Kenny and Luis were AMAZING. When you have a loss from water damage and realize your life is going to be upended for a while, it’s very distressing. These guys responded same day! They were calm, reassuring and provided really helpful feedback on my situation. The communication with me was sensitive yet clear about what needed to happen next regarding remediation. They walked me through the plan and answered all my questions. They instilled confidence that things would be handled by professionals. Thanks guys!!!

Kenny and Pedro came out to mitigate water damage in our bathroom floor and basement ceiling. They were prompt, professional, friendly, cleaned up, and took time to answer our many questions. I would highly recommend their services.

From the beginning with Cristian Duran, coming in to assess the damage. To the workers, Pedro and KT, who did the demo work. We were impressed. Everyone was very professional and hard working. I was relived to know Servpro would take care of all the damage. No one wants things to go wrong, but when they do it’s nice to know you have a great Company to help everything get back to normal. I love this Company!!

I am SO IMPRESSED with the work that Kenny and Elias did in our kitchen! Kenny communicated everything to us, took lots of documentation, and was very upfront and helpful. He and Elias were also so prompt, and were able to work with us during our busy schedules to find times that worked. Such great flexibility, prompt communication, and a great work ethic! I’m so impressed and will definitely ask for them again should we ever need it!!

We had our main sewer line break and had some issues in our basement. I am sure you can imagine. Servpro came by and they were amazing to work with.
They explained what they were doing, and when and met everything they said!

On 2.27.26, we experienced flooding in our Holladay home basement from a city main line break. Our insurance company called Sure Pro to address the problem. Kenny, Elias, Pedro, and Yeison, aggressively worked on clean up after 11 pm. They were all true professionals. Thanks for employing dedicated and responsible employees.

Servpro Team Tatom location is amazing, not only are they quick to respond to a disaster, but also their work and the quality they provide is top notch. We had a flood in one of our bathrooms, they came out so quickly. Kenny and Pedro were on it. They helped mitigate the issue and took care of business. I appreciate how well they did. Also, they cleaned up after the mess that was made due to the flooding. Not only that, we do not wear shoes in our home. They were respectful and made sure clean booties were put on their feet before they came into the house. It’s the little things that make a disaster feel easier to bear. Thank you Servpro Team Tatom. ServePro was the preferred vendor for my insurance and at first everything went really well. Great communication and great clean up of the area. But then, as the recovery moved into the kitchen with the water damage, communication with George seemed to fall apart. He told me we would not be pulling up the tile and that work was finished. Then a week later I get a call from their office ask g to come out the next day to remove the tile.
We get through that miscommunication but then the demo of the tile required removing the counter top and counters.
They also placed a dehumidifier in the kitchen but didn’t check that it…worked…and it ended up leaking water all over my previously NOT wet or damaged part of the floor.
Once the countertop broke (which was expected since it was granite) it was like they just expected that my insurance would cover a whole new kitchen and tore through my cabinets without care. They left the cabinet that was ACTUALLY covered in mold and took apart/broke the others in the area. Then they didn’t communicate that to my insurance so I was being told there would be no repair costs… just put everything back where it was. And then… once again acting as if they know what my insurance will do… used pieces of my cabinet molding to secure the temporary sink…. I would not use them again…even if the insurance wants me to

*UPDATE* since this review was written and repair work was started, we discovered that there were several screws left in the cabinets Servpro didn’t remove that were completely broken off. They had removed several doors and apparently broke off several of the screws. So as we’re trying to rebuild these cabinets our contractor is having to dig out broken screwed in order to put the doors back on. Also. Surprise… despite how Servpro treated my cabinets, my insurance did NOT approve replacement of matching materials so all of the damage THEY caused to the cabinets that was not water damage I was out of pocket for. So that was cute.

These guys did great!! Came over immediately and took care of our water leak issues. Communicated with us every step of the way. Gabriel and Kenny were awesome along with the other guys they had working with them too. ( I cant remember all their names) but they were great. Definitely recommend 👌

They were great throughout the whole process. We appreciated the care that Les took during our estimate to make sure that we were taken care of, the quality of work done by our installers, and the service provided by David from start to finish.

Chad came out and inspected my gutters today. He brought up potential issues that had actually been on my mind. I have birds that nest in my gutters and if that debris gets into my down spouts and causes underground clogs we could be breaking up our concrete. Luckily he didn't see any real immediate issues and removed what he did find. I will be getting a quote from him for gutter guards. Chad was excellent to work with. He was honest and wasn't pushy attempting to oversell. I definitely recommend Emerald Gotcha Gutters and Chad!

Emerald Gotcha Gutters is a very competent and high quality company. They replaced our barn's damaged rain gutters from snow sliding off the metal roof and they installed snow guards to prevent future damage. They figured out great solutions to mount the snow guards on the barn's nonstandard roof construction. They are a five star company that I highly recommend.

I called Gotcha Gutters because I was sick of my old gutters leaking all over the place. They showed up same day for a quote, did a thorough walkaround, explained what was missing / wrong with my old system and offered a great price to redo everything from square one. Install was good, clean, friendly crew and they communicated well from the start. Everything looks great and I couldn't be happier.

We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the attention to detail on the project they completed for us at the Calvary Baptist Church. Our facility was built in 2001 and I dare say we have ever had our gutters cleaned since that time. It wasn't until we noticed weeds growing in the gutters that we determined we may have an issue. The representatives from Emerald came out did a thorough estimate with pictures of the condition of all gutters and recommendations to address the issue with (3) easy options based upon our budget. This type of service is exceptional and the work was completed as promised on time and efficient!

We had a roofing metal roofing company damage our existing gutter guards. The existing gutters were 27 years old and had a few leaks.
Emerald was sent to us by the restoration contractor to repair/replace the gutter guards. They offered several types that would work.
We decided to replace the old gutters and downspouts at the same time at our expense.
They did a wonderful job. Very fast and neat. They took care of the challenges the old guards presented.
We're very happy and would definitely call them again if the need arises.
