We recently had the pleasure of working with Royal Plumbing for our business and we could not be more pleased! From the moment we called, their staff were professional and courteous. They answered all our questions and gave us detailed information on how they would go about completing the project in its entirety.

On the day of service, Royal Plumbing arrived on time and ready to work. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently, taking pride in their workmanship. Their plumber Jonah was meticulous with each detail from start to finish, ensuring that everything was done up to their high standards of quality. They even took extra care to make sure that surrounding areas stayed clean throughout the job.

We were delighted with the results - all pipes were installed correctly and there were no issues at all! We highly recommend Royal Plumbing for anyone who needs plumbing services as they provided outstanding quality service without any hassles. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

This was my first time working with Royal Plumbing and it was a great experience, Colton was able to diagnose and fix the problem fast, did a thorough inspection of our entire plumbing items and was courteous through the whole appointment. A+

Entire HVAC replacement by Royal Plumbing and HVAC. We purchased a Daikin Heat Pump. Professional work by Devin, Trevor and James. Shout out to Geoff who sold us on the system, very patient with 1,000 questions to just him. Start to finish they were respectful, courteous and patient with our questions. They cleaned up after themselves like they weren’t here at all. We’ve been loyal customers of Royal since June of 2023. Every experience with toilet installation, rerouting plumbing to swap the side the garbage disposal goes on, put device on our 16 yr old a/c which saved us at least 15% on our electric bill, to reinstalling the kitchen sink after new counters were installed and now the whole HVAC system. Every employee has been top notch.

Rodolfo and Jacob came out to replace the board on my AC unit after a sensor failure. They were incredibly kind, worked quickly, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. Before leaving, they double-checked that the system was fully assembled and running smoothly. Great service all around.

Ty was very knowledgeable and helpful. He took the time to listen and answer all my questions. Then explained everything he did and gave sound advice for future consideration.

Bryton & Trevor removed old furnace/AC units and installed new Daikin NG 97% furnace and Dual Fuel Heat Pump. Excellent team work, very efficient/fast, quiet. Removed all debris and left house clean. Good teachers and demo'd new system well. Thanks from a retired Mechanical Engineer

Bryton came out & fixed my parent’s thermostat & was great! Professional & went above and beyond to help them out. Always pleased with royal & how they take care of their customer's.

Colton went above & beyond expectations for a tech. He not only flushed our tankless water heater but informed me about our water softener and why it's not working properly. Explained the process thoroughly so I understood everything even explained which softeners to look into replacing it with.

Rodolfo was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem with my furnace and the available options to fix it. He came out on a Sunday within two hours of my call. Would recommend 10/10 service!

Landen did a great job servicing our furnace. He also gave us a good recommendation on a new water heater. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Jonah was awesome! He spent most of the day fixing three different issues we had. He replaced our kitchen faucet, fixed our bathroom faucet, and stabilized a wobbly toilet. He found us a new faucet that perfectly matched our countertops and was as close as possible to the color we’d previously had. He was friendly and efficient, but took the time to make sure everything was done right!

Rudolph was professional and so courteous. He was thorough and provided lots of detailed photos. I will recommend him to anyone needing his services.
