Utah Valley Landscaping, Alex, Manuel and his crew were fantastic! Transformed our backyard beautifully! They were professional, neat, paid attention to detail and always made sure we were happy with placement of trees/mulch/plants, pavers, etc. They really brought our vision to life and were easy to work with. Alex was very responsive — it never felt like I couldn’t get a hold of someone regarding scheduling, trees, or changes to our plan. I would 10/10 HIGHLY recommend Utah Valley Landscaping and would 100% use them again. Thank you again, UVL, we love our yard!

This past September (2024), Utah Valley Landscaping installed a beautiful and super-functional paver patio, walkway, border for a backyard grass area and paver borders along each side of the driveway. They were easy to work with and the crew did a fantastic job on the install. The attention to detail far surpassed my expectations. The steps from the sliding door and the fire pit is just what we wanted. The paver walkway along the side of the house from the driveway to the backyard is also just what we wanted and needed. I would highly recommend them. The workmanship and prompt construction and install were awesome. They worked with me to realize my design and layout ideas and wishes.

After meeting with several contractors who didn’t inspire much confidence, Alex stood out immediately—not just for his professionalism, but for his vision and integrity. He provided solid references and even arranged for us to tour past projects and speak directly with homeowners. That transparency sealed the deal.
We entrusted them with a major upgrade to our front, back, and side yards, and they delivered beyond anything we imagined. Our expectations were high, but the final result was nothing short of spectacular. Every member of the crew was respectful, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their craft. The did an excellent job on a smallish piece in my backyard. Alex was persistent with staying in contact with me regarding the job. His crew was very professional, fast and cleaned up really well when they were done. They even came back the next day after Alex noticed that there were a couple of pavers that had chips in them. They replaced them and you would never know. I am very happy with their work.

They helped me find a part for an old electric panel. Also, they were great about letting me return a part that it turned out I didn't need.

They shipped me the wrong outlets. The boxes were mixed ( TR as opposed to TR/WR). Solved the problem immediatly and offered to rush ship the correct ones. Thanks for great customer service!

I had good service when I went in to buy some conduit and some lighting. Got things taken care of quickly and the sales guys were very helpful.

Cameron, Ryan, Riley, Wade, Rick & the warehouse guys are amazing with great customer service! There is another guy there that works upstairs but I don't know how his service is...?

I've had the privilege to work with Crescent Electric, particularly Marty, Vicki, and Jeaneen. I'm not necessarily a typical customer, but rather a vendor with PigeonShip delivery. We help with their deliveries. They are kind and courteous to their vendors, which says a lot.

Not very helpful. I asked them to see if he can find out about an adapter that I needed. I always had to call Ken to get any updates. After several calls to Ken and 1.5 months later he tells me that he has given up on trying to find the part I need, but yet he doesn’t have the consideration to let me know that? Very unprofessional. I didn’t receive one phone call from him. What a waste of his and my time.

I went on 4/1/2019 to get some lights for an addition the guy that helped me was very nice and recommended me some lights that at the end did not fit the space for our I joists so I had to bring them back. The guy that took them back was not helpful, I explained to him the situation with the I-joist and he just refunded the money and did not give me another option for a different kind of canister lights that would fit in the space that I told him. I asked a simple question about what distance they recommend to have that kind of lighting and he just said to consult an electrician. He made me feel uncomfortable to be there like I wasn’t welcome there so I just left.

My home has a boiler system, which is the only source of heat and hot water. The system has gotten old and has had several issues. Parley's PPM has been fantastic to work with. They are great at communicating, extremely fast, and their pricing is very competitive.
James has been out several times, and he has always been wonderful. Collin has also come out and been consistent with Parley's top-notch service. They also have an in-house boiler expert, Ellery, who is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He even cleared up his schedule to come consult and help us in an emergency. This is a great company with service that is second-to-none. I highly recommend them for any heating, cooling, or plumbing needs you may have.

Every time I have used their services they have been great!!! Since I found them I have had them repair 4 items! Each time successfully! They arrive on time and go the extra mile to fix things. They are fast and efficient.Their prices are very reasonable!!! I won’t use any other plumbers and I tell others how great they are!!! 👍😊

Parley’s was prompt, professional, responsive by email notifications with name of our technician and timing. Isaac was kind, efficient and even swept up after he was done drilling and cutting drywall. He had things diagnosed, fixed and cleaned in less than an hour. I will definitely use them for any and every need going forward.

Had a bathroom faucet not working. Russ was the tech and he had a very pleasant personality. He was friendly and new how to the problem.
I would recommend him to anyone for a plumbing problem.

Parley's is now my go to for plumbing, heating and A/C. I've had good experiences with everyone who has come to my home for any of these issues. They are very customer oriented and do their best to keep costs down. Last fall, while having my roof replaced, my water heater quit working. James figured out the problem was with the vent, which had been blocked somewhat by the roofers, did a temporary fix and told me what I needed to tell the roofers about the problem, then came back after the roof was done to do the permanent fix without charging an additional service fee and made sure I knew what to watch out for if the roofers hadn't done what was needed. So I didn't have to think twice about who to call this spring when I discovered some leaky faucets after my sprinkler system was turned on and I already have my AC tune up scheduled.

Parlays PPM has been an excellent company to work with. Four years they installed a new furnace and air conditioner for me. I have used them to service my equipment on a yearly basis and they always do an excellent job. Trevor, who came out today was on time, cordial, and completed his inspection and furnace tuneup in good time and explained everything that he had done . I highly recommend this company.

Our Technician, Zak was fantastic. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got our furnace up and running.
