During the visit, they were meticulous and never attempted to sell anything I didn’t need. Charges were very reasonable.

From the moment that we met with Asim, our encounter with A-1 Heating & Cooling was really very professional. Every step in the process, from the initial discussion of purchase options, to the installation of the furnace and A/C, then the follow-up by the tech, it was top notch. We bought this home from our parents who had used A-1 Heating & Cooling. We decided at that time to continue with A-1 Heating & Cooling. I would strongly recommend this local company.

We are very happy with A1 Heating & Cooling. My air went out when the temp was over 100 degrees. I called in the morning and we had two of them at our house by 12:30. They diagnosed the problem and returned later in the day to fix it, after completing their commitments for the day. They even ran into an unexpected issue with the electrical box and spent extra time resolving that problem, which was outside the scope of their HVAC repair. And the bill I received didn't include the mess they corrected. I should also say that we were referred to A-1 by my son who also used their services and was very happy. They were professional, knowledgeable and more than fair in their pricing. It is unusual to see this degree of professionalism in a business today. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

They are fantastic and excellent to work with. Not only very knowledgeable but they hear customers and what we have to say. In my case , I called them and I wanted to give as much information as possible on the phone. They we're welcoming to hear and gather more information so that they could make the visit with spare parts needed. Finally when they arrived , they recommended what is best and economical for me. They are very transparent and honest which is what I loved besides being knowledged. They trouble shooted my HVAC not heating up in less than 10-15 mins. I recommend them to my friends.

I called A-1 because my heater was not working. They fit me in that day and showed up when they said they would be here. They were honest with their assessment, professional and very clean and courteous with my home. I would highly recommend them.

AC unit went out. Called and they got a technician over within a couple hours. They were friendly and very helpful in determining the problem after I had tried a few other simple trouble shoots that weren't the issue. They quickly remedied it and their rates were very reasonable. I will use them again, if needed. Great folks to work with.

We had two water-heaters installed when we purchased the house. One of them started leaking. We had few estimates equaling over 5k. Everybody wanted to replace both water heaters. These guys suggested just removing the leaky heater since the other unit seemed to be in good condition . The brothers set up the bypass and required plumbing and removed the defective unit. Including the clean up, all in all, it cost under $300. We actually saved almost 5k and two years later, the old unit is still working great. Muchos Gracias

These guys were very prompt to respond to my needs. They showed up on time and fixed the issue with my furnace on a freezing cold day. Most importantly, they reassured me that I could call them anytime of the day if the issue is not resolved. I highly recommend them.

They were great. They spent the time to problem solve, and ultimately they were able to fix the problem in a timely and cost-effective manner. They followed up on the night of the service to make sure everything was working. They hey followed up on the next day as well. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I did the DIY on my furnace that wasn't igniting. I really messed up the furnace badly. These brothers came when they said they would, did very thorough checking the various parts. I have given up on the big name well advertised services because they cost more and take longer to get them out. I called this morning they were here at 12:15 and after getting the parts they came back and finished up by 6:00. Never have I had service done by anyone with the integrity of these guys. I guarantee you will be pleased!!!

A-1 service is top-tier. The professionals were so knowledgeable and kind to help out and ensure the AC was fixed regardless of the fact that it took longer than the allocated time. A-1 is amazing! Their response time was phenomenal! They were professional and went out of their way to remedy a warranty situation in my behalf. They were courteous and honest and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We woke up on a freezing Friday morning and our furnace had stopped. I called our regular HVAC service manager who said that the earliest that they could come was Sunday afternoon and there would be an extra charge for a weekend call. I googled furnace repair and chose A-1 Heating & Cooling and I'm glad I did. They were able to come Friday afternoon right on time, replaced a failed part from their onsite inventory and fixed our problem!
Two professionals who couldn't have been any nicer, told me to call them 24/7 if we had any more problems.

A-1 Heating and Cooling impressed us with their professionalism and reasonable pricing a few months ago when our furnace stopped working. I emailed them through their website at 1 AM last night when it quit again. They responded immediately and offered to come within 30 minutes. When we asked them for an appointment the next day, they made one right them. They were punctual and considerate (masks and foot coverings). We were prepared for bad news and it would have been so easy for them to blame our 15-year-old furnace. Instead, they told us the part they had replaced the first time they came was at fault, replaced it without cost, and even reduced their service fee by about half! We are so very pleased to have found A-1 Heating and Cooling. They are honest and truly value serving their customers well. We will be calling them with any future heating or cooling issues we have.

My furnace was having a roll out issue on the first startup of the season so I called up A1 and they were quickly responsive and timely. When they came out they tested my system and showed me the results to confirm what the issue was. Their pricing was very fair, especially for the time it was (evening).

Although the furnace repeated the issue, they were more than willing to come out and run additional diagnostic where they found another culprit compounding the issue I was having, and they took care of it at no extra cost. For the time they spent and in depth troubleshooting, I think they did fantastic and I would not hesitate to contact them again. Excellent service!

We've had A-1 come out twice now to work on our furnace and AC. They're knowledgeable, honest, and did a great job.

They send a technician to diagnose and fix your problem unlike other companies who send a salesman to convince you to buy new equipment.
