Jeff and his team did a fantastic job on our space in Sugarhouse. Incredibly easy to work with and understanding during the process. Always easy to get ahold of and prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had. Jeff and his team took initiative on solving any issues that would arise with the project as well, always seeking approval beforehand. Truly spectacular customer service. We fully intend to use Source Construction for any future projects!

Source Construction was amazing to work with. We converted an attic to a bathroom, and the project started the day I went into labor. I was so worried about bringing a baby home during the renovation, but their team did a fantastic job communicating with us and the sub contractors making the whole experience unexpectedly easy. The entire team was always quick to respond to questions and concerns. From the initial engagement to the finish line, the team was on top of everything and we were able to complete the project ahead of schedule. Lastly, their project managers were the best (Olivia and Felicity). I was actually sad when we finished because I was so used to hearing from Olivia almost on a daily basis. Integrity, respect, and punctuality are 3 words I have never heard anyone say about a contractor but I can say them about Source Construction. I highly recommend working with them on any projects you have - big or small!

I am an artist who does Venetian plaster, murals and artistic paintings in homes and commercial spaces. I have seen the work that Source Construction has done for some of my clients and it is high quality. They are very pleasant to work with and are very honest.

The projects that they have done for me range from full remodels, to new construction. I am always getting compliments from others in the construction industry on the craftsmanship. I was introduced to Source Construction and immediately liked their service and attentiveness to my needs. This was my first remodel and they patiently walked me through every step of the project and told me what to expect. The project consisted of removing a load bearing wall to open up my kitchen and adding a master bathroom. Their subcontractors are totally professional, honest, good people that are experts at their craft. They left the job site clean and tidy every day. The results were fabulous! They turned my vision into a reality!

Source Construction did a great job with several small remodel projects I had and final timing and cost was in line with my expectations when the contract was signed. Very easy to work with!

We love Frank and his crew! They are very fast and efficient and are reasonably priced. They have extended our backyard cement patio twice and we had it extended around to the side of our home as well. Frank and his crew even went above and beyond for us by helping us setup the areas prior to work being done (move heavy equipment, etc.), as well as great cleanup afterwards. We also had them repurpose some old blocks to level out a section of hedging in front of our house. Highly recommend their work!

Over the past 4 years I've had Frank and his crew do several projects. He and his team have done a basketball court, a driveway and in this recent one pavers, edging and a concrete wall. They have always done an excellent job. I would definitely recommend him.

Frank asked for my address when I called me and promised to call back to schedule an appointment. He Never did and did not respond to a followup text. This highly irregular behavior suggests staying away from this company.

Frank did our concrete and I loved how it turned out! I felt like he was a humble, genuine, honest and kind man that we could trust. We had several people come out and quote us but felt like Frank was going to the best job and not sneak in any hidden fees. SO happy we chose him! Great experience! Would recommend to

Frank and his crew did a great job digging out my old red brick patio and replacing with concrete. I’m very pleased with how it turned out. He surprised me by taking some extra material and putting a rock border around my garden. It’s nice when someone goes the extra mile like that.

Really don’t want to write this review but sadly I have no choice. Frank (owner) is an awesome dude. Super kind and genuine. However quality of work speaks louder than words.

I was promised that my concrete would be the exact same color as my existing driveway (or at least similar) and it’s not even close. His crew also left splatter marks all over my plaster, rock, and garage door. I have footprints on my existing driveway because his crew didn’t wipe their feet. And finally I have puddles forming in the middle of my pad because of improper sloping. Frank came out to take a look and said he would be out ASAP to fix it. That was a month and a half ago and I never heard back from him…

Again Frank is a great guy but next time I’d spend more for a better job.

UPDATE***
Changed my review to 1 star. Frank has STILL not come out to fix the slope/drainage issue. It has been almost a year. I would highly recommend NOT using this company.

Frank and his crew did a great job making a smooth concrete hold for us to ensure the fence doesn't get dug under. He's professional, prompt, and all around a pleasure to work with.

These guys are the best. They are our go-to business for any landscaping needs. Frank and his crew are timely, honest, reasonably priced, and have a broad array of skills. Over the years they have poured our patio, put in paths, created a playground area, fixed our fence, put up posts in our yard, put in a rock area for a shed...they are very easy to work with and the outcome is always top-notch. Highly recommend.

Frank and his crew did a wonderful job on our new fence for our house. He did a good job of communicating the time frame of the work to be completed and even finished the job early. Good quality work at a competitive price, all we asked for and more.

Frank and his team were great to work with. We had kind of a unique scenario where our neighbor was getting concrete poured next to our driveway. We talked with Frank about doing part of our yard that connect with what they were already pouring. Within a week of talking with him we had a new pad poured that looked beautiful. They did all of the prep work, poured, and finished within 2 working days. Pad size was about 8’x30’. I thought that the estimate I was given was a fair price for the work being done. Frank communicated everything well and was on time and finished on time.

Frank spent the last 4 days working at my house. He is a really funny guy. He got all of the details done. My place looks so good. He added extra drains in the concrete and made the drive nice and wide for easy trailer parking. He was able to work around the old concrete and even cut out some of the bad spots. Frank is super smart and can see what you are trying to accomplish with your concrete projects.
5 stars all the way!

Frank and his crew were awesome guys! Stayed true to the quote! They came, they tore apart, they formed the area, then pored the concrete! And made sure there was no mess left behind! The concrete looks beautiful! Fast, efficient and nice people! Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs concrete!!
