This family-owned business is one of the most ethical companies out there. Responsive and handles business the same day. I had a design flaw in my Ivory home (Hamilton model) and Todd saved me from another competitor who wanted to knock out my walls and put in new duct work and a secondary system.

My AC stopped working and we were miserable. We contacted Precision to come look at our system. They were on time and able to diagnose what was going on fairly quickly. They gave us a great price with great service. They had us up and running the next day. I would highly recommend Precision Heating!

I’m going to start sharing companies that don’t know how to drive, and then let you know the companies on the vehicle. Truck sped into a park and almost hid a teen walking cause the driver wasn’t paying attention. Don’t spend money here. Drive better.

My furnace quit firing up! They came out right away (even with this week being a short holiday week) and serviced it! Got it up and running in an hour! Colt was super great to work with! I would highly recommend them!

Colt was our service repairman and I cannot say enough good about how awesome he was! Very professional and knowledgable and caring. With a big drop in temperatures coming this week, he said he would not stop until it was fixed. This meant driving back and forth to his shop 3 times for different parts! He fixed it and even checked our other unit for a gas leak because we smelled gas. He found it and literally saved our house from blowing up. The price was reasonable, honest and I would 100% recommend PRECISION HEATING and COOLING. I will be using them for all my future needs. I will ask for Colt! Thank you for taking such good care of us!

I can't overstate how happy I am with Hale. The house we bought had poor air circulation and several other HVAC companies quoted me for expensive reconfigurations and drastic renovations.

Tyler came to our house a few times and set me up with a simple, efficient, cost effective system with the right thermostat that fixed all of our problems without all the mess. Years later and he still answers my text questions after hours and goes way out of his way to make sure we're happy with the services they provide.

Definitely recommend Hale, all day long.

Jesse from Scott Hale was prompt, thoughtful, and professional. He fixed our plumbing issue for 1/4 the price of competing estimate.

Had to come back and change my review… not only did they not fix our problem, they didn’t do their due diligence in assessing the possibilities of the problem. Charged us $2,000 for work that did not need to be done, when the problem was simply turning on the shower to get water back in the pea trap, that we ended up solving because of google. Now trying to get in contact with an owner or manager and they are extremely unresponsive. Definitely got taken advantage of!

We had Ryan come and attach a water supply hose to the fridge he was very friendly he even showed me how to adjust the heater on my on demand water heater but 369.00 dollars for 15 minutes worth of work was a bit expensive we were told when we got our new fridge it would void the warranty if we didn't have a plumber install the water supply.we have used Scott hale plumbing for many years and they have always done great work I do trust them for all my plumbing needs but the price this time was to much. So I give 3 stars.

Called Scott Hale Plumbing around noon on a Friday for a leaky shower faucet that was continuing to get worse by the day. Tanner came out that same day and got it fixed. Tanner was polite, professional, efficient, and personable. He allowed me to watch the process and he explained things as he went. He also gave great advice on things to watch for in the future that may need to be addressed. I felt he was honest and forthright, as he did not try to upsell on unnecessary projects. I had been debating doing the job myself; I am so glad Tanner did the work, as there were complications that would have stumped me, but Tanner handled them with ease and efficiency.

I turned a quick job into a call to Scott Hale and plumbing, lol, and they came out within an hour and fixed my sink for me. And Brandon with R did a great job, was very knowledgeable, and was friendly. Thanks

Loved my free visit as member at Scott Hale! The friendly technicians identified preventive maintenance to consider for the future. No pressure! Love their education approach. Free air installation of my furnace filter today. And they remember to wear booties into the house, a big plus for an allergic asthmatic. Thank you!

Scott Hale Plumbing & HVAC has so many issues, but I'll outline my three biggest problems with this questionable company.

1) BEWARE OF QUALITY: A little more than 2 years ago, they charged me $10K for a new AC. For the first year or so, nothing worked properly. I don't know if the AC was installed incorrectly or if I received a faulty unit, but at least once a month, my AC stopped working entirely. When they eventually made it out to temporarily fix the AC, I always had to argue with them to remove any sort of service fee. Why would I pay Scott Hale to fix something that they didn't install correctly, or was broken to begin with? What a joke.

2) NOT AVAILABLE 24/7: Sure, they answer the phone, but only to tell you a tech is unavailable. About half a dozen times, I've had to call them after hours, and a tech could only come look at the problem a few days later. I understand that it was the middle of summer, but it's odd they didn't have any additional staff during their busy season. So much for being available 24/7.

3) FREE IS NOT FREE: They'll offer some "free" services, but those inevitably turn into large quotes for other work. Once, during a "free" visit, the tech said I needed to flush my hot water tank, and it would cost $300. I called my usual plumber to come out and have a look, and he performed the service for nothing. Of course, I insisted on paying him but what a good reminder to stick with trustworthy people, and I don't trust Scott Hale.

Our technician Taylor was amazing! Explained what was going on with our furnace in an easy to understand way, very professional, very knowledgeable, gave options and didn’t force any extra services on us. Was flexible with our schedule, showed up on time, and did great work, will be using them again!

Both the employees worked hard & efficiently. Fix things that needed to be fixed along with cleaning out the dryer vents. They were very careful when they moved the stackable washers and dryers. We have known Scotty Hale for years and years. We still rely on the businesses Professional care.

I am so incredibly happy we went with Scott Hale plumbing. We hit the jackpot beginning with Tyler who came and provided us an estimate and explained how they would install a second sink in our master bath. The next day Jaxson and Sterling arrived promptly at the agreed time. We had a little hiccup, however they fixed it in the spot and continued with installation.
Highly recommend this team! Tyler, Sterling, and Jaxson are amazing!

Had my first interaction with Scott Hale Plumbing Yesterday, and they created a long time customer from my experience. The technician Edib was able to come same day that I called for a minor leak. He was friendly, respectful to my home and dogs, and communicative throughout. He was able to identify the problem in 2 minutes! He was up front with pricing, and left me with some future tips. The ease of scheduling was amazing. The technician was very professional and communicated every detail of the repair. I also appreciated a less expensive short term repair option along with a long term full replacement option.
