Loved working with Utah Appliance Experts. Our microwave broke on Monday. Max came on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem and ordered the new part. On Friday he arrived and completed the repair. Max was knowledgeable, hardworking, polite and easy to talk to. We’ll use company again when our next appliance causes issues.

They were fast and solved my problem! Went above and beyond to secure my dishwasher that had not been installed correctly by a different company also.
Great service, polite, treated us fairly. Would recommend to friends and family!

Had an issue with a dryer not working. The tech was out not only the same day, but within two hours! Fixed the issue and we're already drying our wet clothes. Denis was our tech, and he was fantastic!!

Refrigerator leaked all night and made a big mess. Technician was on time, professional and friendly. He quickly determined the problem and it was fixed quickly. The service change was very reasonable and we were so glad to have it taken care of same day. Will definitely can these guys again.

Misdiagnosed problems, They throw parts at the problem. The FIRST time we used the dishwasher after after it was "fixed", it didn't work. Called them to have them look at it, now just want more money to throw more parts at it again. I wouldn't trust this company to come work on your appliances if you just want it fixed. When you call the office they tell you there is nothing they can do, but give a $25 off on the new parts, for the new work that now needs to be done. I would have been better off replacing the unit now as the second quote added onto the original bill is more than a new machine. Had we had a FULLY competed estimate/diagnostic up front we could have made the decision to replace the dishwasher. However with an incomplete diagnostic on the machine now I've spent $362.32 and have a unusable dishwasher. Read the other bad reviews, and responses. This is a company that doesn't take customer service very seriously, as all the responses are them trying to turn on their paying customers. The owner just wants to argue. It is my opinion but I would HIGHLY recommend looking elsewhere for your appliance repair needs.

The repairman told me my electric panel in my dishwasher was fried and needed immediate replacing ($389). He reset it and left after I opted to wait and see if it died again. It’s been working fine since then and that was 6 weeks ago. I will not use them again; it’s obvious to me they are not trustworthy.

After trying several companies to find somebody to fix my refrigerator, I landed on Utah Appliance Experts who were able to come the same day I called. I really appreciated our technician, Max, who made sure we had a working refrigerator before he left . We knew that our 20 year old refrigerator probably needed to be replaced, and so did he, but we didn't have funds to do so right away. He was honest with us, knowledgeable,
careful about his work and quick as well.

I use Utah Appliance for maintenance on some townhome rentals. They are always punctual and great on communication. Repairs have always gone very well.

Requested an appointment online and got a followup call promptly to schedule diagnostic same day. was $95 charge but it is applied to repair. Diagnosis was pretty quick but they had to order a part on a Friday and it was here the next Monday. Returned on Monday and repaired in about 5 mins. They are quick and efficient.

I had a great experience with Utah Appliance Experts. Gints was very professional and fixed the problem quickly. He had all the parts on hand and left my home clean afterwards. I was very impressed!

Was able to get the same day appointment when they diagnosed what I needed was not a push or forceful conversation I told him I’d contact him back. He assured me that no problem. I did call him back. They sent another technician out that was was equally as good as the first both were great men they did their job explained everything and very, very happy with them.

Wow!!! I called them at 3pm and they were here in an hour! Dennis was our technician and he was amazing! He was kind, professional and very knowledgeable on diagnosing and fixing my washer! He had my washer up and running by 5pm!! I cannot say enough great things about this company and most of all Dennis!!! He deserves a raise! He was an awesome technician! We will absolutely come back in the future but I will also highly recommend this company and technician!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

My washer machine was leaking. Repair man found out it was just a leak on the hose that connects to the back. Charged me $220 for lines I could buy at Home Depot for $30 and install them myself in less than 5 minutes. Definitely do not recommend this company for any repair work.

Our washer stopped draining and they were able to get someone out to look at it within a couple days. The tech showed up as planned, figured out the problem, and returned the next morning with the part and made the repair. He made sure the washer was working well before leaving and left everything clean and tidy. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

Great experience with Max. He was timely, efficient and knowledgeable. Friendly and respectful. Had our dryer disassembled, cleaned, repaired and put back together in just about an hour! I would not hesitate to call again.
