My home has a boiler system, which is the only source of heat and hot water. The system has gotten old and has had several issues. Parley's PPM has been fantastic to work with. They are great at communicating, extremely fast, and their pricing is very competitive.
James has been out several times, and he has always been wonderful. Collin has also come out and been consistent with Parley's top-notch service. They also have an in-house boiler expert, Ellery, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He even cleared up his schedule to come consult and help us in an emergency. This is a great company with service that is second-to-none. I highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs you may have.

Every time I have used their services they have been great!!! Since I found them I have had them repair 4 items! Each time successfully! They arrive on time and go the extra mile to fix things. They are fast and efficient.Their prices are very reasonable!!! I won’t use any other plumbers and I tell others how great they are!!! 👍😊

Parley’s was prompt, professional, responsive by email notifications with name of our technician and timing. Isaac was kind, efficient and even swept up after he was done drilling and cutting drywall. He had things diagnosed, fixed and cleaned in less than an hour. I will definitely use them for any and every need going forward.

Had a bathroom faucet not working. Russ was the tech and he had a very pleasant personality. He was friendly and new how to the problem.
I would recommend him to anyone for a plumbing problem.

Parley's is now my go to for plumbing, heating and A/C. I've had good experiences with everyone who has come to my home for any of these issues. They are very customer oriented and do their best to keep costs down. Last fall, while having my roof replaced, my water heater quit working. James figured out the problem was with the vent, which had been blocked somewhat by the roofers, did a temporary fix and told me what I needed to tell the roofers about the problem, then came back after the roof was done to do the permanent fix without charging an additional service fee and made sure I knew what to watch out for if the roofers hadn't done what was needed. So I didn't have to think twice about who to call this spring when I discovered some leaky faucets after my sprinkler system was turned on and I already have my AC tune up scheduled.

Parlays PPM has been an excellent company to work with. Four years they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. I have used them to service my equipment on a yearly basis and they always do an excellent job. Trevor, who came out today was on time, cordial, and completed his inspection and furnace tuneup in good time and explained everything that he had done . I highly recommend this company.

Our Technician, Zak was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got our furnace up and running.

I've used Parley's for several plumbing and HVAC jobs over the years. Every experience has been terrific, including what we just experienced! It was time to replace our 15 year old AC unit, and with our water heater tank also being that old, we decided to swap it out for a tankless system.

First, their technician Ryan came and took a look at our HVAC and water system. He was really great in helping us understand our options and explaining what they could do to help. We decided to move forward with replacing both of our old units. I felt the prices and work that were quoted were very reasonable.

A couple days later, Ryan returned with one of their master plumbers Rob. Ryan and Rob worked from about 9:00 AM until 8:30 PM to replace our AC and water heater. They were both awesome! They did a terrific job. They were kind, gracious, and very respectful. They completely cleaned up the job when they were done, and there was a lot that they did.

We've loved our new units! Our new AC unit is actually keeping our home cool, unlike our old one. And we're really enjoying our new tankless water heater (see the picture). We've got eight kids, so running out of hot water was a regular thing. Well, not anymore!

Parley's continues to provide excellent experiences for us. They're always our first call when we have a plumbing or HVAC issue. They're always friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They've always been great to work with.

I fully recommend Parley's without any hesitation!

I was extremely impressed with Parley's PPM! I called late on a Friday, and they were able to get someone in on Saturday morning. That next day Jaren came, quickly identified the problem, and then had it fixed with 30 minutes or so. He then informed me that having them come to do a job included a check on all the plumbing throughout the house. He checked all the drains, fixed many clogs free of charge, and even helped fix a minor problem with one of our toilets (also free of charge). Jaren was friendly, honest, and timely. He really knew his stuff. I highly recommend Parleys PPM!

I love working with PPM. They are always on time, They installed my commercial AC unit at the roof top and they made it so easy. I have tried numerous other companies and by far they are the BEST, the quality of the work is superb, they are clean and have never left a mess after them, last week they installed my whole home humidifier and we absolutely love it. they take their time explaining what I need and how to get it done. Thank you guys.

We love Parley’s Plumbing! We have had them in our home to do several jobs and we have been very satisfied each time. We have had Ellory and James and another man that I can’t recall his name, but each of them have been very friendly, helpful, honest, and punctual. They are also very knowledgeable. We have a boiler system and many companies don’t have people trained in boilers but Parleys has several people trained to work on them. They don’t try to throw in extra charges but instead have done small fixes or changes for no additional charges. They make appointments in a timely manner instead of booking for a few days/weeks out. These are our go to guys and they haven’t disappointed. We appreciate having a company with good values and good service.

We just had Callan come do some repairs and he did a fantastic job! He was able to come on short notice and did a great job! His character met the high quality we have come to expect from Parley’s employees.

I have had the opportunity to work with Parleys Plumbing for the past year and a half with various mutual customers who are always raving about how amazing their team is. I recently had the opportunity to have them do some work in my own home and I was able to have that same experience with a toilet reset and replacement of an expansion tank.

Excellent work!! I needed a gas line from my meter to my generator buried. I bid the job with 3 companies and Parley's was 1/3 the price of the next lowest bidder. Friendly, professional, and competent. Will definitely call them again!!
