I've been using Action Lawn for many years now. They do wonderful job! They are in and out in under 15 minutes. I get a lot of compliments from neighbors. Thank you!

I had them do a new install of the sprinkling system in my re-landscaped yard in June. They were dependable, did a good job, and the price was good.

Also had them blow out my sprinklers for the winter and was happy how quickly they were able to come out and winterize my system. Would recommend.

First the positive parts. Action does well when it comes to actually mowing and edging the yard. Mowing is consistently done well, edging looks good, and for the most part they clean up after themselves pretty well (w/ blowers). Unfortunately, their system has the employees on a tight time schedule and they are timed for each job (our $40 yard takes a crew of 3 about 7 or 8 minutes on average). The fact that the crews are monitored on time and feel pressure to complete the jobs quickly has resulted in multiple mishaps at our house of time. We have had yard art broken, sprinklers run over and flagstone steps damaged by the employees. The worst part of this is that none of these damages was reported. If it wasn't for the fact that we noticed it and/or had video coverage of the events they would have gone unnoticed resulting in possible flooding, injury, etc. These recurrent incidents leave me unable to recommend this business. I have had discussions with the owner regarding the pressure his employees feel and these issues, but until they change their approach to make sure safety comes first, I believe these types of issues will continue, and I will look elsewhere for my yard services.

We just moved in right as winter was hitting and Action Lawn and Yard winterized our yard for us. They got us on the schedule super quick, and did a great job. Our sprinkler system is a little more complicated than the last few homes I've lived in, and they did an awesome job walking me through everything they did.

Action Lawn has been my landscaping service for over 10 years now. They are professional, responsible, stand by their work, and provide great quality service. I've recommended them to friends and they have always come through well. I would not risk sending referrals to friends who would be disappointed since that is a reputation risk to me.

The park strip conversion was completed within five hours. The workers were courteous, and concientious. The end result certainly improves the street view appearance of my home. I'll call on Action again in the future if and when I have yard care needs.

Fantastic to work with. Always prompt in returning my phone calls and they have thorough answers to any questions I have. We've had an extremely positive experience.

I want to start by saying that I believe this is a good company and could be a great fit for most people. I think my bad experience came from a place of bad communication and not understanding the process - so the purpose of this review is to educate people like me that have never really hired a service like this.

I reached out for a quote for aeration and a few other services. I was promptly met with a quote for services and options for add ons. As this was my first time with this company I requested that we do the aeration in a few weeks since at the time their was still snow on the ground and I would be traveling intermittently.

About 3 weeks later I got an email, which was unfortunately sent to my spam, notifying me that techs would be scheduled the following day to come aerate. As ive said I missed this email so no one was home to assist the techs and show them the areas I wanted aerated. Unfortunately because of this lack of communication (both on my end and the servicer) my gate was damaged and some yard decorations.

About 2/3 weeks later I receive an invoice for the service, that I up to this point didn't even know was performed. After some back and forth with the team I paid and agreed that we probably weren't a good for for each other.

Pros:

Other than the damages to my yard, which could have been prevented if I had enough notice to open the gate and move some stuff off the lawn, the service seemed to have been done well.
Their prices are competitive
Their service team is responsive and professional
Prompt service - although short notice sometimes

Cons:

They will show up within 24 hours of sending a notice, so keep a close eye on your inbox!
They arent responsible for damages to your yard so make sure anything you want to keep is out of the way!

Overall I think this is a good company if you keep a constant eye on your inbox. They are professional and good at what they do. But be mindful of the cons listed above.

I can't say enough good things about Action. Its staff, its expedience, and its easy online payment portal have all made my lawncare needs a set-it-and-forget-it responsibility. Pricing is more than reasonable and the service is top-notch. Keep up with great work, fellas!

I have worked with Action Lawn and Yard for several years now and will use no other lawn service. They service my sprinkler system twice a year as well as weekly cutting/edging/blowing both front and back lawns. It is a very professionally run service with reasonable prices for the quality received. I have absolutely no complaints and, as I said earlier, will use no other service.

We have been extremely happy with Action Lawn and Yard. They aerate and fertilize our lawn and, after the leaves have all fallen, we hire one of their teams to clear the abundance of leaves from our yard. For all of these services, this company goes above and beyond. The communication with the office is superb, and we have been thoroughly pleased with every lawn treatment. And the leaves clean-up is well worth the money spent (which is very reasonable). I highly recommend Action Lawn and Yard!

I have had action Lawn yard service mowing my lawn. They do a spectacular job and then I had some sprinkler work done. It was completely awesome and then on top of that I had their weeding service come and they just blew me away today. They are spectacular always on time always do a great job and the cleanup is incredible. If you need any work done in your yard, these are the guys to call.

Action Lawn and Yard is a very knowledgeable and easy to work company. The company is providing fertilization services for lawn. We do not have any weeds. The grass is always green. I would highly recommend Action Lawn.

I hired them to clean up my front and backyard. They worked so hard. They cleaned up everything I asked. Then they did even more. Their clean up was so needed I nearly cried as they walked me around after they were done, to show me. He even showed me a sprinkler problem he found. My yards are ready for us to make them pretty again. I will be able to sit in my backyard and be at peace, not stressed at what needed to be done. THANK YOU!

I've used them for changing out my landscaping for a more water-friendly alternative, as well as a few smaller yardwork jobs. They have always done excellent and prompt work. Will definitely continue to use them for anything I need in the future.
