I had one bedroom and a small area. I really like the serviceman and he let me know what he was doing. I think he did a great job and I would have him back again.

We just had the absolute best experience with Stanley Steemer! They cleaned our dryer vent (which we had no idea we should clean every year😳) They were so kind and non-judgmental of our vents!! They taught us so much as well. They cleaned the dryer hose in the back of the dryer and also deep cleaned the dryer vent in the front. I was amazed with how clean they actually could get it all. We will definitely be having them come out every year! It’s a fire hazard to let all of that lint build up so we are so glad we had it done. They were here about 45min/1hour tops with all of the set up which was so fast! Thank you Stanley Steemer!

I have only used Stanley Steamer for carpet care for over 30 years. This week they lost my business. I called twice to get a quote for carpet cleaning. The first quote she was upselling for the protectant and deodorizer even though I told her I only wanted the protectant. With both quotes I was very clear that I had a large 15x17 bound carpet that was not wall to wall. He gave me a price for an additional room for the rug. I was completely fine with the quote. Imagine my surprise when the tech gets to my home and tells me the bound carpet is considered an "area "rug" and will be an additional $200 to clean because they charge $1 per square foot and not a per room charge. Why in the world would someone be willing to pay three times the cost of cleaning this carpet vs the cost of an entire room. Your pricing of "area rugs" should not exceed the price of cleaning an entire room three times over. Bait and switch went on here. I received other fair quotes and would have used someone else if SS would have been forthcoming with their quote. The tech did a good job cleaning the carpets so it's too bad the pricing was unreasonable.
