Constraction reviews in Sandy, Utah

They did a fantastic job and were very professional! I’m super happy with how the gutters turned out.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters did a fantastic job on replacing some fascia that fell off my home probably during a wind storm and they fixed the rain gutters and cleaned them out! I was delighted with the job they did! I don’t live at the house currently so they were good enough to send me pictures when they first looked at my job and then they sent me after photos.

Emerald Gotcha Gutters did both my rain gutters and installed my new siding recently and I'm an beyond pleased. David and his lead Craig where incredible to work with; they clearly helped me understand the undertaking and timeline each job would entail, their staff was pleasant, and they did stellar quality work. They were also cautious of my dog who was in a fenced backyard that they needed to access. My home now looks and feels brand new having removed the old lime green siding that was falling apart, and installing rain gutters that I'd been needing since I moved in 2 years prior. Now my home's new siding has it looking so updated, warm and inviting; and I'm so grateful I had it done. I highly suggest Emerald Gotcha Gutters for your home's projects. Dave and his staff are all well versed/trained to do quality work and they are beyond awesome to work with.

Prompt, courteous, professional. David and Darren were very hands on and always available. Mathias, Levi, Paul, Jamie and Ean were a great crew. They answered my questions, showed me what they planned to do before they proceeded. I highly recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters.

They are such a great company and do a great job. I needed new everything and they were very professional and got it done in a timely manner. They were also very clean and made sure the jobsite was cleaned everyday which i appreciated because I have 4 kids that are outside everyday. I posted some before and after pics to show their great work.

Wow! Talk about impressive work done by a team of highly trained professionals at Emerald Gotcha Gutters. I got their business information from Home Depot, as being a reputable company to work with. I was treated with respect and sensitivity as they answered every question I had about the job. This team works together to ensure trust is built with the customer from the first phone interaction to the final walkthrough. They’ve definitely surpassed my expectations. The completed gutter work is absolutely beautiful!

Emerald Gotcha Gutters was great to work with for my fascia repair. Darren and Jamie were professional and responsive and the job was completed without delay. It's apparent customer service is important to this company. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I had such a great experience with Emerald Gotcha Gutters! From start to finish, they were super communicative, keeping me updated every step of the way. Their team is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with ease, which gave me a lot of confidence in the work being done. On top of that, everyone I interacted with was so friendly and easy to work with. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. I would highly recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters to anyone looking for a reliable and professional gutter company!

Just had all of our gutters replaced by Emerald Gotcha Gutters and had a great experience! The initial estimate/quote was WAY more in-depth than any other company we had come out. They got up on the roof, took pictures, analyzed the existing gutter slopes, drew up an entire plan, and then proceeded to sit with us for over an hour going over everything and providing options. They also explained how our 3x3 stepped fascias weren't ideal for gutters and offered to replace those as well. Their quote was higher than the others we got (mostly due to the fascia work), but it was totally worth it. The main installers (Levi and Mathias) were very professional, communicative, and did great work (including bush and ivy trimming where needed). I definitely plan on using Emerald Gotcha Gutters for all my future gutter jobs!

We need gutter repairs after a home inspection and before we closed selling our home. Emerald Gutters was timely on setting the appointment and repairs were fast, done correctly and affordable! Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. Great quality work. I had them do a rain gutter on a newly installed porch awning along with the soffit and fascia. It turned out great! They worked with me and got everything done even while I was out of town. I would highly recommend using Emerald Gotcha Gutters.

I can’t say enough good things about David from Emerald Gotcha Gutters. He was Fantastic!!!! After a heavy rain storm, I noticed water running down in front of my bay window leaking in through my window seal with water everywhere instead of down the rain gutter spout. It was a nightmare! I contacted David last minute before closing and he was nice enough to stop by since he was close by. After assessing the situation he quickly found out the problem — a clog caused by shingle buildup, which looks like slushy mud. David’s professionalism, Honesty, and willingness to help meant the world to me! If you’re looking for someone AMAZING, reliable, kind, and knowledgeable for gutter work I highly recommend David at EMERALD GOTCHA GUTTERS!!

Hire them for all of your gutter concerns! These guys were so awesome, honest, down to earth, and efficient. Their price is also very reasonable and competitive compared to other quotes we received. They did a thorough inspection during the quoting appointment before they gave me any recommendations. They got us in quick & had the job done within a few hours. My gutters have never been so clean. I really appreciated the photos I was sent after my gutters were cleaned. Will definitely be using them again in the future and will happily recommend to anyone!

Emerald Gotcha Gutters were amazing. We sat down with David and Darren to discuss our gutters. They spelled out a comprehensive plan that addressed every concern we had. The plan was straight forward and quite professional.

Moving forward to the installation I couldn’t have been happier. Mathias and Levi took the time to walk around and discuss the entire process. They were efficient and professional every step of the way. Their craftsmanship was on display and I couldn’t be happier with the finished product.

I would recommend them to anyone looking upgrade their gutters.

Where do we start - The Emerald Gotcha Gutters team demonstrated the highest professional service, quality of work, and craftsmanship that exceeded our expectations. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Throughout the project (before and after the work was completed) their in person, email, and text communication was timely and also of the highest quality. If you are looking to replace your gutters Emerald Gotcha Gutters is definitely worthy of an opportunity to be your solution. Teetering on the obvious, we were and are extremely impressed with their team, product, and service - you won't be disappointed!

I had a great experience with this gutter company from start to finish. Everyone I dealt with, from the initial contact on Facebook Messenger, to Darren who came out to provide the free estimate, to the installers, was extremely friendly, professional, and easy to work with. The pricing was fair and clearly explained, which I really appreciated. The product itself is a huge upgrade from what I had before. The metal is noticeably thicker, the gutters and downspouts are larger, and everything feels very solid and well built. Installation went smoothly, and the crew clearly took pride in their work. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality and service and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new gutters.

The whole team at Gotcha Gutters is very friendly and professional. Communication is very important to me and I was happy with their prompt communication. Jamie did our gutter guard install and he worked tirelessly all day to complete the project. He cleaned out our gutters thoroughly before installing the guards, checked the slope of our gutters, resealed a leaking joint, and also redid one of the downspouts and it looks pretty cool! Overall I would recommend them for the services they offer, one of the better contractors I've worked with

Very friendly and very good service.
