I couldn't be happier with their service and highly recommend them. I've called them to service my A/C and my furnace and each time they were prompt, friendly, and were able to get my issues fixed at a very reasonable price. Gave thorough explanations on what was being done, plus lots of helpful maintenance tips for the future.

William is fantastic. He explains what he is doing and why and asks if you have any questions. He also was able to help us get our gas stove hooked up when we converted from an electric set up. Great experience. Highly recommend this company.

William is thorough with his work and cleaned every nook and cranny with my furnace tune-up. And he helped me realize that I had the wrong size furnace filter and replaced it as part of his service. The best service I've come across - from the first phone call, to the installation, everyone was very professional and kind. They took the time to explain details and be very transparent about their whole service. I chose them because I felt most comfortable with the whole team here. They also had the best overall package for a furnace replacement, with their extended labor warranty, and their furnace and filter options. 5-star service, as it should be with such a big purchase. Sometimes it comes down to the people, keep up the good work and high craftsmanship Efficient Systems.

When my AC started blowing tepid air in the peak of summer, I called several companies, but Efficient Systems had the earliest available appointment. William troubleshooted our very old unit and, despite not being able to read the identifying marks on the rusty capacitor, he was able to replace it with one he had in his truck and got us up and running. I don't think many technicians have the knowledge and experience that William does. It's a bonus that he is the nicest guy you'll ever meet!

William is very knowledgeable, efficient & affordable! I have used his services twice & have been very impressed each time. I ask a lot of questions - he answered all of them completely, so I understood what was going on with my system. He suggested things I could do to improve the efficiency, heating/cooling costs & life of the system. I will definitely use William's services again!!

After using another provider for years their service and cost quickly went downhill once they were purchased by a national company, so I wanted to look for a good local company. I found Efficient Systems after comparing companies and I couldn't be happier with choosing them. William is the BEST, it's nice having the same technician come out everytime for my annual maintenance on cooling and heating. He doesn't try and upsale things that don't need to be changed. Even with my systems being 10 years old, he says they running great and still have years to go. I'm glad I found Efficient Systems.

I just replaced TWO furnaces and TWO air conditioners. I had original units from 1983. I collected four bids. Efficient Systems was the best price and had the best customer service BY FAR. The technicians had their work cut out for them as all my equipment is in two attics. It’s was probably over 150 degrees up there! They were very accommodating and patient. They were quick to start the install and get us cooled off. I was so happy to have it all complete before the heat waves of July and September hit. The office staff is very kind. The technicians are prompt and kind. They show up when they say they’ll show up. I feel they are very honest. I couldn’t ask for anything more. They are a terrific company and HIGHLY recommend them.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I called at 4:30 in the afternoon, and the woman I spoke with, Bernadette, got in touch with a technician named William who came to my house after him last call of the day and was there until after 7:00 PM to diagnose what was wrong with my AC. He was so nice and incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile for me!

When I found out I'd have to use a contractor chosen by my home warranty to do the repairs, William did the cleaning and inspection I needed to send in for my warranty to get the repairs covered and even offered to let me use some coolers he had until my AC was repaired (even though I wouldn't be able to use them for the repairs). I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me or push me into paying for something I didn't need.I can't overstate how helpful and kind and pleasant to work with William was.

I will definitely be using this company for all my regular maintenance and any repairs I have to do in the future, and I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with This company. William was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was very responsive to calls, had a very quick turnaround time, and did a fantastic job replacing our furnace. Will definitely call them back in the future for any HCAV needs that come up.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Their tech, William, is so knowledgeable and he fixed our AC right away. I really felt like he cared about my family and not just that things ran efficiently, but that we wouldn’t hurt our pocketbook either. I have already started recommending him to our neighbors. I noticed a faint smell of gas on Friday afternoon, right before a Holiday weekend. They were able to squeeze me in and had a tech at my house in 2 hours. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and confident. He didn't find a leak, and the smell went away, but he didn't make me feel like I was a crazy person for calling them in. Their service fee to come out was also very reasonable. I was so pleasantly impressed. Thank you!

Our experience was the best yet . William was amazing to work with and calling in and the gal was quick to get us a technician and so pleasant. William in my opinion was the best I've ever dealt with. We had only had new unit for 4.5 years and William went above and beyond to find out if in warranty and once told no the reason why. He assured us that with the new unit he would make sure to register, since our builder didn't and with William doing so warranty would be 10 years. He worked so hard to get us up and running. Plus the cost was exceptional and didn't break the bank. I will refer the company and William every time anyone asks.

I called Efficient Systems when my furnace would not start at the beginning of cold weather. They came out and discovered that it was the same problem that I had had last year and the year before that. No other heating company explained why it was happening but William with efficient heating knew why and explained it to me. The other heating companies just wanted to keep coming out to taking my money. A month later I had another problem and they came out the same day. I find them honest people and caring people and are there to help you. They are friendly and very fair in price. I have them saved in my phone. They are the only Heating and cooling company that I will use. They never seemed in a hurry and were very professional.

William may be the most trusted technician of any type that I have worked with. Several times he has serviced my A/C and he is always friendly, efficient, smart, explains things, and honest.

This weekend (Labor Day!) I have been sick and that's the worst time for the A/C to go out. He came out on a Sunday and had our service up in 30 minutes. I can't recommend any company more! This is the smartest call you can make if you're having any HVAC trouble!

I had 4 quotes for installing a new air conditioner at my home. When William from Efficient Systems came out, I hoped that his quote would be good because I liked him a lot and really wanted to give him my business. His quote came in and was better than all the others. Not only was the quote fantastic, but the work that was done exceeded expectations. I have an old home that proved to be difficult and annoying to get setup in the best way, but William worked all day to get the job done and went above and beyond what we thought was necessary. I was very impressed and will be recommending this company to everyone I know who needs any kind of HVAC work done at their home.

Our furnace was having problems. We contacted William and he came out the next morning to check it out. We ended up needing a new furnace. He replaced it the next day and even let us borrow one of his space heaters over night. He was so nice and explained everything to us. I would highly recommend using them!!
