Joel did a great job! He had someone with him who he was showing what to do. He was helpful and respectful to me and to his helper and they were quick to determine the problem. They left to get parts, returned quickly, and had the whole issue taken care of within a couple hours total time.

Ramón was able to schedule us in promptly on the same day over the weekend to get our kitchen sink unclogged. Abdon was punctual, professional, courteous, and thorough. He cleared the clog in the main line, checked our garbage disposal, and also checked our dishwasher and explained what was going on. We are very grateful for the timely and well done plumbing support.

Redd was very nice and did an amazing job! Service overall was a 10/10, came in the house looked at where the issue was and got straight to work. Thank you!

Joel and the crew did a great job finishing up our bathroom! As soon as they came in and saw the work of the previous plumber, they immediately knew it was done incorrectly. They were able to fix the issue for us and finally get our shower installed. It took a while for the tub surround to ship, but that wasn't their fault. They got the work done promptly once the parts arrived. We noticed a small issue after installation, and they came right back to fix it and even left us a tube of Dapp in case we need to add anymore caulking. That was very helpful!

Darryl was awesome! Super friendly and professional from the moment he arrived. He fixed our pipes and drains quickly and explained everything so we understood what was going on. It’s rare to find someone this reliable I’ll definitely be calling Darryl again and recommending him to family and friends in West Jordan.

Pro Master Services recently came to my home to relocate two gas lines, and I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism and integrity they demonstrated from start to finish. Redd and Pro Master Services were absolutely fantastic. My very old garbage disposal was on its last leg and started leaking, pooling in the cabinet below. They got me scheduled right away and I received texts confirming my appointment and another when he was on the way. Redd arrived right at beginning of the 2-hr window. He was so friendly and replaced and cleaned everything in under an hour. Highly recommend!

Technician replaced a valve that was cracked. It was connected to the refrigerator water filter. It went smoothly, technician was very commutative and easy to talk too.
I haven’t received the bill yet, so I can’t comment on if this is reasonably priced.

A big, popular company couldn’t snake my drain, tried to upsell me to their expensive options. These guys came in and had it done in 15 minutes, saying it was a piece of cake. Fast, professional, friendly. I now have their card on my fridge for future service!
