Hire this company ONLY IF YOU WANT A PROFESSIONAL VACUUM JOB, That, you can do yourself. I have a light tan carpet in a living room & Dining room that was just dusty we dont even spend any time in there. The guy talked a good story but I questioned a couple spots (that was all we had) he said he did them a few times when I asked him to redo them he did and they came out. Amazing what water does. That was the only water he used which made me question the rest of the room so I got down on my hands and knees and my carpet was BONE DRY. He said he would redo it I said ya I would like it done over with water thus time then he refused to move the couch so I offered and when I move it all that was under the couch was his foot prints and I got down and felt the carpet and it was also BONE DRY. When we called the company they were not any better.
So... We got our check back and sent him on he's way. I've never had to pay of a professional vacuum job before. We should have stuck with the company we have used for years.
LESSON LEARNED!
P.S. If I'm PAYING for a job, All I expect it the job to be done.
