Plumbing reviews in Orem, Utah

Our plumber Isaac did a great job installing a water heater at my sister's condo. He obviously cares a lot about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Parley's Plumbing has great customer service. If there's not someone available right away to talk to you, they always get back to you. That in itself is very valuable!

Update: 12-18-25. Parley's Plumbing did such a great job with my sister's water heater installation, I decided to have them do some work on my house. They replaced my old tank-style water heater with a new tankless water heater and... replaced all of my old steel water pipes with new Pex lines. James and Russell did a great job. They did it quickly and with very professional service. The installation looks great!

In the middle of the tankless water heater installation, we decided to replace the furnace and change from a roof-mounted swamp cooler to a central air system. Parley's lead HVAC tech, Mason was great and very knowledgeable. His assistant Zachary was awesome! Furnace and AC look great. Haven't used AC yet, but the furnace is a very nice improvement over my old furnace. I can't say enough about this company. They were honest, reliable, responsive and did quality work at a fair price.

PPM were fast and efficient. They did an excellent job! Gaven and Zak were friendly and professional. I give PPM 5 stars!

I spoke to 8 companies total and had 3 come to my house for a quote on an air purification system in my home. Mason was hands down the most educated, clear communicator who I was able to trust with the information he shared with me.
They installed the unit today and I could not be happier with the quality of work, communication and honesty.
They are head and shoulders above the other 8 I spoke to.

They came within 2 hours of calling them. They were kind and finished the job quickly. They didn't leave a mess to clean up. One of the best parts was that they didn't charge a fee to tell me how much it would cost like other companies.

Parley Plumbing was prompt and pleasant. They performed quickly with no disruption to our daily routine. Their diagnostic skills were superior to our other quotes.
They left the place clean and tidy.
I am having them back for a new heater /AC and water heart. Their quote was20% lower than the bigger company quote, with better equipment.

These guys are genuinely the best. Once again they came through- the furnace of my 90 year old mom broke and they came out within an hour of our calling. Mason and Zach were professional and patient with her and the cost is always very fair. They did a wonderful job!
Thanks you guys!

Our old furnace died late at night. Parley's had a tech out to look at it first thing in the morning, and we had a new furnace installed the day after that. Technician was able to answer all my questions. Later ChatGPT verified that everything they told me was accurate. Overall, fast service, competent work, and reasonable price.

This is the second time I’ve had parleys ppm do an inspection of my furnace and I will call them again for any other services I need. They are so easy to communicate with. They were prompt, professional and there was no pressure about replacing anything. In fact, mason told me my furnace was in great shape! He cleaned it, gave me a good suggestion and left with reasonable check and a smile! Thanks!
