Source did a commercial office space remodel for our company, and nailed it. They finished the project on time, and under budget! Further, we were a bit tricky to work with as we changed our minds on a few issues, and really price shopped a few others. Source had our back and was as flexible and responsive as we could have hoped for.

(As a bonus, they allowed our accounting team to "assist" with the initial demolition of the old space; swinging sledge hammers through the walls making more of a mess to clean up than if Source would have just handled it themselves!...much appreciated)

I worked with Source on a major remodel - the entire back of 1920's bungalow - including kitchen and bathroom renovation - redoing all plumbing; new electric throughout; digging out and creating additional basement space and adding a bathroom. They were professional, communicative, willing to work around my animals... The project went smoothly - even though Covid reared it's ugly head three months into it. Their subcontractors were wonderful (wood flooring, plumbing, cabinetry, and tile), and I didn’t have to worry about the quality or trustworthiness of their work, since most of them have worked with Source for years. In addition, the job supervisor was incredibly supportive in making sure that the few minor quality issues that I raised with him during the course of the job were addressed promptly to my complete satisfaction. I was never made to feel that my concerns were overly picky or unnecessary. As a bonus, Source made several remodeling suggestions that I would not have thought about which ended up greatly increasing the appeal and value of my home in proportion to the minimal cost. Response time to my emails and phone calls was lightening fast. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends and the public in general.

Source Construction has been great to work with, everything requested has been completed with high quality work at a competitive price. they have gone out of their way to accommodate work outside of their wheelhouse.
