Arborcare has treated my trees for chlorosis for the past two years. They do a great job, show up when they say they are going to, and are reasonably priced. The type of maple tree that I planted do not do well in Utah soil, but I did not know that when put them 10 years ago. Arborcare explained to me that the treatment was going to help, but would not cure the problem and this is true. The trees definitely look better (not perfect, but better) and I appreciate that they were honest with me and did not try to sell me expensive treatments that would not cure the trees as I have read about other companies doing.

Good Price - Horrible Communication - Disregard for safety.
I went with this company because they were about $200 cheaper than others. I should have paid the extra money. Originally they told me it would be "any day now" that the technician would come spray my trees and that turned into 4 WEEKS! They told me the spray was dangerous to children and animals and they would let us know when they came so we could stay out of the area, but they sprayed without notifying my neighbors who had both children and animals in the area during application. This shows a huge disregard for the safety and consideration of customers and neighbors. I would not use them again.
When I shared my frustrations with them, they blew me off. There are plenty of other good tree care companies out there - DON'T USE THIS ONE!

Update 7/14/22: In reply to the owner's response, your technician may be "licensed, experienced, and well-trained", but they certainly were not courteous. I have since used other tree companies that were both affordable and courteous. I take offense to your comment about dramatic improvement because I believe it is intentionally misleading to other customers. The trees look exactly the same 5 years later as they did before they were sprayed. They never looked any different.

Arbor Care has brought my old sycamores back from a very distressed condition. Over the past five years, these 70 year old giants began having holes in the leaves and dying branches. Arbor Care began last fall with nutrients and a treatment for fungus. They came with an additional treatment in the spring. I've had them back for another fall treatment.
The trees are much improved! They stopped the advance of the pests and fungus. Leaves are much more healthy this year. I'll continue to have them back each year to keep these beautiful old trees alive and flourishing as long as possible. I wish I had known about these treatments sooner.
The Arbor Care team is knowledgeable and able to provide a wealth of information on trees and tree care. They are always on time and work quickly while on the job. I recommend them without hesitation.

Professional service and great communication.
They started taking care of my apple and apricot trees some years back. I now have large, beautiful and worm free apples every year. They are responsive to additional service requests. I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism.

I had them come out to my home in Lehi last fall because I had an Ash tree losing a lot of leaves all summer. The person who came to my house to do a quote & explain everything to me was very patient and answered all of my questions very well. The treatment they did greatly helped the tree. No leaves fell this summer which was such a relief! I will continue to have to come out at least once a year to fertilize my trees to make sure they remain healthy. Their communication has always been great with me!

ArborCare treated our maples with iron and an ash tree that had borer damage. The maples have significantly improved. When William sprayed the ash tree- he took significant time to make sure that he sprayed every branch. They were also very economically priced. We will always call them in the future when we need help with our trees.

We nearly lost two trees to heavy snowfall. They secured the trees and made sure they rooted properly. Since then, we have used heritage for all of our tree work. They are the kind of company that is rare today. They are so honest, even resisting to prune a tree that is dying just to make a buck.
