Rodolfo was great. Fixed the compressor because it was so noisy. He was kind and courteous and even won over our doodle!

I’ve had several interactions with Royal. The first was a furnace tune-up obtained through a mail coupon. About a week later, the furnace stopped working. The owner was responsive and was able to get it operating again.

I later used the company for two faucet installations and requested estimates on additional work, including a water softener and hose bib replacement. The estimate was significantly higher than what another licensed vendor ultimately charged for the same work.

Most recently, I scheduled a free tune-up and asked about installing a thermostat I had already purchased. The quoted price of $280 felt high given that the task involved moving four wires to a new harness, which I completed myself in about ten minutes without issue.

On the positive side, their communication and responsiveness have been good.

When our furnace was acting up, it was great to be able to call Royal and have a technician come right out same day even to WY, but to our sadness we found out that it was much more than just a little thermostat issue.

We were grateful they took time to help us with all the issues going on and got us a bundle with a great price. Then we were so grateful to be put into the service queue for the next day so that we could have a furnace again and hot water before the snowstorm, but that wasn’t even the best part!!

When the service tech’s started showing up they were on time at 9am and went straight to work after going over my expectations and the invoice Bryton, Darwin, Jackson, and Rowdy just knocked it out of the park. They are every person‘s dream of service being provided in your home. They jumped right into their tasks and were fabricating, building and working to make our home warm and have the new needed appliances that were purchased all while being mindful of small pets curious about their work.

Their service is wonderful and exceeded expectations and put my faith back in service. By 4pm you would have never have known anything had gone on that day at my house. Cleaned up every imaginable thing, not a thing out of place then went into the details of use and warranties before leaving. I would definitely recommend over and over and over.

I can’t say enough good things about Royal Plumbing Heating and Air. I’ve had several services done by them, and every single time has been outstanding. Phil has been to every service at my home and is absolutely spectacular—professional, knowledgeable, and reliable.
This time around I had the pleasure of meeting Jonah, and he didn’t disappoint. He was incredibly kind and friendly, and we even had a fun conversation about dachshunds (turns out we’re both fans!). What really stood out was how far above and beyond he went. While they were there, I happened to be fixing my daughter’s bed. Without hesitation, they offered to help. When I mentioned I needed duct tape, they didn’t just shrug it off—they actually went out, bought some, and brought it back to me. That’s not just service, that’s exceptional care.
Royal Plumbing Heating and Air doesn’t just fix things—they treat you like family. Professional, personable, and genuinely thoughtful. I’ll continue calling them every single time I need service, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that truly goes the extra mile.

Jonah came out twice to diagnose a backed up drain from my kitchen and washing machine. He was incredibly professional and informative. Really glad I called Royal and they will be my first call in the future.

We have used Royal for many of our needs.We needed major plumbing pipe work done this time. Colton gave us a fair bid. When Kru and his partner showed up the next day we were a little worried about how it was going to go. all I can say is they were able to complete everything and leave it looking and working great.Thanks

My experience with Royal Plumbing Heating and Air has not been a good one. My furnace went out over a weekend, so I had a technician come out on Sunday. After looking at it, he determined it was a wiring problem caused by three chafed wires in the wiring harness, damaged by the cooling fan spindle inside the unit. He told me he needed to order a replacement wiring harness. I agreed and asked them to schedule the repair once the part arrived.

The company later contacted me and set an appointment, telling me the wiring harness would arrive the morning of the scheduled repair. I felt I shouldn’t have to pay for the part because the defect was either a manufacturing issue or something that existed when Royal initially installed the unit. When I called to discuss this, I was told that my furnace model was known to have this manufacturing defect. I asked why I should pay for a part they knew was faulty at installation. The General Manager agreed to waive the cost of the part but said I would still have to pay the labor fee, which I was fine with. I even planned to sign up for their membership program for annual services.

On the day of the appointment, the technician called to inform me that the part hadn’t arrived and that they didn’t know when it would. When I asked if they could track it with a shipping number, he said someone in the office had messed up. I then called the office, and they told me the technician should have that information because he ordered the part. I explained that I was upset because I had taken time off work for the appointment and would now have to take another day off once the part actually arrived.

I said I shouldn’t have to pay the labor fee since the scheduling and logistics errors were on their end and asked to speak with the General Manager again. He refused to waive the labor cost, which was $150. I told him I would still pay it just to get my furnace repaired, but that I would no longer be signing up for their membership plan and would find another company for my routine services.

To make things worse, the staff kept blaming the manufacturer, saying they didn’t have a shipping number—something I find hard to believe, since all shipped items have tracking. It feels like someone at Royal dropped the ball and is trying to cover themselves.

This company’s customer service is terrible, and I do not recommend them to anyone. They seem more focused on making money than on providing quality service.

Ty properly diagnosed my furnace after another service had ghosted me after giving a partial diagnosis. He even showed me on his camera what had happened to the inside of my furnace. I ended up needing a new furnace which wasn't surprising since it was 19 years old. Ty had me set up with an replacement appointment the next day and waived the original service fee. 10/10 service

Ty was very polite and explained the actions needed with his service call today. He even helped clear out one of our vents that had become blocked. Went beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Rodolfo was awesome. He got us all taken care of quick and easy. Too many other things on our plates right now so it was so nice to just have him come and get it all done. Thanks guy!

Everyone we encounter at Royal are very nice people. We had them replace our water heaters with tankless, they replaced our old galvanized water lines with Pex pipe, replaced several sewer cast iron pipes that have broken or disintegrated in our basement and the front main line to the street. They are experts in installation; however they were messy. The team did not pay much attention to how effective their plastic barriers were to minimize the dirt and dust. In addition they failed to clean up after the day. They ran a carpet protector but it was short and our throw rugs were still on the ground at end of their protection cover for the floor. They used our bathroom towels to clean up some water and left them on the toilet seat wet. They laid drop cloths after our asking on our hardwood floors through our kitchen/family room area to minimize the dirt coming in and out of our house but would leave for the day and weekend with them still on the floor. We had a number of basement floor sections dug up and concrete replaced. They are not skilled in concrete work as one said "We are plumbers not concrete people." They used a 2x4 to smooth the concrete which is fine under carpet however we had an unfinished section of our basement with no carpet which showed their rough concrete work. I had them get a trowel from their truck to try to smooth the edge transition from the new concrete to our existing concrete. There was miscommunication between what the office called to tell us when the workers would arrive and when the workers actually arrived. Usually they arrived an hour after what the office told us. It was a bit of a challenge to leave the house before 10 AM.

Rodolfo did an amazing job with our furnace maintenance. He was highly thorough and walked us through everything he inspected so we fully understood the condition of our system. This is the first furnace tune up we have had where the technician looked through every component of the furnace. Great service! Highly recommend!!!

Bryton, Corbin, Landon, were at our home today, installing my new furnace and heat pump and A/C. They were so amazing and helpful that they are coming back tomorrow to put in a new tankless hot water heater and humidifier for the furnace as well! So friendly and knowledgeable, I am so glad that they came and put their everything into even the smallest detail of making the wires and cables nice neat and tidy.
Have had the previously mentioned gentleman back along with 2 others the next day, to put in tankless water heater, and remove a water softener and 2 utility sinks.Did an amazing job!
3/17 Ammon and Matthew changed out my 3 outdoor faucets, no more leaks, no more water not coming out of one of them. It's going to be amazing this summer.

Had such a great experience with Royal! Bryan was super friendly and knowledgeable at our first meeting. You can tell he loves his job! We got a new furnace and a/c installed and the team that came was so awesome! Kaiden, James, Corbin and Nate all did a phenomenal job all day long. They worked hard, they were super nice and respectful of our home and they explained everything really well. They took good care of us. Super impressed. Thanks Royal!

Royal was amazing for me! They were able to provide a full HVAC system replacement for me (in mid-summer when it was most needed) and it has worked out perfectly since! All of their technicians were incredibly knowledgeable & professional.

We had Royal out to service our water heater and furnace as part of our membership. We are new home owners and are not sure last time our items were serviced previously. Rodolfo our service tech did a great job at communicating when he would arrive and giving us options on findings from our appointment as well as being very friendly.

What an amazing experience we had with Royal plumbing! Being first homeowners we didn’t expect all the things that would go wrong but Royal plumbing was there to help us.
