I so appreciated them getting out here so quickly, I was scheduled to have surgery on Monday, so they came out on Saturday and got everything finished quickly. Kenny and Charlie were great! They were courteous, and finished even earlier than expected.

Kenny, Oscar, Jayson were fabulous! They took meticulous care to be sure our home was safe and tried to inconvenience us as minimally as possible. Phone calls to update and schedule were appreciated. They were polite, hardworking and considerate. They left our home as clean as possible, especially under the circumstances!
If we ever have another disaster, I’d hope they were the first responders, again.

Cristian and his team went above and beyond after a fire sprinkler leak in another unit flooded our master bedroom. They took the time to educate us on the unsafe conditions and were focused on doing what was right for our health and safety. Everyone who came to our home was professional, kind, and incredibly courteous. We felt truly cared for during a very stressful time — and that meant the world to us.

I had a great experience with ServPro under distressing circumstances. Christian gave me confidence that it would be handled, and it was. Dalyn and Yeison came out regularly, on time and as scheduled. They were kind, informative and efficient. I can absolutely recommend this company.

KT, Kenny and Pedro were fantastic and very responsive throughout the process.

We had a water leak and very wet carpet. They came to our rescue late in the evening, thanks to KT and Pedro. They were very professional and kind after already putting in a long day. They were careful to line the carpet with extra protection.

ServPro did a great job of fixing my water problem! They were very professional, responsive, and efficient!

I am so grateful to the people at ServPro of West Jordan. The office personnel and job manager were professional, clearly stated what to expect, and made sure there were no surprises when it came to cost. The team that handled the on-site work was professional and did a fantastic job of clearing household items and remediating the bio-hazard situation, while working around the individual still living there. I highly recommend this ServPro team!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVPRO for any restoration needs. My reasons for this are below:

One, I asked the two gentlemen to carefully take up the wood floor the vinyl floor because it was brand new and whatever we could salvage we wanted to cut cost on our insurance. I gave them a place to stack it gently and you will see in the pictures that is not what they did. They also used pry bars to pull up the planks, as if my floor was glued down, which it wasn’t. Basically, they pretty much broke the tongue on every plank.

Two, my husband wondered why 2 days into the drying process they were not drying the wall closest to the leak. I watched them test it upon my request and it was very saturated, to the point they had to cut the sheet rock away. This added an additional 2 days to the process, and I have no doubt they charge the insurance for those extra days. My yearly increase to my insurance could have been much less had they respect my request to salvage the new flooring & checked all the walls for saturation.

Third, we asked for a bid. The soonest they could get to us was a week later, which we arranged to be off work. My husband and I were in the backyard when the their appraiser came. Unfortunately he did not bother to call when we did not get answer at the front door. He claims he did call but he did not because I had my phone in my hand the entire time as well as there were no missed calls. I considered him a no-show. This company is unorganized and employees who are not fully trained for all situations.

This job was very unprofessional in my opinion. And I do not recommend this company for any restoration needs!!!

My neighbor had a major flood in a townhouse that shared a wall with me. Kenny and his team were here very late on a Sunday night remediating her townhome and took the time to come check my walls and floors for damage. They were very kind and professional and checked everywhere there could have been damage through our shared walls.

We have been working with SERVPRO for a couple of weeks now and they have been very professional meeting all our flood restoration needs and kind as we are dealing with all of this during the holidays. Pedro and Kenny at our home and Brittany on the phone - thank you!

Servpro was so responsive and took care of my water removal and dried out my walls, insulation, and carpet. I look forward to using their construction team to repair the damage.

I would never use this company.

While following thier truck when I was struck by an item. It put a hole in my bumper. I then started recording. I caught thier vacuum falling out of the vehicle.

I was honking and flashing lights at the driver he was so oblivious he didn't even look over, go figure.

When I called the office to report the damage they brushed me off even though I sent some evidence. Because I wasn't recording the first incident they wouldn't do anything, of course.

People have no Integrity anymore. I asked if they would just replace my bumper even if they used thier in house mechanics... nope.

I filed a police report but I have insufficient evidence.

Kenny and Elias were fantastic. Very professional and answered every question honestly. They cleaned up and were extremely professional during the entire process. Highly recommend 👍🏻 especially these 2 guys

Kenny and Charlie came out to help with the water mitigation work. They were all very quick, communicative, and when it was discovered that there was a leak in the dehumidifier line, they came out immediately on their way home. Thanks a ton!

Kenny arrived within a few hours of our call on a Saturday and did great work getting started drying things out in our basement. Highly recommend them!

Kenny and Charlie showed up with 1hr of calling. They assured me that my basement would be taken care of. They wore booties and helped me move my couch out the way. They were very informative of the whole process. Great team!

KT and Pedro were awesome!! They were professional and polite and good with our dogs as well. They updated us everyday and made sure we understood what they were doing.

Shaunte and Pedro came in to fix some shelving that had water damage in the stock room of my store. They were quick & effienct and got the job done all while being professional.

I WOULD NOT recommend SERVPRO. My insurance company had me use them for a sewage clean up. I was lied to, not communicated with, over charged because I quote " you don't pay for it the insurance company does". They tracked more raw sewage through my home, tore things out without communicating with me and left behind all kinds of contaminated items telling me they were not part of the flood. I have never felt more disrespected and this is to put things nicely!
SERVPRO knew that they could do anything they wanted because they are on the approved list for my insurance company, which means they get paid no matter the quality of work done.

(RESPONSE) I was not going to upload these pictures but if you think giving me a check for $450.00 dollars fixes all the damage your company caused, not anything to do with the flood but your companies negligence. This is what was left behind after you are correct coming into my home 4 different times, and two levels of management. I also requested 2 times to please cover items with plastic to minimize the spread of contaminant then I guess pictures speak loader than words. Please also keep in mind it has been 30 days and my house still smells and you refused to reduce the bill.
