The worst. Don't hire. I'm still cleaning after they spent 6 hours here. Serious they are terrible unless it's an easy clean for allot of money. God awful. I wasted 340 dollars.

Sara has a wonderful team and has been really nice and accommodating. I don’t have to keep telling them what to do. It’s very nice to keep having the routine and someone who knows what has to be done.

Quick respond time, very friendly, always willing to correct any concerns I’ve expressed to them. Anytime I’ve had issues with their cleaning services they send the ladies back or the owner herself comes out to correct it. Wonderful service!

Really great at getting cleaners to your home quickly, not great at thorough cleaning. This is the third time I've used this company in the past 18 months and each time they've cut different corners (kitchen fan not dusted, baseboards and light switch plates not cleaned, stairs not vacuumed, windows and kitchen cabinets not wiped down). I texted Sara about these issues after my last clean and was met with hostility rather than the exceptional customer service she has exhibited in the past. The girls who have come to clean are all extremely kind. I'm disappointed in the inconsistency between what's listed on the website as included deep cleaning services and what is actually cleaned in my home. Will not use this company again.

E&S cleaning has been doing a great job over the years. We don't always get the same ladies, but they all do a solid job. Sara the owner is also very responsive. Hanks for everything. We live in SLC proper so they do travel.

E&S Star Cleaning always does such a wonderful job cleaning my home. I used to hire them for deep cleaning, and now I have had them come every week for more than a year. My house sparkles after they have been here. They are always efficient, and very, very reliable! I have tried a LOT of other cleaners, and these guys are the BEST.

We had concrete dust all over our house from a remodel project and I needed someone to take care of all the gritty dust fast! They did a wonderful and very thorough job cleaning in cracks and crevices that I wouldn't have even expected. Sara was great to work with and her ladies did a wonderful job. They do such a great job. My windows are sparkling and I love how it looks. They accidentally missed a couple windows, but came back the next day and promptly cleaned them. I will definitely be using them again and again!

I've used ProClean for several years on different properties, including my own home. I recommend them highly. Punctual, professional, and reasonable prices. Would not use anybody else.

In mid December ProClean came to our house to clean our windows. Michael and his companion were the ultimate professionals and did an excellent job. Two of our screens were damaged and they offered to take them back to the shop and repair them included in the cost of the cleaning. I wish all household service providers we used were as excellent as ProClean

Fantastic experience all around. Got us on the schedule for a time that worked, showed up when they said they would and cleaned the windows and screens around the whole house!

We have over 30 windows in our house and they did an amazing job on all. The crew was very friendly and careful about wearing booties and not making any messes in the house.
