We worked with Valley Construction to restore one of the bathrooms after we found the toilet was leaking. The whole process was really smooth from start to finish. They were very professional, very accommodating and worked really quickly. They worked well with our home owners insurance and definitely took care of us. Brian, Alex and Carlos were all awesome to work with. Our bathroom looks even better than it did before.

Value construction is absolutely an incredible company to work with. After coming home late to a flood in our house that not only ruined rooms upstairs but also destroyed almost my entire basement, my insurance company turned us on the valley construction. They were amazing. They were here the next day. They took over everything working with the insurance company demolition putting everything back together even down to the slightest little paint touchup or repair was completed quickly and it looks amazing What I thought would take several months to repair these guys were able to take care of in a few weeks. If you want high-quality work in a company that keeps you involved and up-to-date every step of the way go with valley construction.

My company has referred a lot of our customers to Valley Construction and Referral Hub. We had always heard good things about their work and processes. However, I have never had a personal experience with them until my home flooded this week. Valley Construction came to the rescue! They exceeded all expectations by a mile and a moment of misery was turned in to a moment of Magic. Jerry was a pleasure to work with. Jorge did fabulous work. My home had a water leak from the unit over and recked my kitchen. Mike and his team at Valley construction were amazing. Got to work with a few different people on the team and everyone was super communicative during the project. If I had questions Mike was super fast at responding. Now we are happy with the results from the restoration and got some updated floors that look amazing thank you valley construction.

I hired Valley Construction to remodel my fireplace and they did an amazing job! The proof is in the photos!! The fireplace completely transforms and is now a beautiful focal point of my living room. We used them for some reconstruction work after some water damage in our basement. Jerry Lovelace was our manager. He and his entire crew were great to work with. They showed up on time, kept us in the loop, did good quality work and got it done within the time frame they estimated. Great company to work with in a situation that can be difficult at times.

Our project manager, Jerry, and construction team lead, Erick, were excellent. They communicated well, got our project done quickly, did nice work, and were incredibly kind and accommodating in all our interactions.

Jerry was a great communicator throughout! This was our 2nd water event with extensive damage. With every step, he and his team responded to each request, feedback on work done, correcting anything needed, all with great final results. This is a company with very honest good people!

I was very happy with the job that Valley Construction did rebuilding my basement after some flooding. Jerry Lovelace was my project manager and he was so great at communicating about every step of the process. He told me he treats people the way he would want to be treated and I definitely saw that. I had a family member go through a similar process, also due to flooding, and then ended up with a surprise bill at the end that they weren't expecting. This was a concern of mine, but again, Jerry communicated with me about any cost adjustments (usually things I added that weren't in the original estimate) and made sure I was very clear about added costs. Overall it was a very smooth and quick process, there were no cost surprises at the end, and they did a great job on the basement!

The communication was very poor. After paying the deposit I made 9 attempts (2 texts, 4 voicemails, 3 calls to the front office) over 3 weeks to contact Mike, the project manager, to schedule the job, but received no communication. The assistant called me, and asked if I was available the next day. When the timeframe came and went I called and he said he couldn’t make it.
To receive refund of the deposit, they cannot send it back to your card, it has to be a check, which I am still waiting for a week later.
The 2 stars is because Venessa in the front office was helpful.

We had a water heater fail unexpectedly at 4 years and they restore our master bathroom in our basement which was impacted by the water from the utility room which is next to it. Only concern was inital communication and getting on their schedule. Mundo who worked on our bathroom and did the restoration did a great job and actually went above and beyond, replacing a few extra floor board that had spacing because of the refit. They did a quality job.

Jerry is super easy to work with was able to repair my entire siding on my home after wind had damaged it. Super great company to work with

Valley Construction was very fast, efficient, and professional! They were prompt and diligent in making repairs on a flood in our basement. We were happy with their services and quality of work.

Valley Construction did an amazing job for me. Days before I had lost my husband tragically and to make things worse part of my basement flooded. Jerry was so understanding and helpful, knowing I had more to worry about than my basement at the time. After a separate disaster cleanup company had finished airing the space out Valley Construction repaired the walls with matching paint, added new material under sections of my carpet and then hired a maid service to vacuum and clean my washer and dryer. After everything looked great they also hired a carpet cleaning service to finish the job! They kept me well informed every step of the way. Jerry even came by to make sure I was happy and gave me some flowers to let me know he was sorry for my loss. I thank their team and everyone for a job well done. Thanks for making things a little easier.

Valley Construction to the rescue! We had a bad experience with another construction company who took our deposit and ghosted us, so we had trust issues going into this. However, we were pleasantly surprised how responsive, helpful, and fair Alex was as our project manager. I just wish I would've went with them in the first place! Because of Valley, a nightmare bathroom remodel situation (started with a sneaky toilet leak which had mold and the flooring had asbestos that required an abatement company, etc.) had a happy ending. We are very pleased.

Valley construction did an amazing job of handling some specific things that complicated the damage repairing a condo that had been flooded. Jerry Lovelace was so pleasant to work with and I appreciated that he made the difficult situation so much better. I am not driving--since stroke--so I couldn't go down to the condo to help either pushing things along. Jerry came up to my house to discuss the project with me and then to pick up a check to pay for the restoration his company did. He's the best.... I'd work with him again should I ever need to.

I had a fantastic experience with Valley Construction, Mike was awesome and Chandler did an amazing job on my shower even though I know it gave him fits. Mondo also did an awesome job on my drywall repairs, I’m thrilled with the whole project! Highly recommend Valley Construction!
