughout the process! From improving concept design, discussing alternatives, to the actual work, coordination for permitting, etc. they were nothing but responsive, forthright and reliable. We will wholeheartedly recommend them to our friends and family and will stay with them for all of our future work.

From the beginning to the end of the project, and the questions post project, Steve and Jake have worked with us every step of the way to ensure we are happy. Long Version:

I’m so thankful that we found Black Diamond Landscaping to partner with us on xeriscaping our front yard! The first thing my wife and I wanted to do when we moved into our home was xeriscape our landscape. That is where Black Diamond Landscaping came in, a team of experts who not only care about their customers, but also care about Utah and doing what they can to design beautiful landscapes that work with mother nature rather than against it.

The first step in our journey began with a series of consultations. The owners of Black Diamond, Steve and Jake, worked with us to truly understand our vision for our front yard. They didn’t try to pressure us or sell us on things we didn’t need. Rather, they truly listened and provided us with sound guidance and expertise. It was because of this honesty and transparency that we decided Steve and Jake were the team we wanted to work with.

After the consultations, it was time to execute the project! Steve and Jake worked with us every step of the way to help us understand exactly what they were doing and make sure we were comfortable with how the project was unfolding.

A little over a week later, the project was completed. My wife and I were absolutely blown away with the final result, though the best part was yet to come! There are plenty of landscaping companies that would leave and never pick up the phone when something goes a little wrong or when you have a general question-that is not Black Diamond. Black Diamond truly cares about their customers and want to ensure the landscape looks just as beautiful 6 years down the road as it did when they installed it. Every project is going to have its hiccups; a great vendor works to correct those hiccups as soon as possible vs. running away from them. With Steve and Jake, we feel like we have invested in a lifetime partnership. Wherein if we have questions or need a little help with something down the road, they will be there to help us. We are so grateful we chose the amazing Black Diamond team!
