A big shout out to Tree Masters' Conrad Phelps and Cole Church. I am so fortunate to have had this great team come today to prune my huge ailing 100 year old oak tree. They arrived early and worked non-stop for 10 hours, in the summer heat. They were very professional, skilled, honest, accommodating , personable and so hard working. They were extremely careful and did everything they promised and more. At the end of what I am sure was an exhausting day, they did a meticulous clean up. I highly recommend them. I was initially prepared to move forward with Tree Masters for a stump grinding job, but my experience was frustrating and disappointing. When I asked for reviews specific to stump grinding (since their existing reviews only covered tree trimming and removal), the company abruptly withdrew their quote and refused to do the job.

It seems likely that they underbid the project and decided it wasn’t worth their time. If you need stump grinding, I’d recommend going directly to a company that specializes in it rather than a tree trimming/removal service. It could save you time and frustration.

Conrad did a fantastic job on our large aspen, and even took the time to show my 2 year old all of the tools he uses! Very fairly priced, my aspen has never looked better. I recommend Tree Masters to everyone I know!

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Tree Masters. Conrad was exceptional! He was prompt, professional, personable, knowledgeable, skilled and honest. I had two trees cut down, one large Ash tree pruned and had them grind three tree stumps. When they were finished with the work they spent a good hour meticulously cleaning everything up. There are a lot of tree companies competing for business, but no one will do a better job. We had huge scrub oak trees hanging over our roof line. Conrad climbed those trees like an agile monkey, expertly and easily. He cut down trees and trimmed the rest. He is knowledgeable, professional and competent in his skills and service. We learned that there is a real art and science to tree trimming and we are glad that we left that in his capable hands.
