I would highly recommend Pro Master Services. After water began pooling on our downstairs level without an apparent cause, I called their team for assistance. Someone arrived at our office in less than an hour to assess the situation and quickly identified that a leak from an upstairs toilet was draining down to the baseboards of a downstairs bathroom, hallway, and office. The wax ring and flapper, successfully resolving the issue. I can't thank Scott and Redd for all their help. They really came though for us.

Sent me to small claims court for $170 bill without any warning, demand letter, or attempt to resolve. I paid the $170 shortly after being served the small claims court notice. Now he is still pursuing $100 for the fees he paid to file. Warning to all about how this company treats customers.

I Had a main water break called them they came up next morning dug it up had it fixed promptly and fast really nice to deal with great price I have had them do a few Jobs at my house they’ve always been really great to deal with
