This is my second exterior window cleaning with Homey Window cleaning. Bear showed up on time and directly got to work in a quick, efficient, and professional manner. I am pleased with the service and results I receive from Homey.

The guys showed up right on time. They were very professional. They were very conscious of making sure they didn’t track any dirt into the house. The windows look great. I recommend this company.

Bear did an excellent job cleaning my windows this week! This quarterly cleaning was for interior only. However, he noticed some streaks and smudges from the last cleaning on the exterior of my three north facing windows, so he also cleaned the exterior of those windows too. Thanks Bear!

Will Hardwood and his partner arrived on time and ready to work inside and out on my 48 windows and even cleaned this huge mirror. After they left, I noticed one window I wasn't pleased with and they promptly returned and took care of it. I highly recommend HOMEY WINDOW CLEANING, I will hire them again.

I am very pleased with my beautiful clean windows! Bear did a great job, checking to make sure he got every streak. He even went back and did the highest window over just to make sure it was streak free. Very professional and personable as well!

Bear did a great job in between storms. Work was done on time. Helpful in getting a few screens down as well. Some windows hadn’t been washed for over two years so it was wonderful to look out crystal clean windows.

This was unfortunately a regrettable experience for us. We had Homey come to do both of our homes this summer and it seemed to go great. 6 months later they returned for a scheduled appointment. The windows seems ok for a couple weeks, a bit streaky but still ok. Then once the first rain came they dried so streaky you could almost not see out of them. It wasn’t weathering from the rain that was on the windows though , it was perfect water streak patterns from the clean and affected the majority of the windows. Our windows have never in 18 years looked like this and looked better even through the winter seasons than after this clean. We are sad that we cannot give this company a great rating as we wanted to support them in getting going but when we contacted them 4 weeks later to see if someone could please come out and at least take a look at the windows to see it wasn’t a weathering issue- they told us sorry, 7 days is our guarantee and we’re not willing to even look at them or consider an arrangement to make them right. Our window cleans were $390 for a small 2 story home and we were told they could do it again but for the same cost. Why would we do that? So sorry and hope you have a better experience on the services provided than we did.
