Actions Extraction cleaned my carpet and my tile. My carpet, tile and grout look like new. They were professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely call them again!

I've used many services and as a scientist, I'm not blinded by science. I wanted a service which used actual steam or super-heated liquid, not people who try to fool you into thinking they use it. I had a chance to inspect the equipment Action Extraction uses and it is the real deal. Truck mounted and ludicrous powerful. They do not cover up the odor either (my nose is extra sensitive so I detest artificial fragrance), any odors we had before they came were gone. All good cleaning processes leave a little moisture for the first few hours but if their suction is strong enough, it will dry very quickly. We have deep pile carpet and ours was dry within an hour.

Don't be fooled with BS like "empowered water." Check with your (degreed) scientist or engineer and if they have researched it, they will validate my experience.

I highly recommend Action Extraction Carpet Cleaning! Ryan came to clean my stairs today, after reaching out to him yesterday. He was on time, professional, clean, protected my baseboards and my wood floors. The stairs look amazing and the stains came out. He showed up with this big truck that has high powered suction and heat. I have never seen a carpet cleaning truck like that. I can't even tell you how many times Ryan has got me out of a jam. I spilled a can of red paint on white carpet while doing a job, and called Ryan. He came out immediately and saved the day.
