Really happy with our full experience with Ace Gutter. We brought out 4 companies to advise / bid on our project. Toby provided us with the best and most honest course of action to try to resolve some of our gutter issues. Jaden, who came out and did the work, was also great to work with. You can tell the company really tries to put the customer first. It's a breath of fresh air as far as contractors go!

Stanley was knowledgeable, personable and detail oriented. He communicated well and helped us through our water damage. They were fantastic to work with in a less than desireable situation.

Shante and Luis were efficient, professional and kind.

Servpro came to help us out with our flooded basement after a massive rainstorm last week. They had been working around the clock to help others in the community, but still tried to get to us as soon as possible. I appreciated both Lorenzo and Rob’s hard work and knowledge about our particular situation and how to get our home put back together. They came and checked the progress daily and were good about communicating the process to me. Would definitely recommend this company.

I am beyond impressed with ServPro West Jordan! KT, Chris, Kenny, Isaac and George were beyond professional and extremely communicative. I hope nobody has an emergency, but if you do, they are your team!

    These guys are awesome!

I woke up on New Years day to find my basement was flooding. Even though it was a holiday, their after hours team was very quick to answer the call. I live about 50 minutes away from them and they were here in about 60.

My normal experience with On Call is resentment, frustration, and bare minimum effort usually pushing the issue off to the team in the morning. That was not the case with Evan. He came in, quickly assessed the situation, reassured me that things would be better, and had a great attitude about the entire thing.

He even answered all of my questions clearly and accurately without complaint, and I ask a LOT of questions.

I hope I won't ever need flood/water damage services again in the future. But I if I do these guys will be the first call I make.

Christian was on time. He was thorough as he examined the problem. He was able to clearly and concisely describe the problem and the possible solutions. If I need help again, I will definitely use Servpro of West Jordan again.

Dylon Sure handled my job and I couldn't be more impressed with a young man. He was personable, knowledgable, on time and professional. His customer service was spot on, not because it’s required for his job, but because he genuinely cared about his work and the job he was doing for me. If I have a problem in the future, I would definitely use serve pro, and hope that Dylan was assigned to my job.

Servpro has been great to work with. We were in a time crunch and they did their best to make the repairs happen by our deadline. I really appreciated every time they came to our house they always called to let me know they were coming. Their communication was very professional and easy to work with. Everyone was kind and pleasant. I would definitely use them again or recommend them to others.

Serve Pro helped me with my flooded basement. The whole crew was kind, courteous, and efficient. They worked directly with my insurance so I didn’t have to deal with the fuss. Thank you Chris, Stanley, Oscar, and KT!

We were completely pleased with ServPro in every respect. The cleanup and restoration services were fast efficient and the end result is perfect. All the people who worked in our home were respectful, competent, and completely trustworthy. Being able to allow them to work without us having to be there made the process more convenient and speedy. The daily communication process was also smooth and responsive. We appreciated knowing who was coming, when they would arrive and what work was to be done. They lived up to everything that they said they would do. We are very happy we contacted them when our emergency happened. I hope we never have to use their service again, but if we do I would not hesitate to call them or to recommend them to others

Where to start? First, they'll charge you +$200 Emergency call fee, even if it's scheduled work being done weeks later. Their communication is poor. They had to reschedule my job the morning they were supposed to start, saying they'd be in contact with me to reschedule. The next call I got was 2 days later from the technician saying they were 15 mins away.
Their price is outrageous. They mad it seem like much more work was going to happen, compared to what resulted. They maybe did half the work I was led to believe would happen, and about 25% less than what the fine print said.
Many of the line items were skipped, like sanding the beams. They took a chunk out of the wrong wall for an asbestos test, now I have extra holes to repair. In the ten they did reduce my price but it was like pulling teeth to get someone out to inspect the work. When they did give me a discount it was nominal.

On August 13th we had our backyard flood due to heavy Monson rains. The water backed up into our window wells breaking the windows and flooding our basement. We called Servpro of West Jordan and they were quick to come out. We had workmen and an adjuster come out to give us the estimate. I believe the adjustor’s name was Scott. While the basement is unfinished, we of course had things down there which were impacted and my cat likes to hang out down there during the day. Scott walked around and surveyed the damage and gave me a verbal quote of $5000 to $7000. I was so happy but a little surprised so verified with him, total? And he said yes, total. I would like to point out we were not alone down there at the time, other people were down there and heard him. My husband and I spoke and I gave him the go ahead to start. He said he had to leave and would have the written estimate over to me first thing tomorrow morning. He left and his crew started.
The next morning his crew came back. I told the to go ahead but pointed out I had not received my written quote. They said they would call the office and went down stairs to start. The project leader came up a while latter and told me it had been emailed to me. I thought great. Opened my email to find a quote from them for almost $17,000. How is that even possible. As you can guess I called them immediately to find out what happened. They tried a couple different stories. He never said “total” he did, it just for the equipment, which made zero sense. I told them to stop work and leave. They then tried to bill us for over $3500 for one day of equipment. The clean up had not started because they needed everything dry before they do that. So, half a day of dryers in the basement. $3500. And speaking of equipment you can rent every single piece of equipment they used at Home Depot for a fraction of the cost.
Do not use this company. We have many reputable restoration companies here in Utah. Read the reviews, choose wisely, and avoid Servpro.

I had a great experience with everyone at Servopro. Dylan and Issac were great and answered all of my questions during the entire process. They were super flexible with coming out to do the work and worked around my schedule.

Pedro, Jason, and KT have done a phenomenal job so far. Great communication.

SERVPRO was very reliable. They came out late at night and stayed until early morning to take care of our flood. The communication throughout the whole process was great. We felt like they had our back, making sure that all the work was done properly and communicating that to the insurance. We appreciate Kenny and his crew for all of their hard work!

I've waited more than a month and a half before writing this review to give Servpro ample time to follow through with their follow up and they never did so I'd like to share my experience here so that anyone looking to deal with this franchise has a good idea of what this company says and what they actually do when they come out to the homes.
And in conclusion: Don’t go with guys!!!!! They are dishonest and will just waste your time and take your money. Who knows their quality of work--- but I do know that I found 4 separate companies that did all the things I needed for less than their estimate for the mold remediation!
Keep reading to find out why:
My realtor contacted the Sandy location because it was close to the house we were close to selling. We need some mold remediation, a room cleaned out, ducts cleaned, and carpets cleaned. Kate told her that they did all of those things and that they even helped move some things to get the job done. My realtor was very clear that this was a house not a business but that we needed all of this done and that we would love to just one company and get it all done at once if we could. She said she would send someone out to give us a quote and that they would look a at the mold remediation and we would get a quote back by that next Monday. She said their mold remediation was reasonable and that we could get someone else to put it back together.
When the young gentleman showed up he immediately explained to me that they didn’t do any of the things Kate quoted us. He said that their carpet cleaning would be more expensive than calling a place like zero rez and that I would need to have a pod or something ready to move items in the room into. He said that they didn’t do room clean outs. He then proceeded to tell me that the mold was going to be at least 7000+ for something less than a foot and require pipe replacement. It was crazy. I knew that it couldn’t possibly be that much and he was all over my house trying to convince me NOT to use the service but quoting me HUNDREDS more than Kate had originally estimated on the phone with my realtor for a 2k square foot home.
In the end I paid $65 for the estimate. Then he told me that I would have it some time next week. I was like- well I can’t wait past Monday. Kate said Monday. He laughed and said well it won’t be Monday. He left and I knew I was not going to use these guys!
I got the estimate Tuesday and it was 2000 for just the mold and there was no mention of everything else we needed. I ignored it and just did the work myself.
Then Kate called!!!! She was actually trying to get me to go with their company! I told her what had happened and she genuinely seemed upset and I told her knew that their business was just in it to get those $65 from people. I also told her that she should have been up front and said they don’t do ducts and carpets for homes when she spoke with my realtor. Now my realtor won’t ever use them again either. She asked how she could make it up and I said to return my $65—HA. Right. That was ignored, but then I said she could call my realtor and apologize to her. Kate said she would speak with her manager and then call my realtor.
That never happened and it’s been a month and a half.
