Parley’s PPM Plumbing Heating and Cooling in Orem is a family owned business that provides “Best in Class” service and expertise in and ranging from plumbing repairs, to installing new water softener systems, new furnaces and new air conditioning systems. They are very customer focused, prompt and kind. Their pricing is competitive and they will help assist you in securing rebates and tax credits where available and depending on the system being installed. I highly recommend this company.

This is an incredibly ethical company. Scheduling with Dave was easy—he was polite, helpful, and got a plumber out to my home within just a couple of hours, working around my schedule. Callan diagnosed the issue within minutes and gave me clear, straightforward guidance on how to troubleshoot the problem in our master bathroom.

They didn’t try to take advantage of us—instead, they quickly identified that it was something we could fix ourselves, explained exactly what to do, and even offered to come back the next day if we needed professional help.

I absolutely recommend this company. They could have easily overcharged for a simple issue, but instead they were honest, helpful, and made sure we were taken care of.

Dave answered my call and got me scheduled with Issac for later the same morning. Both were fantastic. I had a new water heater about 5 hours after I called them. I would recomvnd Parleys to any one.

Porter and Mason did an excellent job of removing our dust collector recirculation system. It used to be routed back into the building and they capped it off and removed all the exposed ducting and vented it to the outside. Their work was professional and very efficient. I highly recommend them and the company. They are always the lowest priced and do excellent work as James has done in the past.

They were able to locate the parts, work with the manufacturer warranty, schedule the repair and arrive on site within 24 hours and gave very fair pricing. I do wish the tech had called after the repair to give a status update since it was for a rental property but overall satisfied with the quick attention and ease of online payment. The unit has been working since the repair.

Just before 4 pm on a Saturday we could hear dripping from the Main Turn off in the Home Basement. We called PPM and had James come little over an hour later. He replaced the piping that had a pinhole leak, and put in a new turn off valve. He arranged for True Restore to come Saturday Night and put fans and drying procedures in place.

He was here quickly to respond to our emergency and helped us understand what other actions we needed to take.

PPM was marvelous. They came right out after my call to see what was wrong so they could order parts, if needed. He drove all the way up to Bountiful to get them first thing this morning, and came straight to my house and it’s all done. He was so polite and friendly, very courteous I would recommend them to everyone. I felt like he went the extra mile!! 🙂

Our plumber Isaac did a great job installing a water heater at my sister's condo. He obviously cares a lot about the quality of his work and the satisfaction of his customers. Parley's Plumbing has great customer service. If there's not someone available right away to talk to you, they always get back to you. That in itself is very valuable!

Update: 12-18-25. Parley's Plumbing did such a great job with my sister's water heater installation, I decided to have them do some work on my house. They replaced my old tank-style water heater with a new tankless water heater and... replaced all of my old steel water pipes with new Pex lines. James and Russell did a great job. They did it quickly and with very professional service. The installation looks great!

In the middle of the tankless water heater installation, we decided to replace the furnace and change from a roof-mounted swamp cooler to a central air system. Parley's lead HVAC tech, Mason was great and very knowledgeable. His assistant Zachary was awesome! Furnace and AC look great. Haven't used AC yet, but the furnace is a very nice improvement over my old furnace. I can't say enough about this company. They were honest, reliable, responsive and did quality work at a fair price.

PPM were fast and efficient. They did an excellent job! Gaven and Zak were friendly and professional. I give PPM 5 stars!

I spoke to 8 companies total and had 3 come to my house for a quote on an air purification system in my home. Mason was hands down the most educated, clear communicator who I was able to trust with the information he shared with me.
They installed the unit today and I could not be happier with the quality of work, communication and honesty.
They are head and shoulders above the other 8 I spoke to.

Our old furnace died late at night. Parley's had a tech out to look at it first thing in the morning, and we had a new furnace installed the day after that. Technician was able to answer all my questions. Later ChatGPT verified that everything they told me was accurate. Overall, fast service, competent work, and reasonable price.
