Emmanuel and Riley did a great job cleaning our dryer vent out. They were very thorough , kind and up front about cost before they began. I appreciate that they took before and after photos so I could see exactly what they did. I would definitely hire them again!

pretty straightforward. I was in urgent need of a repair on faucets, difficult to find parts, and a very tight timeline - Scott hale completed the work in less than four hours of me calling. The price was reasonable for an urgent call and they didn't suggest replacing everything like a lot of places do. The chap was clean, courteous and very professional. Fantastic work. We have used Scott Hale many times and will continue to do so.

My go-to plumber wasn’t open, so resorted to 24/7 provider, and Scott Hale was my first call. Frank showed up on a Sunday to fix our leaking water pressure gauge. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and empathetic. He accurately diagnosed the issue, and had our house back up and running in less than an hour. Can’t go wrong with Frank, company was great! Will definitely use them in the future!

Scott Hale provided an immediate response to our call out for a very strange plumbing situation, with Kieth and Brandon showing up within the hour to our home in Park City. They were both incredibly polite, courteous, and helpful! We are thankful for them showing up to help so promptly and grateful for the continued relationship with Scott Hale!

It was easy to book an appointment online, but a representative also took the time to call to see if we wanted someone to come out sooner. They were flexible with scheduling and arrived promptly. Our technician was Gage Miller, who did an excellent job. He was clear, courteous, and transparent with his findings and how we could move forward. He patiently answered all of my questions and worked with me to find the best solution. I would be happy to work with Gage and Scott Hale again.

BEST PLUMBER BY FAR!! We had a huge back up in our kitchen disposal and were in a huge bind and needed someone quickly. Keith not only came ONCE, but TWICE to make sure the job got done. He fixed our clog quickly, efficiently, and even stayed and checked it multiple times to make sure it was working.

He was professional, kind, & easy to talk with. If you need someone Keith is 100% your guy for the job!

Fast and reasonably priced. My bathtub was clogged with standing water at 930 on a Sunday night. the tech arrived less than an hour after my initial call. snaked the drain however found a bigger issue that was also quickly repaired. this was all comoleted at a very reasonable price considering the emergency service and extra repair. I would definitely use them again!

Our visit from Edib with Scott Hale Plumbing was superb. He did great work, it was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We would recommend him to anybody who has a plumbing problem.

We hired Scott Hale for all plumbing and gas line work during a major home renovation (95% new build). This meant trusting them with every line in the house — showers, sinks, toilets, fireplaces, everything. While the crew on-site was friendly (Alex in particular was excellent), the quality of the work and follow-through has been unacceptable.

1. Dangerous gas line installation
The gas lines for our fireplaces were installed without proper regulators. When the fireplaces were connected, turning them on produced a ball of flame. The fireplace installers refused to proceed until the hazard was corrected. To investigate, we had to cut into our newly finished basement ceiling to trace the lines. We now have multiple holes in our ceiling — only one was patched by Hale, leaving us to pay for the rest. Despite repeated calls, they have refused to take responsibility.

2. Leaking tub drain
The tub drain was installed incorrectly and has leaked from day one. Getting someone to even look at it required weeks of pestering. When a plumber finally came, he told me he was “doing me a favor” because he wasn’t being paid to be there. After using a special wrench, the drain still leaked. He said he’d discuss options with his manager, but I haven’t heard back since February. As a result, we have been unable to use our bathtub or shower for nearly a year.

3. Lack of accountability
I’ve spoken with Shannon (GM), Robert, Kim, and others. Each promised resolution, but nothing has been fixed. Calls go unanswered, commitments are broken, and the company refuses to stand behind its work.

Bottom Line….

Scott Hale may be friendly on-site, but friendliness doesn’t make up for unsafe installations, unfinished repairs, and a year-long failure to deliver on basic obligations. We entrusted them with our home, and instead we’ve been left with hazards, damage, and unusable fixtures. I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable plumbing or gas line work.

They have been great every time our AC decides to act up. They are here in a fast and friendly manner and solve the issue right away. They are so polite and efficient!

Our air conditioner stopped running and it was 94* in our house! We called A-1 Heating & Cooling on a Friday afternoon and they came out that evening. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and truly cared about our situation. Thank you A-1 for not only taking care of our air conditioner but for going above and beyond to help us out in a very stressful time!

I called A1 on a Friday afternoon. My AC had just quit working and it was 100 degrees out. They insisted to come out that very evening. They were able to fix it and also fixed my second unit which I had been told by another company that the compressor was ruined. Obviously, it wasn’t! Both units started working that evening! They worked until 10 pm and were so informative about everything they were doing! I love these guys and highly recommend them!!! I will never use any other company!

So you call A-1 Heating and cooling—you are sweating, hot, and miserable. . THEY WALK YOU THROUGH A POSSIBLE FIX! You can’t do it because you known nothing about air conditioning. They fix an old wiring problem from the 1950s and create cold air to magically rise to the bedroom where you collapse from joy and heat exhaustion. They have saved your life. 10 stars. Please.

We had a very good experience with this company. Professional, punctual, and hardworking team. They pad great attention to detail and were able to accommodate a last minute visit in which the problem at hand was solved effectively and efficiently. Would highly recommend.
