I called Heritage Tree last spring hoping for assistance getting my neighbors cat out of a 50 ft. tree. was told by Salt lake fire dept. to call a local Arborist. After 3 days and nights of being kept awake by a crying cat , I called two other companies before Heritage Trees. They other companies seemed uninterested or to busy to help. I appreciated how quick and safe Heritage Trees got the cat out of the tree. They also refused to take any kind of payment, they seemed to care about helping us out with this situation during what I was told a very busy time of year for tree service.

They gave me a great price on the quote, however, I had a hard time getting them to commit to an appointment and once that was done they didn't show up when they were supposed to. When I asked what was going on I was given a very vague excuse and no follow up information about rescheduling. Not professional; needless to say, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Jared and Dave truly are EXPERTS! They ALWAYS take good care of us, have great advice, work hard, and NEVER waver from their bid. You can trust them to do a great job with your property. Absolutely love these guys. I don’t leave reviews very often but I felt like these guys deserve at least 5 stars.
They know what they’re doing, they are professionals and knowledgeable and very good at explaining details and what options we have and their prices have literally been up to half of other competitors. At first I was worried why their prices were so low but they didn’t disappoint by any means.

I can’t say enough good about Heritage Tree Experts. They just wrapped up two days of tree removal and pruning for us, and we found them to be courteous, professional, efficient and last but not least, affordable. It’s obvious they take pride in their work, and the value they provide their customers. They are tree experts in every sense of the word. Jared took extra time to explain the what and why behind each of the services provided for us, which was a relief since neither my wife nor I know much on the subject. Lastly, the trees, once pruned, looked amazing and natural (not all hacked up). Moving forward, we’ll use Heritage for all of our tree service needs. No question. These guys are pros, and won’t try to rip you off with services you don’t need or which could jeopardize the health of your trees.

Heritage was amazing. We had an old 60ft aspen fall on our back porch on a windy Saturday afternoon -- he showed up within the hour and worked well into the dark so we could get our power back on. We've since used Heritage to take down another sickly aspens and prune two more trees, including a massive 80 year old Linden. I've already recommended their good quality, friendliness, and very reasonable prices to my family and neighbors.

Not always the quickest to reply, but they're only a 2-3 guy operation, so I understand they are busy. They bid less than everyone else, did great work, showed up when they said and came in cheaper than the bid. Very happy to recommend and will not hesitate to use their service again.

They did an excellent job for a reasonable price and took the extra effort to fit the work in on a busy day with lots of other emergency appointments. They also handled a situation that involved a difficult neighbor in a very professional manner. I'd recommend them.

Jared and Nate did a great job on my old Norwegian Spruce that died. They brought the tree down and ground the stump and cleaned the area efficiently. He had the best quote.

Called these guys for some city compliance issues and general tree questions and they did a stellar job! Very communicative, quick, and knowledgeable. I was most concerned about the health of the tree and keeping the trimming minimal and they were receptive to what I wanted.

Green Lite showed up at the set time, did the work as we discussed, then cleaned up. I would recommend them for tree service.

On time. Able to accommodate my time frame, do it without needing to be home. Able to diagnosis and prolong the life of two older trees as well as give recommendations for care. Many plants around the trees were not damaged. Would recommend!

For some reason I struggle with finding reliable companies to provide services around the home. I have used Greenlite Tree Care on three seperate occasions. Price has come in under what was quoted. Always on time. Clean up when job is done and job is done beyond my expectations.

I have a very large Austrian pine that had become a challenge to the small yard in which it stands but I didn't want to lose it. They are not easy to prune, but Colin did it beautifully, cleaned out all the dead wood and restored its stately appearance. He is professional, reliable, courteous, and has an artistic eye. I would recommend him wholeheartedly.

Colin is very knowledgeable and caring with our trees. He is always quick to respond and will come out to work as soon as he can. He is very reliable and friendly. He has done great work pruning our fruit and pine trees.

Collin did a great job trimming a huge apple tree and taking out a dead tree. Greenlite hired a company to take the stump out who then broke a sprinkler line. Collin came back and tried to fix it, unfortunately he wasn’t able to, but he went out of his way to reimburse me by doing some more work! I would highly recommend this company, they are honest and get the work done. Thank you!

I’ve been using Colin at Greenlite Tree Service for several years. His prices are fair and he is honest, knowledgeable and on-time. Plus he does great work. I couldn’t be happier and I highly recommend this company to everyone I know.

We used Greenlite to trim some of our bigger pines, so that the wind would sail through them more easily. They did a great job at a very reasonable price.

About a year later, one of our larger trees came crashing down (during 70 plus mph winds) through our neighbor's fence, taking out power lines and splitting a telephone pole in-half. It was a complicated removal. Our insurance company sent over different companies to access and quote the removal of the tree. The other companies were 2-4k more expensive than GreenLite (who I called myself for a quote).

Greenlite came in and removed the tree with a crew of two (versus quoted 4-6 person crews from other companies), treaded very lightly on my neighbor's brand new lawn and landscaping and removed the 50 foot pine in seven hours.

I would highly recommend them; honest and hard working.
