Keith was great. He was honest and I'm very appreciative of his opinion. I will definitely be using this company moving forward for my plumbing needs .

Keith Tovar took about 20 minutes to "snake" a clogged toilet and faucet pipes. He explained everything he did and was very courteous and professional. Keith cleaned his feet every time he entered the house. He also showed us how to us the special enzyme solution to help keep down the buidlup of black sludge in the pipes. We were well satisfied with his service.

Keith Tovar is a lifesaver. We had a clogged drain that was backing up through the floor drain at one of our preschools, and Keith was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I’m very appreciative of his responsiveness and his ability to resolve the issue.

Had a great experience with Keith! He was very professional and took the time to explain and demonstrate ways I can self manage my drains. Was very puntual and provided above and beyond service! Will ask for him specifically in the future.

Overall the experience over the phone and service within the same day was perfect. I had actually called around a few places and some didn't offer dryer vent cleaning and if they did I had to wait a little longer only because I wasn't getting the duct cleaning with it. I also liked how efficient and fast Scott hales employees were, they found the problem quickly and told me they could fix it right away. The employee I believe was Manuel he was kind and patient over the phone, he has great customer service. For future issues I will definitely go back with scott hale.

Riley and Emmanuel did top notch service work at my house. The ductwork was cleaned out and sanitized very well, plus they did it all in a timely manner with a professional approach and left everything clean afterwards. I highly recommend!

Davis did a great job! He explained everything about the thermostat to me and said he would be happy to come back out if we needed to replace it. He also checked our furnace thoroughly and assured me that we shouldn’t have any issues but if we do, we can give him a call and he’d come right down and help us out. He’s an awesome employee and you’re lucky to have him!

John was very personable and kind. He shared all of my choices with me and explain them. The job was done quickly and efficiently. It was a good experience, I'll be calling them again when I need them!

Edib is an absolute bastion of knowledge and experience!! He is very professional, confident, and able to fix any problems that require plumbing or drains. After having another plumbing company come out and spend 2+ hours with zero results, Edib (Scott Hale plumbing) showed up, and conquered in 30 minutes!! I cannot recommend him enough, and will be ONLY relying on him in the future. Don’t waste your time and money… go with the best.

We had Emmanuel and Rylie come to check on our vents and AC system and give us an estimate. They were very friendly, honest and helpful. They went above and beyond and took their time to explain everything to us. The pricing seemed to be very fair.
We also had Ethan come to check on a possible leak and water filter system. He was also very friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience with Scott Hale’s team.

Your technician Davis McCracken is an absolute gem of a person and an excellent technician! He was so kind, professional, courteous, capable, and had remarkable customer service skills! I was so very impressed with this young man’s social/emotional quotient on top of his excellent and immediate solving of the furnace problems! I have an older home and had a cast-iron pipe break under my kitchen sink. They came out on a Sunday very quickly and got everything fixed and cleaned up. Appreciate the service. Will definitely use them again.

The plumber, Ryan, was fantastic. Cleared my tough drain clog. Very knowledgeable and willing to give me his honest opinions about what may have led to the issue and what are things to be careful of in the future. I highly recommend!

After several tries with my pilot light, I figured it needed a part. I called Scott Hale and ask how much it would cost to diagnose since my water heater was only 4 years old. I was told $49. When the tech got to my house of course the first thing he tried was lighting the pilot. Lo and behold it lit. I am still thinking the $49 service call. Nope $90! Seemed a bit excessive when the tech didn’t need to do anything beyond some assistance in getting it lit. When questioned, he said that this was the lowest amount and that he would not charge me the additional $49 for the service call. Lucky Me! I won’t be using them for any service in the future or recommend to any friends or family. They need to be more clear on their service call charges.

I used Scott Hale last winter and had them replace a piece in my furnace. They were great, Technician was great as well. They reached out with an offer for a furnace checkup and I took them up on the offer. Technician came out, looked at the furnace, didn't let us know anything about if it was still in good condition. He said he didn't want to give any information on this furnace because it was not in code because it was a high efficiency furnace and Mobile homes are supposed to only have standard efficiency. He then claimed it was a fire hazard and that there could be all of this breakdown and so forth and so on, Scaring my wife to death due to this. He then said a replacement furnace would be over 10k because they would have to replace a bunch of stuff, charged us the amount and left. I researched this issue and found out that not only can mobile homes have high efficiency furnaces, but that half of what he said was just a plain lie, including that my furnace was not in code. My furnace is designed specifically for mobile homes, and I still have the original owner's guide, with the wording on it. I reached out to Scott Hale to see if they would do anything and never got a response. My conclusion is that depending on the tech you get will 100 percent depend on how well of a service you get. The first tech was a great guy, second lied through his teeth and tried to upsell a 10k repair that isn't needed.

We were very pleased with the work of Ethan Richardson. He came as soon as called within an hour, and completed the job of removing two water heaters and installing a new one by early afternoon. So far everything looks great I didn’t compare prices before, but I feel comfortable with what he charged. Although I later learned that a water heater itself is very much cheaper than what we paid to have it installed and the old ones removed.

For a week the heat was off and the house grew colder! One brief phone call was taken seriously and a short time later my technician was here. I explained the behavior of the furnace and he immediately knew the diagnosis. Unfortunately, he found a leaky gas line. However, even though it cost more, I slept better knowing I was safer than before. Things happen which can cost more, but in the long run, life matters. I didn't complain about the cost, I assisted in any way I could and felt the rewards of a functional heating system. It's amazing how nice consistent warmth feels on a cold winter night. The Technician was educated, friendly, and worked with profesional speed in bringing the project to a finish. I received a $50.00 discount which helped out. But he followed through and didn't leave me stranded. Solutions were found quickly. It is working great today. He earned the money. Don't call this company if you don't care about your safety or that it might cost too much. This is a quality company. Thank you for the speed and urgency. Im warm now.

Edib did a phenomenal job at helping us resolve four different plumbing issues in an incredible amount of time while also being friendly and respectful, while also giving great advice on avoid avoiding recurring issues. He also took the time to explain the cause of each issue. If we end up having to call your services again, we will definitely be requesting him specifically.

Eddie is fantastic! He's very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. He repaired the garbage disposal quickly and offered suggestions for maintenance. I will definitely consider him for future plumbing needs.
