Reviews of local pros in Roy, Utah

American Housekeeping of Utah is amazing! The cleaners are always friendly, professional, and do such a great job. My home looks and smells so fresh every time they come. They pay attention to detail and really care about their work. Scheduling was easy and the prices are fair. I’m super happy with their service and definitely recommend them to anyone who wants their house spotless!

The two people who cleaned at my home today did a fabulous job! They saved me a lot of work and I am grateful that they were professional and exceptional! I will gladly use them again and I recommend them for anyone who needs a cleaning service. Thank you for all your hard work!

The crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, demonstrating their professionalism and commitment to excellence. Each member was well-prepared, equipped with the necessary tools and cleaning supplies to tackle the job efficiently. They meticulously attended to every intricate detail, ensuring that even the most specific expectations set by my landlord were met with precision. From scrubbing the minerals from the faucets and cleaning the inside and outside of the kitchen appliances to a shine, no task was overlooked.

This level of service not only made the move-out process smoother but also instilled a sense of trust and reliability. I highly recommend their services for both move-out as they deliver outstanding results that leave property looking immaculate.

They charges me $220 for four ladies for two hours so I tipped them an extra $60 for their stellar work.

Finished the job in half a day. I had so many weeds and often didn't open any windows as I hated seeing it like that. Yard looks so good now - very happy with the finished product!!

Responsible ,reliable , targeted the issue in a timely matter.

Excellent

Did our sprinklers. Great price and was there every time he said he would be and finished exactly when he said he would. Would
Work with them again in a heartbeat!

Very professional, finished our sprinklers 3 days ahead of schedule and even went the extra mile to give me sprinklers near the curb without charging me extra. Would absolutely recommend them to any one.

Here is the before and after photos. No more grass just artificial turf! Thank you!!!

What a great company. They did an awesome job completely overhauling my messed up backyard. Grading, retaining walls, yard drains, pathways, concrete decks, new grass, irrigation, everything was done well with absolutely no corners cut. Can't speak highly enough about the team. We had a big crew working on our project and everyone was very respectful and professional. Will not look anywhere else for future projects.

I highly recommend Jonathan and Sons, they xerascaped our front yard and did an absolutely beautiful job, they also poured us a new courtyard and did an awesome job.

Jonathan and his team are great to work with. Very insightful, methodical, and detail-oriented. The quality of the work is top-notch, their pricing is very fair and market competitive, and their communication is outstanding. I would happily recommend Jonathan and his crew to anyone looking for a great landscape installer.

Jonathan and his team transformed our yard. They are very good at what they do--all of our neighbors have complimented us on our 'new yard.' Jonathan does what he says he'll do. His team shows up and gets stuff done and we were amazed at how fast they were. I would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Jonathan & Sons Landscape & Construction were amazing! I called to see about a paver patio. They were able to give an inital estimate over the phone based on the details I provided and then scheduled to come out and do an offical one with my schedule. We recieved an offer with a detailed break down of the work and were able to schedule. They arrived on time and did fantastic work, communicated frequently to ensure our needs were met and were all very friendly. We will be contacting them for any future work needs we have as well as recommending them to others.

Jonathan and Sons came to my home. We had a big project in front and in back. Jonathan gave a fair quote, they started on time, had plenty of help, finished in 2 days, and did a great job. My wife and I were very pleased. We highly recommend them!

Very pleased with Jonathan and Sons Lanscaping! They just completed our yard this week and we are extremely happy with how it turned out. They installed artificial grass, a walkway and zeriscaped our front yard with boulders and plants. It looks awesome and we love that it will be low maintenance and save on water. Thanks guys for your hard work and attention to detail!

I paid for weed clean up, sprinkler system and sob to be placed. They just buried the weeds under top soil. I kept having problems with a couple sprinklers and weeds constantly popping up. A year later, half of the lawn is mostly dead and weeds all over the grass area. I tried reaching out to them a few times when I was within the 1 year timeframe with no response. One of the worst experience with a contractor. They only care about getting the work done fast and not right.

Jonathan and his team are absolutely amazing!! I’m late to posting this review. They completely redid my font and backyard. Jonathan and his team were so wonderful to work with. I wish they offered ongoing landscaping maintenance. I cannot say enough good things about these guys! If you are contemplating any type of landscaping you should absolutely consider Jonathan and sons. I will be using them again for additional projects!
I still have planting to do to add color, etc. Spring!
I also shared before and after pictures.

We've had the pleasure of knowing Jonathan and his family for many years. We've been our new home for 2 years. The landscaping done for the development was awful to say the least. With trees dying due to poor sprinkling system.
Jonathan came to our rescue and completely redid our entire landscape and sprinklers. It was necessary for Jonathan to take down our existing retaining wall because it was starting to tip over. This wall was barely 1-1/2 years old.
I've never seen a crew work so hard and with such focus. The trees and plants chosen by Jonathan were perfect for our yard, giving us the end result we were hoping for.
Last but not least, Jonathan's pricing was very reasonable.
I highly recommend Jonathan and Sons to anyone wanting the most out of their yard, giving years of family enjoyment.
Thank you, Kris & Carl

Jonathan and team did an amazing job. Always showed up on time and completed my job in 8 days. Turned my sloped yard into a usable space at a fair price.

In this day and age everyone is price gouging. This company is reasonably priced, honest and reliable. The job was done as promised. I am beyond happy with the results. We get compliments daily!
