Everything about HPP is exceptional: prompt response (out to my home in 2 hours), clear communication, a reasonable bid, and a great installation experience! Jared was very knowledgeable and courteous. He even brought us a portable air conditioner to get through the next couple days until I was available for the installation. Travis was a skilled and pleasant technician who got the job done seamlessly. I will never call anyone else!

This company has offered us really great customer service overall and competitive pricing. Our mini split ended up needing a new condensation pump. The installation of the pump got a bit tricky and an error message showed up on our unit after installation. The tech was quick to return to our home and get the problem fully resolved. Our condensation pump is now working nice and quiet. Thank you.

I recently hired Home Performance Pros to work on my AC and I couldn't be more impressed! From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Jared and John were professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. I had originally had Any Hour Services come out to tell me that my capacitor needed to be switched and wanted $600-$1300 (depending on package) to switch out. This piece only cost a little over $30 which we declined and switched it out ourselves to then realizing that was not the problem. John came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC unit and provided a solution that was both effective and affordable. John is punctual, courteous, and friendly. He helped me save a ton of money (and I really do mean this). My AC is now running better than ever, and I'm so grateful for their expertise.
