Working with Jordan V. has been a pleasure. I’ve had bad experiences with technicians in the past working on my whole home humidifier, but Jordan’s knowledge and great personality fixed my problem in one morning. Something the other technicians have taken months with. Jordan is now my “go-to” HVAC guy.

Fantastic service. Jordan was on-time, professional, proficient, but not in a rush to leave. He made sure I understood the systems and helped guide me on making appropriate improvements.

Air Design is the best. They came out late at night to help. Jase didn’t leave until he was sure he had tried everything he could to get things fixed and working as they should. Very helpful, professional and kind.

We've been working with Air Design for many years now. They installed our whole house humidifier, our air purifier, and more recently a new furnace. We just really love these guys. Lance sets up our appointments and is super accomidating. They do superior work and always go over details thoroughly with us. We have all of our systems serviced twice a year and our low heating/Air-conditioning costs reflect on the great maintenance they do.
We added a pantry onto our home and they installed a split for that room. I can keep it wonderfully cool while I'm canning and nice and warm when I need to raise dough for rolls and bagels.

Jordan and Ben were amazing and super helpful. Their kindness and honesty is so much appreciated. They were quick to fix our problem and gave us all kinds of great options for our furnace and air conditioner needs. My wife and I highly recommend Air Design, Heating and Cooling. We are repeat customers of theirs and will continue to do business with them with a smile.

My furnace went out. They came out quickly and diagnosed it. Needed a new furnace. They gave me a great deal on the replacement furnace. Brad was quick to install it and great customer service from Russ. Would use them again for anymore heating and air needs

My furnace was not working and Sean came right over. He was extremely proficient knowledgeable and fixed the issue readily. Sean explained steps taken as he progressed, results, and was efficient and professional. I will definitely use Air Design services again and tell my friends.

Air Design professionals reduced so much stress. My husband did HVAC for 30+ years and had planned on replacing our furnace and air conditioner in the spring. So I knew it needed to be done. When he passed away unexpectedly, the sadness and anxiety about finding someone I could trust and afford increased. I knew the basic terminology of HVAC but I was not in the frame of mind to make decisions. Russ Anderson was great to work with, did a bid in a timely manner, gave me options and came in at the quoted amount without trying to upcharge, which so many other companies do. These guys are great. The tech showed up on time. With in a few hours of my call. The Tech Sean D. Was very knowledgeable, quick and professional. did a complete diagnostic, identified my issue, didn’t try to up sale me on a complete new unit. had the part on is truck. My aging furnace was back up and running with in an hour. I definitely will use these guys again.

Jordan has been our service tech for a few years and is excellent in his work and takes the time to explain everything. He, with his team of Dallin and Tomasi, just installed replacement gas furnace and A/C with the same excellence. Highly recommended.

We’ve been using Air Design for several years, for everything from regular maintenance to emergencies (like the A/C blower shorting on us — change those filters, people!). They have never been anything less than amazing.

Their communication is great. I understand needing to be able to operate from job to job by scheduling appointment windows, and not only do these guys stick to those windows, but they’ll always give a heads up as soon as they know when exactly they’ll show up. That makes a big difference in being able to plan my day.

The pricing and the bids have always been incredibly reasonable and accurate to the final costs. Sean D. and Jordan just barely left after completely relocating my exterior AC unit about 30 feet away around the corner of my house and the scope of the job, the pricing, and the time estimated were all exact.
Sean & Jordan were quick, clean, knowledgeable, and friendly. I only had my AC turned off for an hour before they were finished enough to turn it back on. They even cleaned the whole unit for me since it was stuck in a corner that accumulated a lot of wind-blow dirt and debris. And then they stayed for 30 minutes afterwards to make sure everything stayed working as it should after the cooling was turned back on.

Call these guys whether your job is big or small. You’ll be happy you did.

Had a heater emergency today! Called Air Design and their amazing service tech, Jordan VanStaveren, not only got here earlier than the assigned time, he walked us through our options. It was ultimately decided that replacing our 15 year old heater was the right choice. Jordan jumped on it and worked all day to get us taken care of to be sure we were warm for the Thanksgiving holiday! He also made sure he cleaned up after himself and was so helpful by keeping us informed on everything we needed to know. We have used Air Design for 25 years and they are professional, and trustworthy! We will never go anywhere else!

Air Design did a great job on my furnace. They spent time researching the problem until they knew they had what it took to fix the issue. They were great with communication and always prompt when they said they would arrive. I’ll certainly use them again if I ever need to and will recommend them to anyone who asks.

I needed to replace the furnace in my home. I called Air Design and Lance sent out Dillan and Jordan the very next day. These guys are great! They knew what they were doing. Their work was clean and very professionally installed. They did an excellent job.

The team at Air Design is wonderful. From beginning to end, they were easy to work with, professional, and not pushy. We had them install a mini-split upstairs. The price was fair, and the quality was great. Their team was extremely easy to work with and flexible as we had to shift around the project. Jordan and Andy did the install, and it looks great!

This company is great. I had some HVAC issues and they were here early the next morning to help me figure it out. They are great at helping know what next steps are to fix things but not being pushy.
