Hoping they can save an Austrian Pine we have, but even if it's too late I would still recommend them. They were easy to get a hold of and talked me through the various options, and they didn't try to over sale me.

They take very good care of our trees. Their employees are very personable. I appreciate the amount of attention and effort they put forth into their work.

The arborist did a great job diagnosing the problem with our Aspen Trees. The person that applied the spray and did the fertilizing was prompt. The trees have improved beautifully.

Called several times to setup iron treatment for my tree. Was told they don't do appointments for it but someone would come by and call me ahead of time. If I was ever called they never left a message and no one ever tried to reach me to discuss it.

I called today and was very impressed with the customer service! The gentlemen that answered was very professional and willing to listen to my problem. He offered some advice and told me that they will send an arborist out next week to do a free diagnosis and estimate! Thank you!! I look forward to working with you!!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for your quality service. My trees look better than they have for several years. In fact my leaves are twice the size this year than last.

These guys are horrible. They put me off for well over a month from the time my trees were supposed to be sprayed with fungicide. They​ gave nothing but excuses about why they couldnt spray my trees. Not only does such a disease weaken the, but, now i have a terrible powdery mildew that has ruined its appearance for the entire season. (untill new leaves come next spring).

I would never trust them again.

We used Arborcare to spray a tree in our yard to help minimize the amount of fruit on one of our trees. The spray does not appear to have many ANY difference. When we called to inquire- the office manager told us there was nothing they could do because their "services are not guaranteed." It is always a bummer when companies don't have good customer care-so I'd recommend trying other arbor companies in the SLC area who may try harder to ensure they deliver good services.

I have been using Arborcare/Arborscape for over 15 years. They saved my favorite cherry tree from multiple calamities. Last year the gentleman who administered the final spray for the season left me a nice note to let me know when he thought the cherries would be ready to pick. He nailed the date exactly, and for the first time in years I was able to harvest all the cherries before the little birdies discovered them and took a bite out of each and every one like they usually do! Was very grateful! :-)

Chris came today, very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. Diagnosed my tree and comforted me on the health of our other trees. Recommendations are appropriate and not costly. It was a great experience and now I have an arborist to call in the future!

I had Arbor Care come out and spray the foundation of our home for spider's. They were very careless with my flower beds! Every year we have this done by another company and have NEVER had a problem! By the looks of my garden they drug their heavy hose through my very expensive heirloom Zinnas! I called them as well as emailed them about this matter. They sent the tech out and he seemed to think it was from the high pressure of the hose. Today I received an email saying they weren't at fault! That my flowers were dry and dying! I am beyond mad and I will NEVER use this company again!! Shame on you Arbor Care. Here are a few pictures. One was taken the evening before they came. The others after the job was done and you can clearly see the damage. I wouldn't take a free spray or anything else from such a careless company!

They have always been knowledgeable, professional, willing to go the extra distance to keep our trees in top shape, and take the initiative to point out any issues and provide solutions.

These guys are the best. I've used them a couple times over the years, and they have outstanding knowledge about issues in Utah and were very thorough in explaining solutions and expectations.

Arborcare sprayed my pines for scale and did fertilizer and iron treatments for my yard. They were both friendly and professional. All of their employees are licensed arborists. A year after the treatments my pines and the whole yard looks much healthier. I'll happily keep doing business with this company.
