Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had 4 rooms, hallway, stairs and stone cleaned (and sealed). Appointment was approx 1 hour 45 mins. He explained everything throughout the cleaning. Also verbalized any concerns during the process. Was very patient with my dogs. I am VERY pleased with his work! I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be using them with future cleanings!

I was thrilled with the job Tyler did for me. He made my carpets look infinitely better and was an absolute delight to work with. I was shocked at how much dirt he pulled out of my carpet. I will definitely be a repeat customer, and I will always want Tyler to come.

Caleb did such a great job. He was fast, friendly and efficient. My shag rug looks and smells amazing now! The price was also inexpensive for a large 10x10 rug.

We hired Stanley Steamer to clean our furniture and area rug. They let you know when they are arriving so you don’t have to sit around and wait. Fabian was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. He worked hard and it all looks amazingly clean! Thanks for a great job! I would definitely recommend their services.

Booking the appointment was simple. Matthew was great, and had a wonderful Sense of humor. He cleaned a number of rooms, a closet, annd a staircase, and was happy to add a rug or two. I would recommend Matthew, and Stanley Steemer to all my neighbors.

The water and dirt did not suck up and clean..the attached photos are me using my carpet cleaner right after he left . Each photo is dirt that I carpet cleaned 5 minutes he left. One photo from each room. Very upset. My carpet looks like just mud moved around

We just had one room cleaned but Lucas was absolutely excellent. He was super thorough and made sure to address all the specifics beforehand. He was quick and efficient, and so kind. The service was very affordable as well. We will definitely use Stanley steemer again in the future.

Curtis and Caesar were two of the kindest and genuine people I’ve ever met!!! They were so careful and respectful of our home while setting everything up and so polite and friendly!!!! They did an amazing job and were so great to work with!!! They truly are an asset to your company!!!

Aaron was meticulous and very careful. He even made sure the door only opened enough to get the hose through, by using some sort of protective wedge. He examined my couch, and told me he was worried about the metal under the fabric on the buttons that covered the back and arms. He was worried they would rust circled from the Steele underneath. So, he suggested he shouldn’t clean the couch. I was disappointed, but I’d rather have honesty, than orange circles on my white couch. I ask him if he would just clean the cushions that had no buttons. He said he could do that and he would protect them as well. I would say Aaron went above and beyond to be the technician Stanley Steamer should be proud to employ. He was extremely personable, and gracious. Stanley Steamer will be my carpet and upholstery cleaning people from now on.

Aaron did an exceptional job cleaning our carpets. From start to finish, he was punctual, professional, and extremely detail-oriented. He took the time to assess each area, explain what he recommended, and set clear expectations for the results. The difference after he finished was remarkable—stains we thought were permanent lifted completely, and the carpets looked and smelled fresh again. The bathroom tile looked amazing.

What stood out most was his workmanship and integrity. Aaron clearly takes pride in delivering excellent service, and it shows in the quality of his work. He was respectful of our home, careful with furniture, and efficient without feeling rushed.

I had Stanley Steemer come and clean my air ducts and vents in my 1973 home. The price was good, and they had the big high power vacuum truck. These guys came on time, were very thoughtful and easy to work with. They did a very thorough job with a great attitude. I am very happy with my experience. I would recommend them.

Aaron was AMAZING. He texted, saying he would be available about an hour before I had scheduled him if it would be all right. I was in the shower, so didn’t get the message until I got out. I told him it would be all right, if he was willing to wait for half an hour, which he patiently did in his truck. He is very personable and really good at what he does. He evaluated my couch, and saw that it had lots of cloth covered, metal buttons. He told me he was afraid to clean The back and sides of the couch, because the metal under the buttons could rust and bleed through all around each button. I appreciated his honesty, even thought I wished it wouldn’t have been a problem. I was glad not to have him go ahead, and be left with orange circles on my light tan couch afterwards. I asked him if he would just clean the cushions on both sets of couches and put protection on them, and he said he could do that. In fact, I would say he went the extra mile to make my couch look good and avoid the buttons.I also loved how he blocked the door to keep out as much cold air as possible with a spongy device that also protected the wood of the door frame. He was meticulous as he worked. Every business should have a person like Aaron to represent them.

Fabian did an excellent job cleaning my carpets. He was able to resolve concerns that a previous technician was unable to fix, and the results speak for themselves. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I will absolutely be requesting him again going forward.

Fabian with Stanley Steemer was awesome. So easy to work with. We had a recliner that’s been sitting in our barn for a few years. It was pretty dirty/stained even with being covered. He cleaned, disinfected/deodorized and applied a stain resistant sealer. It was a beautiful job. Thank you Fabian
