Moving into a new house, we decided to have the wood floors and carpets professionally cleaned, so I called Stanley Steamer. They sent out tyler, who did a phenomenal job. He was extremely thorough in his explanations, very professional and did a great job. He was there all alone and worked hard for several hours.And the results speak for themselves. I will be using them again, and I will always request Tyler.

We had many issues with the timing of our appointment so it ended up being late in the evening. Fabian was great to work with! He explained everything he was doing and was very thorough. He managed to get all our floors cleaned in just about 2 hours! I would book with him again anytime. Thanks for helping us out Fabian!

Caleb did a great job. Honest and listens. No drama and cleaned a problem spot that had been there before I moved in.

Tyler was amazing. We’ve used Stanley Steamer before and have had really high pressure sales people. He told me about additional products that I might like and wasn’t pushy when I said no. He also made sure I fully understood the benefits of each of the products. He was very clear with communications. Helpful and prompt and really showed great attention to detail. I will definitely request him specifically in the future.

We had Fabian clean our carpets throughout most of our home.They look beautiful, like new again. There was 2 rooms that I was concerned about a few areas coming clean and he got them beautiful again. We are really pleased!!!

Aaron did a fantastic job representing Stanley steamer. He delivered quality results with no high pressure sales for add-ons, but did present me with additional service options for my consideration. Fabian was professional, punctual, and polite! It was a pleasure! We had two rugs and a white performance fabric couch from Down East cleaned. They all look great. Will be having them come back to clean carpets! Thank you Fabian!

Although they are super easy to book with, the actual carpet cleaning is awful. It does not remove spots but instead of just smears dirt over the whole area. Definitely not using them again as it looks like all they did was vacuum and not do any sort of cleaning on the carpets

My technician Bryan was right on time, super friendly, easy to talk with, and clearly very competent. He was honest about treating a stain from dog urine but ended doing a great job on it even if it's still present. I was actually really surprised at how clean he got the other carpeting; I didn't realize it was even possible to get rid of some of the discolored areas! I would highly recommend both Bryan and Stanley Steemer without reservation.

Ahmad and Javien did a great job thoroughly cleaning my HVAC system and dryer vent. I really appreciated their kind service, knowledge and professionalism.

Dre did a great job. He was on time, professional, and courteous.
He placed protection at wall corners to avoid damage from hoses and at the door.
All of his equipment was clean and he cleans up any water drops along the way. The carpets and furniture look and smell great. We will definitely have him clean our home again.

I wanted to have my living room carpet and couch cleaned before the birth of my baby. This was a nightmare experience, the crew’s fan blew up dust mites from under the couch all over the couch cushions and surrounding rooms. When they left I had to take every couch cushion and pillow outside to dust off and reclean the floors (at 37 weeks pregnant!) they said they offer no refunds and would instead come back within 10 days. I would not expect to live with dust mites everywhere for that long. Unacceptable customer service.

This was the first time i tried Stanley Steemer I needed some of my carpets and big area rugs cleaned with my husband out of town it was a good opportunity to do it, I called and got an appointment the same day which was great I was excited to get it done, my technician was Dre very friendly and kind, respectful of my property and home i showed where and what I wanted cleaned he pretreated the rugs he did an amazing job especially the areas of heavy traffic and thing's caused by my pet's he asked me to look over to see if I wanted him to go over anything then I approved of all the work, I'd ordered protection application and scent, all the carpets look and feel amazing 👏 🤩 and smell great, he signed me up for upcoming visits discounts with the service, I have an upcoming appointment to get my airducts cleaned so I'll get a discount on that too Dre got and worked out a great deal for me he went above and beyond he'll always be my technician for my carpet cleaning, I'm very happy with the great care and customer service from Stanley Steemer and highly recommend them

I had my appointment for air duct cleaning yesterday the 21st !!! Let me tell you how happy and pleased my husband and I are with this service most of all pleased and impressed with Ahmad he work's hard and goes above and beyond with the extra to make sure everything is perfect and that we're pleased doing the best job he can, making sure we're breathing clean fresh air, my husband doesn't have an immune system he had a double lung transplant so he's immune suppressed we haven't had our systems cleaned in over 2 year's so they were really bad

Juan did an amazing job!!! Professional, hard working, and very nice!! He’s been working there for many years and really knows his stuff! He did all the carpet in my house plus a very large sofa. Highly recommend!
